In today’s episode of Exonews TV, William Tompkins reveals an astonishing secret acquired by U.S. Navy spies embedded within Nazi Germany’s advanced technology projects during the World War II – the Nazi war effort was being assisted by extraterrestrial visitors.

The spies had reported to a covert Naval Intelligence operation, located at Naval Air Station San Diego, that Adolf Hitler had signed a secret agreement with representatives of a Reptilian extraterrestrial race. In today’s newly released ExoNews TV interview, Tompkins reveals how “Reptilian consultants” were helping the Nazi SS develop advanced weapons technologies

In the interview, Tompkins discusses the Reptilian consultants helping the Nazis:

They had, if you want to call them, “consultants”, who are Reptilian consultants assisting on all of these different things that it takes to design and build these spacecraft carriers, and propulsion systems. So this is an extremely well developed program and documented like crazy. Getting copies of the documents was hard for them, hard for our spies. This was an open program in the upper level of the SS.
The spies learned that the goal of the Reptilian plan was not only to assist the Nazis to win the war and achieve planetary conquest, but to build fleets of antigravity spacecraft carriers that could be used for interplanetary conquest in other star systems:

Holy cats the thing went way beyond that [world conquest]. Again, what we just said about this was the tip of the iceberg of what they were doing. Already Reptilians were doing it to other stars’ planets all over this area of the Galaxy…. These young kids, the operatives, they couldn’t believe half of what they brought back, what was going on. But some of them were really good people, and they knew how to get into places and listen to what’s going on, and finding what that guy he had talked to, or he heard, and going to so and so, because yes they were doing that over there.
Tompkins information is startling, but it is not the first time claims have been made about Nazi Germany receiving extraterrestrial help during the War. The father of German rocket science, Herman Oberth, said the following in response to a question about Nazi Germany’s rapid technological development:

We cannot take credit for our record advancement in certain scientific fields alone. We have been helped.” When asked by whom, he replied, “the peoples of other worlds.
In a 1998 interview with Linda Moulton Howe, a former CIA agent, who from 1957 to 1960 was given access to highly classified briefing files, said that the documents revealed that the Nazis had indeed been helped by an extraterrestrial race in their advanced aeronautical weapons projects:

When Vril was building that first craft, the Vril had one or two of the aliens that worked with them in Germany where they fired rockets from Peenemunde. The documents I read in Washington said that’s where the first Vril vehicle was made…. They [aliens] were helpers to Germany.
More recently, Secret Space Program whistleblower, Corey Goode says that from 1987 to 2007, he read intelligence briefings on smart-glass pads that detailed what had happened during World War II.

He describes how German Secret Societies were helped before and throughout World War II by Draconian extraterrestrials who were assisting the former in the development of advanced antigravity space battle fleets.

At the same time these [German Secret] Societies had made contact with the Draco Federation and another group that avoided the Draco’s. The German Occultists were very busy from the early 1900’s, especially the time just before, during and after World War One. Their major breakthrough’s occurred in the late 1930’s.
Goode said that the ultimate goal of the Reptilians, in helping German Secret Societies and the Nazi SS, was to create advanced space carrier groups that would be capable of interplanetary conquest. The eventual German/Nazi space battle groups became what Goode described as the “Dark Fleet.” It operates outside of our solar system, and is described at length in the book, Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs and Extraterrestrial Alliances

Consequently, the whistleblower testimonies by the CIA Agent and Corey Goode support Tompkins’ claims that intelligence briefing files dating from World War II did indeed refer to Nazi Germany being assisted by extraterrestrials. Significantly, the ultimate goal of the German Reptilian alliance went far beyond planetary conquest, as Tompkins claimed the U.S. Navy had learned from its spies.

In addition to the preceding whistleblower testimony, there are important documents that support Tompkins extraordinary claims. In his autobiography, Selected by Extraterrestrials, Tompkins supplied a number of significant documents.

The two most pertinent to his specific claims that Navy spies were reporting on advanced Nazi aerospace projects, are Tompkins’ mission orders and two passes he received to enter and leave Naval Air Station with multiple “information” packages.

His mission orders confirm that he was authorized to work as a “Disseminator of Aircraft Research and Information.” This is compelling documentary evidence that the packages Tompkins was carrying contained classified Naval intelligence on advanced aircraft designs, which included those developed in Nazi Germany.

In last week’s ExoNews TV interview Tompkins revealed how he participated in the debriefings of Navy spies, who returned periodically from Germany to give updates on what they were seeing in advanced technology projects. Tompkins job was to then design briefing packets that he would disseminate to leading U.S. corporations, think tanks and universities that could properly study and evaluate the information.

Over the four years of his covert Naval Intelligence service (1942-1946) Tompkins estimates giving 1200 briefings at different locations, where he revealed Nazi secrets to those U.S. scientists most capable of understanding what the Germans were secretly developing.



This week’s episode of ExoNews TV is likely to be deeply disturbing to those believing the question of extraterrestrial life is still largely a speculative question, arising from thousands of sightings of UFOs. Giants that have been in hibernation in “stasis chambers” for thousands of years are awakening, and are being sought out by elite military forces, according to several independent sources.

After being located, awakened giants are allegedly being captured and held hostage by powerful global elite groups that do not want the rest of humanity to learn the truth.

Secret space program whistleblower, Corey Goode, was among the first to publicly disclose the existence of “stasis chambers” that were holding perfectly preserved giants for thousands of years. In an August 4, 2015 interview on the popular show, Cosmic Disclosure, Goode discussed how he had accessed information on “smart-glass pads” during his covert service about these sleeping giants and the technology of the stasis chambers that were preserving them.

Goode said:

When I was in the program, the Secret Space Program, when I would have time to sit and look at the smart-glass pad, there was lots of information that I looked at. And one of them was that there were beings that they found underneath the surface of Earth, underneath…usually underneath mountains, burial mountains… Indian burial mounds that were not dead but weren’t quite alive. They called them “stasis beings”. And it turned out that had used a technology that had been there long prior, from this group they called the “ancient builder race”… So, it didn’t put the beings in stasis that a lot of us would think of, as in being frozen. But it just changed the way they experienced time.… they would probably go to sleep for maybe 20 minutes, and 30,000 years or so would pass by.…
Goode described the size of the beings found in the stasis chambers when they were first discovered in the 19th century, all over the planet:

And to look down in, they saw these very tall beings, or very large giant humans with reddish beards…. these tall, red-headed, red beard groups were in Europe and South and North America. And apparently, at one time, before the last Ice Age apparently, they had a very large area that they ruled.
Goode gave examples of stasis chambers that had been found around the world. Some were still operating with different modern human groups that had learned to use the technology, while others had been damaged and the beings in stasis had died as a result.

Disseminating this vital intelligence information to various U.S. aerospace corporations and universities was Tompkins primary responsibility.

Tompkins said that he served under Admiral Rick Obatta who was in charge of intelligence operations out of the Naval Air Station at San Diego, and three Navy captains who were specialists in different areas of Naval aircraft design, engineering, and procurement. In the interview, he describes some of the circumstances of the debriefings that he participated in.

The following interview extract features Tompkins answering questions from Dr. Robert Wood and I on the information he gained from the Navy operatives, the different corporations and thinks tanks he travelled to, and some of the aerospace technologies that were being secretly developed by the Nazis during the War.

This cat-and-mouse game of stop/start is related to the concern of the ancient families and royals over the sudden way that the oligarchs strike and how they too often disregard whatever they have agreed to. This wariness is thus reflected in the odd way funds have moved over the past few weeks. We have sincerely questioned these tactics and suggested alternative methods for countering this continued distrust of the way this process is to conclude. In any case, you are to eventually receive your initial funds and are to see the downfall of the rulers who compose their many defacto regimes. In fact, let it be known that the farcical false flags in both Paris and Brussels are just ways used by the dark to show that its days of manipulating you are not over. As long as their puppet governments rule, you can expect even more attempts to scare you. Fortunately, the new American Republic proposed by NESARA is quite close to actual fruition. There are still a few kinks left to work out and a stronger set of agreements to be put in place.

The dark cabal is like a cornered animal. It is constantly applying survival strategies that have seemed to work in the past. These false flags are yet another example of this. ISIS is a tool of this process. Its support comes from careful funding by the secret government, and it uses specially trained mercenaries to tutor its forces in irregular warfare tactics, which it currently employs. It has established "cells", similar to those used in previous wars against the French in Algeria in the 1950s, and used in other guerilla wars since that time. These strategies are being employed to make it seem that these militants are somehow indigenous to the Middle East. What they are doing is stirring up a pot of frustrations that has existed ever since the West stifled a pan-Arabic revolution against the Ottoman Empire in the late 1910s. This set of ongoing irritations, as well as the fate of millions of Islamic immigrants into Europe, now needs to be properly addressed. These issues require resolution by the Light and its new set of governance.

These problems have not as yet threatened the funds, but they have made many people weary of the continuing shenanigans of the dark and its cronies. On one hand, we have the Ascended Masters, numerous secret societies and their close allies, those individuals sincerely dedicated to a quick and sane ending to the power and wealth of the dark’s many minions. These oligarchs were intent on a massive depopulation program, which has recently begun to have some effect on the world’s numerous underdeveloped and poorer countries. This set of deadly projects is only now being somewhat stopped by a series of enlightened “whistleblowers.” These projects are part of other activities that are poisoning the world’s air, oceans and ground with deadly pathogens and an increase in the spread of radiation and its evil side effects to humanity. We are carefully monitoring these things and keeping the vile effects to a lower level of intensity. We can rid Gaia of these things only when the world’s major governments permit our visible presence over a wide period of time. Here, the importance of NESARA becomes quite evident. We look forward to new governance becoming a manifested reality.

The ongoing manifesting of various funds is a continuing sign of the rising overcautious behavior of those entrusted with the safe movement of large sums across international boundaries. We again encourage these groups to permit us to have a much greater hand in this most essential set of very sensitive operations. Mars is Inhabited by Humans and We Have a Secret Pact with Aliens, Space Activist Reveals

I am 67 years old. I was born on a naval base in Florida during the Second World War. I live in Vancouver. I am a Doctor of Laws and a judge in the Kuala Lumpur Court of Justice for war crimes, I am married, I have a son and two stepdaughters. We live in a universe of intelligent origin. There is evidence that there are ethical civilizations more advanced than our own, who participate in our developmental process.

La Vanguardia: Give me evidence.

Webre: Declarations of The United States government employees who have testified their participation in secret programs of relations with certain extraterrestrial civilizations.

La Vanguardia: This means that we have already made contact with the extraterrestrials?

Webre: Yes, according to those witnesses, the United States government has been working with them secretly since the 1950s.

Andrew Basiago, son of a CIA official, was enrolled at the age of seven in a secret program for super-gifted children who were trained to be ambassadors before the extraterrestrial race.

La Vanguardia: Any contact?

Webre: There has been a meeting with 3 astronauts from the planet Mars. In January 2009, the CIA employee Virginia Olds confirmed that CIA knows there is a humanoid civilization living under the surface of Mars.

We think that in the year 9500 B.C. fragments of the Vela supernova entered the solar system and destroyed the ecology on Mars. The Martians, 1.500 years more ethically and technologically advanced than us humans, sheltered underground.

La Vanguardia: There are three astronauts who assert to have seen extraterrestrial life.

Webre: Yes, Buzz Aldrin who travelled aboard the Apollo XI said that when they arrived on the Moon in 1969, there were two large extraterrestrial ships around the great crater, his version was verified by high NASA officials.

La Vanguardia: I am amazed.

Webre: Doctor Steven Greer, director of the Disclosure Project, has gathered more than 500 testimonies from military, government and intelligence of high rank that are witness to the extraterrestrial presence and they were made public in May 2009, in the National Press Club of Washington.

La Vanguardia: Mexico, Chile, Brazil and Peru have released their UFO records.

Webre: Recently so did France, Sweden and Denmark, and the United Kingdom that brought to light 7.200 UFO files compiled by D155, a secret unit of the Ministry of Defense.

La Vanguardia: Why not divulge the life on Mars?

Webre: Because of political reasons. We are going to insert a question invoking the freedom of information laws, so that NASA admits the intelligent life on Mars.

La Vanguardia: And the Martians, why don’t they appear in society?

Webre: Our planet is one of a low order and we assume it is under a quarantine that is imposed by the government of the universe.

Webre: According to some theories we are evolving on a very accelerated pace, in order to abandon the economy of permanent war and to turn it into a sustainable economy. The human consciousness is developing to enter the universal age and to openly connect with those other civilizations.

Webre: There is a primary guideline: do not interfere in the evolution of a civilization from other planet. But in very little time, man will learn how to use the quantum teleportation and to extract energy from space. We are in a transitional era where we must decide if we choose destruction or evolution.

La Vanguardia: Does your work consist of studying the great government of the universe?

Webre: Exopolitics is a social science that studies the relationships between our human civilization and other intelligent civilizations in the universe. One of our first steps in the universal diplomacy will be through the Martian civilization.

Webre: I personally work with Doctor Norman Miranda, the cabinet chief of the president of UNO General Assembly, so that UNO will represent the Earth before the Martian civilization.

If Webre’s predictions prove to be true we are yet to find out, but considering that his beliefs are shared by many others, it’s likely that at least a grain of truth resides in his story. There’s clearly much disinformation ‘flying around’ the internet these days which turns people into skeptics when it comes to the UFO phenomenon and a former Martian civilization, but it’s likely that instead of presenting the entire history of humanity as something totally different, our governments choose to play this game of denial to their advantage. It seems that whenever someone talks about Tesla you cannot help but wonder how it is possible for a Man like Tesla to have gone unnoticed in history books? I mean why is someone like Tesla literally erased from History? Why is his legacy pushed out of society?
Tesla was a man far ahead of his time, and his countless inventions are evidence that this man was in fact the most incredible inventor to ever live on Earth. If it wasn’t for this man, things like smartphones, radio, remote controlled devices, etc… would be something completely unknown to us.

But a part of these ‘conventional’ intentions, Tesla had quite a few that seem to have come straight out of a science fiction movie script. UFO’s, Antigravity and Alien beings were anything but unfamiliar for Tesla who even claimed to have contacted beings not from Earth while working on one of his projects.

Tesla was onto great things, technologies that most scientists today cannot even imagine. In 1928, Tesla registered yet another patent: number 1,655,144: A flying machine that resembled both a helicopter and an airplane. Before his death, Tesla had developed the blueprints for the propulsion system of his aircraft. He called it “SPACE DRIVE” or the anti-electromagnetic field propulsion system. Interestingly, according to William R. Lyne in “Occult Ether Physics”, in a conference that Tesla had prepared for the Migrant Welfare Institute on May 12, 1938, he spoke about the Dynamic Theory of Gravity. Tesla had discovered the secrets for creating the perfect vehicle that could get people into space, was relatively cheap to build, and had a propulsion system that did not use fuel. Tesla had discovered a way to harness unlimited energy which he claims was located everywhere around us. It was our job to harness this energy and Tesla knew how to do it.

“I have worked out in all details and hope to give to the world very soon. It explains the causes of this force and the motions of heavenly bodies under its influence so satisfactorily that it will put an end to idle speculation and false conceptions, as that of curved space. Only the existence of a Weld of force can account for the motions of the bodies as observed, and its assumption dispenses with space curvature. All literature on this subject is futile and destined to oblivion. So are all attempts to explain the workings of the universe without recognizing the existence of the ether and the indispensable function it plays in the phenomena.”

Tesla discovered that the electrostatic emission surface of a conductor will always concentrate where the surface is curved, or where it has an edge. While steeper the curve, or corner, the higher the concentration of electron emission is. Tesla also noted that an electrostatic charge will flow over the surface of a conductor rather than penetrate it. This is referred to as the Faraday Effect or skin effect discovered by Michael Faraday.

This also explains the principles of the Faraday cage, which is used in high voltage research laboratories to protect humans and the electro-sensitive equipment from damage.

According to UFO reports, the inside of these “vehicles” is composed of circular channels or columns which go through the center of the craft. These serve, as a superstructure for the rest of the disk-shaped object and carry a high voltage and a high frequency coil. It is believed to be a resonant transformer which gives electrostatic and electromagnetic load to the craft and its polarity. The coil inside the craft is what we know today as a Tesla Coil invented by Nikola Tesla in 1891.

Nikola Tesla said: “There is a difference between progress and technology, progress benefits mankind. Technology does not necessarily do that.”

Aliens, Tesla and the First man-made Flying Saucer
One night, when he was alone in the laboratory, Tesla observed what he cautiously referred to as electrical actions which definitely appeared to be intelligent signals. The changes were taking place periodically and with such a clear suggestion of number and order that they could not be traced to any cause then known to him.

This incident was the first of many in which Tesla intercepted what he felt were intelligent signals from space. At the time, it was surmised by prominent scientists that Mars would be a likely haven for intelligent life in our solar system, and Tesla at first thought these signals may be originating from the red planet.

While in Colorado Springs, Tesla intercepted strange radio signals that spread through the media incredibly fast. Tesla observed unusual signals from his receiver, Tesla concluded that these signals might actually be signals that have originated somewhere in space. He mentioned these signals in a letter to reporter Julian Hawthorne at the Philadelphia North American on 8 December 1899 and in a December 1900 letter about possible discoveries in the new century to the Red Cross Society where he referred to messages “from another world” that read “1… 2… 3…”.

But Tesla was not the only one who was able to intercept these mysterious signals. Guglielmo Marconi, 1st Marquis of Marconi was an Italian inventor and electrical engineer, known for his pioneering work on long-distance radio transmission and for his development of Marconi’s law and a radio telegraph system. Guglielmo Marconi also intercepted signals originating from space a few years after Tesla, researchers have since claimed that Tesla and Marconi intercepted the same signals.

The Perfect UFO: Made by Tesla

The methods used in the design of the flying saucer matched the descriptions of those who claimed to have seen from inside a UFO: with a discoidal capacitor with sufficient size to provide enough thrust to fly, while other small capacitors allowed to control the direction of the flying saucer, to which he added a gyroscopic stabilization system and an electric “drive” control. And if all of that isn’t enough, Tesla had more; the interior of the ship was equipped with flat screens and external video cameras for the pilot’s blind spots.

Tesla’s UFO has eyes, and these were made of electro-optical lenses, arranged in quadrants, allowing the pilot to see everything. Screens and monitors are placed on a console where the browser can observe all areas around the vehicle, and Tesla’s incredible invention included magnifying lenses, which could have been used without changing positions. Basically it is an incredibly well designed aircraft, one that we could actually manage to build today. Or have we already built it? What happened to this invention? Why are we not flying into space with Tesla’s incredible invention?

Moon is Artificial and Arrived With Refugees From Destroyed Planet in Asteroid Belt

According to secret space program whistleblower Corey Goode, there was once a “Super Earth” in the asteroid belt with human looking giants who were involved in a devastating galactic war that destroyed their planet.
Goode claims in yesterday’s episode of Cosmic Disclosure that many of the giants fled the destruction via one of their artificially created moons, which was sent into an orbit around the Earth approximately 500,000 years ago.

Goode says that the smart glass pads he read during his 20 year service with different secret space programs from 1987 to 2007 provided two explanations for the moon’s artificial nature. One was that it was a hollowed out natural moon, and the second was that it was a giant orbiting space station.

Goode then says that waves of refugees from the Super Earth began arriving on Earth during different stages in the period spanning the former planet’s destruction. One of these waves was associated with the arrival of the Moon that was teeming with refugees.

The refugees arrival on Earth created armed conflict with advanced indigenous human groups that had previously escaped into the Earth’s interior from cataclysms, and were helping survivors on the surface rebuild society. In previous episodes, Goode says that these breakaway “Inner Earth” groups date as far back as 18 million years, inhabit vast caverns as large as the U.S. state of Texas, and possess advanced space craft.

In addition, different extraterrestrial groups had established colonies on the Earth’s surface where long term genetic experiments had begun – 22 according to Goode and the contactee, Alex Collier. The arrival of the different extraterrestrial groups and their genetic manipulation of surface humans had previously created conflict between the Inner Earth civilizations and the extraterrestrial human hybrid colonies on the surface.

The arrival of the Moon with refugees possessing advanced technologies threatened to upset the delicate balance of power that had been achieved on the Earth between the Inner Earth and surface civilizations. There were subsequent military battles between the Inner Earth civilizations, extraterrestrial visitors and the Super Earth refugees on the Moon, according to Goode.

Evidence of these ancient Moon battles can be witnessed today in the form of the remnants of giant crystal domes, huge towers and square structures, which Goode says he directly witnessed while flying over the moon’s surface. Support for Goode’s astounding claim comes from the research of Richard Hoagland who has conducted extensive digital analysis of much NASA lunar imagery, which he concluded revealed the remnants of giant glass/crystal structures all over the Moon:....

At present, the special historic bonds have been moved and accounted for. The world is ready for a new currency that is much more fairly accounted for and truly represents the real value of each nation’s economy. Added to this, there is the final worldwide movement of gold into secure depositories that makes it easy for every nation’s currency to be gold-backed. This operation was somewhat held up as numerous security procedures had to be met and the gold properly secured. The Ancient Families and Royals demanded that special operations agreed upon earlier were carried out as directed. These things are currently being done and special measures timing is in effect. This means that deliveries are in process and soon funds are to be in accounts of those who were previously scheduled to receive these monies at the start of the various humanitarian projects. When this is accomplished, a number of other resources are also to be put into play. These fundings are to be the harbinger of new governance and with that comes into view the end of the decades-long UFO cover-up.

We have learned much about you from them. Their wisdom is immense and has become the playbook for our actions on your behalf. These sacred ones deeply Love you. Their grace and mercy knows no bounds. They have told us how their many Light-empowered sacred secret groups are readying this world for its new reality. These divine strategies are to bring you to the very edge of transformation. The final steps are to be handled by a joint partnership between the Agarthans, the Ascended Masters and us. To this end, a vast set of Crystal Light Chambers has been constructed throughout Agartha. A series of most amazing things are now on the verge of happening to you!

Heaven, which deeply Loves you, created us over time to oversee and protect you during this truly dark period for humanity. Thus, our primary tasks from the beginning were to protect you, provide mercy when necessary and closely follow the grace-filled edicts from Heaven. This divine duty leads us now to the sacred point when Heaven’s great decrees are to manifest. These are to permit those much-needed alterations to this reality to take effect. In truth, a series of great consciousness and reality shifts are in effect. It is this operation that is changing this realm for the better.

Our present task is to prepare you for the final aspects of the ascension process. At present, you have completed over one-half of what is needed. Due to various accelerations from Heaven in the past year, the coming months promise to see a vast increase in “ascension symptoms” among you. The most concentrated signs are to be found in your head, neck and upper chest. These things are being done to move your consciousness up a few giant pegs. The heart’s nervous system needs to be readied for its alterations to come while you are in your crystal chamber. The brain requires a series of adjustments to not only bring in new chakras but to increase as well its open communications with your greatly modified heart. These modifications can at times be quite painful. All of us are ready to aid and advise you on these matters. A time of wondrous change is ahead of you! Hosanna! Hosanna!

As noted, these changes are part of those numerous events that are required by Heaven. You are being returned to a gracious state of Being. Each master had to complete a number of special acts over many lifetimes before Heaven provided us with our Ascension ceremony. This is a mass ascension, which is quite rare and comes after a long period of abuses and retributions from the dark and its Anunnaki allies. These horrors are currently being reversed. What is additionally needed is your own participation in these acts of mercy and grace. Once done, you are to be ascended in joy by the special crystal chambers. When achieved, you are to bask in a Light that you can barely imagine! Our divine task is to carefully watch over you and specially bless each of you. Do not be hesitant! Heaven has readied a new reality for all and your children’s children to reside in. This kingdom (Star Nation) of the new Earth is your reward for what these coming aches and pains bring you.
