In part one of this series, I discussed remote viewing sessions conducted by the Farsight Institute on the ‘Galactic Federation of Worlds’, which has allegedly been intervening on Earth from remote antiquity and even played a role in the genetic engineering of humanity. When examining the work of multiple insiders and ‘contactees’, however, it becomes clear that there is more than one association of human-like interplanetary civilizations using names similar to or adaptions of ‘Galactic Federation’.

For example, in his 1958 Book, The Council of Seven Lights, George Van Tassel talked about the “Adamic Confederation” of space brothers landing on Earth at the dawn of history and mating with the “race of Eve” (primitive humans). In his 1974 book, The Invitation, Peruvian contactee Sixto Paz Wells also spoke about a large interplanetary association called the ‘Confederation’ that was helping humanity’s evolution.

In 1981, the famous Law of One channeling introduced two main extraterrestrial factions that have historically intervened in human evolution. These were named the ‘Confederation of Planets’ and ‘Orion Crusaders’ by the extraterrestrial group calling itself the Ra Social Memory Complex that belonged to the former.

The Confederation and Orion Crusaders were respectively positive and negative in ethical orientation and attitudes towards human evolution, in ways that are very similar to what the Farsight remote viewers had to say, respectively, about the ‘Galactic Federation of Worlds’ and the Orion Alliance.

Among the first to publicly discuss three or more rival extraterrestrial interplanetary alliances involved in humanity’s creation and/or vying over human affairs ever since was the contactee, Alex Collier, who publicly emerged around 1991 with lectures about his experiences with a human-looking alliance of extraterrestrials called the Andromeda Council. He said it comprised 139 different star systems, and it had become interested in Earth due to the Andromedans detection of a galactic tyranny 350 years in the future that could be traced to the Earth, Moon, and Mars in the present era.

In his lectures, some of which were compiled in the book Defending Sacred Ground, he described the different extraterrestrial groups that had established a presence on Earth. These included the Draconian (Ciakharr) Empire, a group from the Orion constellation (Grays and Humans), a “Galactic Commonwealth” made up of developing human civilizations, and the Andromeda Council. These are similar negative extraterrestrial groups to those Dr. Brown’s remote viewing team had identified: Draco Reptilians, Grays, and beings from Orion.

Some members of the Galactic Federation, according to Collier, played a role in the genetic engineering of humanity and have ever since been interested in human affairs. Other Federation (aka Commonwealth) members, however, have played no role in human history and have little interest in Earth. Due to time travel technology, however, the Federation can insert their operatives or intervene far into humanity’s past to influence contemporary events to prevent future galactic tyranny.

When seen in the context of the Draco and Orion groups also intervening in human affairs, it becomes clear that current events on Earth are part of a temporal war between the three main extraterrestrial alliances over our destiny.


Overall, Collier spoke about 22 extraterrestrial civilizations that had genetically intervened in human affairs, and were responsible for the different racial and ethnic groups on Earth, which is not the norm in our galaxy. These 22 groups appeared to be drawn from mostly human-looking races from the three competing extraterrestrial alliances—not just members of the Galactic Federation.

Other notable individuals with relevant information about different interplanetary associations include the whistleblower, Dr. Michael Kruvant Wolf. In the late 1990s, Wolf gave interviews to several notable UFO researchers such as Paola Harris and Dr. Richard Boylan after the publication of his book, The Catchers of Heaven (1996).

One of the greatest fears of the Cabal's dying Central Bank is the evolution of their slaves; specifically, those responding to the call of their hearts for Humanitarian Service.

If genuine Humanitarians weren’t a threat, at least on some level, to the “powers that be,” of the fading Deep State, why are there so many con-calls and pretend intel-providers trying to minimize the funds entrusted with Humanitarians to do their work?

If the dying Cabal’s self-titled Gurus can manage to keep funds earmarked for the accounts of Humanitarians, for their far-reaching and long-term work, limited to numbers only in the millions, they actually believe they can somehow maintain power and remain in control when the new Quantum Financial System begins running at full throttle.

You see, if Humanitarians ask for and receive Quintillions or Sextillions in dollars from the redemption of the African Zim, that would bring the death-knell to the Central Bank and their debt-slavery system.

Have you noticed that not one, modern-day, financial industry “Guru” is urging the Golden Age Humanitarians to request stewardship of funds at a level derived only from receiving the very highest of rates for their Zim bonds? These same people are not encouraging any Humanitarian to confidently expect the highest of possible rates at their upcoming bond redemption appointments. These are funds that would provide them with the solid means to amply conduct the vast, awaiting work without running out of money before the job is thoroughly done.

Gurus don't seem to like Humanitarians much, in my opinion. I believe this because they are overtly working to minimize our assigned abilities for the people and stop us from achieving the goals necessary to ensure people everywhere are made whole, secure, and healed. They are not on the Alliance Team, quite clearly; and that is why they never get anything right.

Do you think the Alliance is aware of this Guru-scheme? Do you know the Alliance will eventually arrest these people for harming humanity with this manipulative tactic?

When one counters God's plan, one will incur the wrath of God.

There are two channels of intel. One is the Truth and one is the alternate, fake truth. Oh, let’s just call the spade a spade. It’s a lie. Your all-important task is to determine which is which.

The next time you go to read a Guru post or listen to what I consider a “con call” (pun intended), it shouldn’t take long for you to see they are trying to limit the thinking and actions of Humanitarian spirits – and, therefore, limit the expectations of said chosen stewards regarding the funds they’re to receive.

These opportunists are actively trying to sell you a worthless, $150 Trust they say is required by the Alliance for your redemption appointment. That is a bald-faced lie. A trust is not required. It is optional.

Save your money. If you want a Trust, the Alliance will have a fill-in-the-blank Trust document for your use. You just supply the name, the beneficiaries’ names, and the name or names of the Trustee(s).

The key to identifying these Charlatans is to notice when they quote bankers instead of the Alliance. Those who work with the Alliance will tell you they are getting their intel from Alliance sources, and not a banker or some fictitious “Chief Scientist of the QFS.”

People who listen to the modern-day Gurus are known for their confusion, insecurity, and ambivalence.

When something doesn’t seem right, back your “car” out of their proverbial parking lot and go somewhere else, anywhere else where you truly belong. Please, look for those people who are connected to and work with the Alliance. Then you can get real answers to your reasonable questions.

One of such questions might be: “Why are there so many confusing, inconsistent (false) statements about the eventual redemption appointment?”

Another: “Why are there so many schemes to prevent us from showing up at the redemption appointment in person? Did they not get the Alliance memo that states that only those who show up at the redemption appointment in person, face-to-face, Zim bonds in hand will receive the needed funds?”

Or, how about this question: “How can I sign the required Non-Disclosure Agreement, the NDA, if I don’t show up in person?” and…

“How can I present my project plans and negotiate the amount of funds I will need to get them accomplished if I am not there in person taking care of that?

The Alliance has a plan and they will not deviate from it; so…

One more question: Why don’t the Gurus adhere to that Plan?

Answer: They don't want you to succeed. Just like now, the Cabal does not want you to have the money you really need access to ... They cannot control all the people with money if you and a select number of other real Humanitarians like you get stewardship of it instead.

ANOTHER REALITY TO CONSIDER:

Thousands of fake humanitarians will try to circumvent this process, just so that they can get some more-than-significant funds. They want to do this without going through the vetting process that requires them to be real Humanitarians to receive Zim bond redemption funds.

Maybe I should say it this way:

If you are not a vetted Humanitarian, you will not receive the QFS's distribution of funds earmarked for Humanitarians from the redemption of whatever Zim bonds you hold right now in your hands. They’re not for you – they’re for true and chosen Humanitarians. You know this but, more importantly, Quantum Consciousness knows this.

If you are willing to settle for 11-33 million for a 100T Zim bond, then you are not a real Humanitarian. In that case, please, quit pretending and admit you are only in this for personal money. Then, give your Zim to a real Humanitarian so they can take it to a Redemption Appointment, and you take some foreign currencies into an Exchange Appointment.

If you go around your neighborhood and find two or three houses that need a wheelchair ramp and want to make that your humanitarian project, then go for it. That needs to be done too.

But if you want to pull mankind out of debt slavery and poverty, which is our calling, then you need to quit settling for a thimble of water when you need to water the whole earth to make the earth flourish and grow.

If you’re the wheat, quit hanging out with the chaff and let it blow away.

Cull the herd of the Gurus and find the richness associated with the Truth. It’s out there waiting for you.

God has not left the Humanitarians without Truth. If you know in your heart that you really are a world-class Humanitarian, you now need to find that inner-knowing and harmonize with it. Your heart, and gut, will tell you when finding your place of safety. Your heart or gut will tell you when the intel makes sense and resonates with your sacred heart, and when it doesn’t.

A SOBERING REALITY:

One of the delays in the RV we are encountering may be the fact that many of the Humanitarians are settling for mediocrity and are not responding to their calling. They’re afraid, timid, unsure, insecure, misled, confused. Too many may lack confidence and clarity.

The Alliance will not pull the RV trigger until there are enough Humanitarians who will politely request the higher rates to receive the funds needed to get the work done. If there are not enough true Humanitarians to do that, then massive amounts of funds will get into the controlling “hands” of the remaining lower-level Deep State banker-types salivating in anticipation of getting it themselves.

Why and how? Because the Alliance cannot hold these massive amounts of funds… Humanitarians are needed, even required for this.

Why even start your jet engine when you don’t have enough fuel to get where you are going? How sad would that be?

How many potential Humanitarians are out there wallowing in the Guru muck, trying to make sense of the Guru garbage? Get out of the garbage business and step into your calling as a courageous, true Humanitarian.

Let’s get this huge project going. It’s our time to shine our beacons and destroy the darkness. The glory of God awaits our action plan.

Call forth the Angels from the Angelic realms to meet you at the redemption appointment and authorize you to get the funds you need. They will respond if we ask them. Believe it, then count on it to become the truth you will experience. They are on our side and only need us to ask, and it shall be given.

Let’s meet our Angels, our mentors, our counselors at our redemption appointments. They will assist us in all we need to do. It is our Sovereign duty to ask and receive this stewardship responsibility.

Become an Alliance, Sovereign Humanitarian. Join that sacred team. It is yours if you only step forward and fully into that role. It is yours only if you ask for exactly what you require… unless you are not a real Humanitarian.

In December 2020, the father of Israel’s space program, Professor Haim Eshed, created an international media frenzy when he described President Donald Trump communicating with an alliance of extraterrestrial races called the Galactic Federation. Eshed said Trump wanted to disclose the truth about alien life, but the Galactic Federation replied that humanity wasn’t yet ready. Eshed’s impeccable scientific credentials and intimate knowledge of classified space programs meant that his comments about a Galactic Federation monitoring human affairs had to be taken seriously and could not be easily dismissed.

This raised a host of questions about whether such an extraterrestrial organization truly existed and was poised to openly intervene in human affairs, as Eshed claimed. Even more importantly, how did Eshed’s ‘Galactic Federation’ relate to previous claims by different researchers, insiders, contactees, etc., dating back several decades, concerning the activities of different interplanetary organizations intervening in human affairs or playing a role in the genetic engineering of humanity.

In this two part series of articles, I plan to discuss five interplanetary organizations that have been described by different insiders and contactees that are relevant to any discussion of a Galactic Federation. Three of them can be easily confused as their membership, functions, and activities can overlap but nevertheless have significant differences. Two other interplanetary organizations are often cited as antagonists to the Galactic Federation and are therefore easier to identify.

To begin this series, I will open with the efforts of Dr. Courtney Brown, Director of the Farsight Institute, to answer some of these key questions raised by Professor Eshed’s comments over the existence and activities of a Galactic Federation.

Dr. Brown organized a team of five remote viewers to gather intelligence on the Galactic Federation in multiple sessions conducted and publicly released in February 2021. He explained his rationale for the remote viewing session as follows:

In quite a number of projects here at Farsight, the words “Galactic Federation of Worlds” have been used to reference a group of planetary civilizations that seem to be supportive of humanity and opposed to the influence of other groups and species that appear hostile to humanity. Well, now it is time to find out more about what those words mean.

Exactly what is the Galactic Federation of Worlds? Or perhaps, who are they? Are they one species, or a group of species and civilizations, sort of like a United Nations of the galaxy? Do they have meetings? Do they work together on projects, such as a project that may involve Earth and us humans? Are they a diverse group with diverse interests, or are they all of one mind?

And importantly, if they really do desire to help humanity in its hour of need within the context of a galaxy that contains a significant number of threatening or hostile forces, can the Galactic Federation of Worlds really do something helpful? What are its resources? Moreover, does it really need Earth humans to step up to the plate in order to help us out, or is it strong enough to help us out regardless of what we humans do?

According to Elena Danaan, a former professional French archeologist who claims to be a contactee with the ‘Galactic Federation of Worlds’, an exodus of a German 4th Reich controlled “Dark Fleet” is currently underway that is creating a power vacuum that different nations are trying to fill by building bases in Antarctica. Her information comes from an extraterrestrial from the Taygeta star system in the Pleiades she identifies as ‘Thor Han’, and a current resident at the US McMurdo base who goes by the name ‘Frank’, and whose last name I will keep private.

On June 6, Elena received an email from Frank informing her of an unusually high number of people entering and leaving Antarctica through McMurdo, which is the largest base in Antarctica, and maintains a year-round shipping port through which transport ships arrive with personnel and supplies bound for the US and other national bases.

This is what Frank told Elena in an email that was later forwarded to me:

I want to let you know that the Chinese have 5 bases here already and are setting up 4 more immediately during the absolute worst time of year. There are Chinese everywhere down here and up until a month ago I never saw even one.

Also of note, now Turkey has been sending in troops independently and so are quite a few other countries from Africa and South America all of them want to set up bases here and are bringing in the infrastructure to do so.

Everybody seems to want to get in on whatever is down here as soon as possible to not be left out. I am more certain than ever now that the mad rush is because there is definitely something here. I noticed more and more German speaking people coming through as well. Numbers have always decreased in the winter time down here not increased.

What immediately got Frank’s attention was that a significant number of the personnel leaving Antarctica were German-speaking and they were bound for South America—Argentina in particular. This struck Frank as highly unusual given what Elena and others had said about a German-controlled Dark Fleet in Antarctica that was in an escalating military conflict with an ‘Earth Alliance’ and the Galactic Federation.

Elena passed on to me Frank’s information and contact details, and then communicated with her primary extraterrestrial contact, Thor Han, asking him what was happening in Antarctica. This is her summary of what followed:

I straight away informed Michael Salla and I put them both in contact. On that same evening, I requested a contact with Thor Han, picking his thoughts about this news. Thor Han confirmed that as a consequence of the Dark Fleet being harshly hit by the Alliance and the Federation, the German (4th Reich) presence in Antarctica is abandoning their outpost. He told me that there was an exodus going on, towards colonies out of this solar system, through a portal (jump door as he calls it). He said that the Reptilians based in Antarctica were leaving too.

Thor Han said that some very secret groups in some governments know about the existence of such a portal in the South Pole (and now they want it of course), used to escape to other colonies such as Aldebaran, but he said that even Aldebaran, since they became recently the main Dark Fleet headquarters, is cutting apart from the Antarctica group. Thor Han said that it is in their mentality to cut an “infected limb”. There are now formidable resources down there, to be taken, if all these baddies are leaving…

It should be pointed out that Aldebaran was the original stellar location from which Maria Orsic made contact with human-looking ‘Nordic’ extraterrestrials in the early 1920s. As a result of these communications, the first Vril space-time devices were built that could transport personnel to Aldebaran.

After Hitler came to power in 1933 and coopted the Vril space program, he reached agreements with Draco Reptilian extraterrestrials, and the Nazi SS began building weaponized flying saucer craft for the war effort. Meanwhile, the most advanced aspects of the Vril and Haunebu space programs were relocated to Antarctica to continue developing interplanetary and interstellar craft.

Consequently, it should come as no great surprise that the Dark Fleet today has a major base in the Aldebaran star system, in addition to bases in our solar system such as Mars and the planetoid Ceres. This is especially if there is a portal from Antarctica to a planet in the Aldebaran star system.

There are the enlightened Annunaki who did not fall and continued to evolve mostly in the 6thdimension here to deal with the fallen ones that fell from Universal Law. The stories of Enki and Enlil are true as well as their leader Anu. One of the greatest set backs in history was when Marduk made a pact with the Reptillians against his own people for total supremecy of the Earth. We are finally breaking free of those draconian energies with the help of the benevolent Annunaki. There are also feline beings on the 5th, 6thand 7thdimensions assisting. The 5thare humanoid cat beings, the 6thare upright panthers 12 to 14 feet tall and the 7 D Lion beings are 14 to 17 feet tall. They were once known as the protectors of the Gods. They left and returned to Lyra and Sirius when the fallen Annunaki fell and strayed away from Universal Law. There are the Pleiadians which are usually on the 5th, 6thand 7thdimensions depending on their spiritual evolution. Many drop into the 4theven third on missions to assist humanity. Many have incarnated as Saints, Sages and Masters in service to humanity and the Earth.
