China gives Dark Fleet Antarctica Bases to Earth Alliance to build Space Fleets
On September 24, I received a new update about recent developments in Antarctica concerning former Dark Fleet bases taken over by China, and how these were being turned over to the Earth Alliance as a result of the Jupiter Agreements. The update was released by Val Nek, from the Galactic Federation of Worlds, through Megan Rose who again relayed the information.
After receiving the report, I asked a series of questions which were relayed back to Val Nek. I received his answers on September 25, and immediately began experiencing severe computer hacking. The cursor on my computer would move independently and I could not use the programs necessary for creating articles and videos despite activating my McAffee anti-virus program, and twice rebooting my computer.
Thankfully, after an hour or two, the problem disappeared. I suspect my computer was hacked and its functions restored after a third party intervened. The incident was a reminder of the importance of the information I was receiving and the need to release it publicly as quickly as possible. Without further ado, here is what Val Nek [VN] reported on Sept 24.
VN: I am happy to report that with many successful missions that the bases in Antarctica are cleared and in control of the [Earth] Alliance. The Alliance has worked alongside members of the Federation to clear the Dark Fleet and its allies from its numerous bases. This is not new information but rather relevant to agreements made with China, what you have called the Artemis Accords.
While China is not currently a party to the Artemis Accords, these are the foundation of the multinational alliance that has been created around the US as the hub. Both China and Russia at first opposed the Accords, but after their popularity led to the Galactic Federation choosing the US as the leader of the 14 spacefaring nations and aerospace corporations present at the July Jupiter meetings, China had to consequently shift its position. This was necessary if China was to receive any advanced aerospace technologies from the Federation, after the Draconian Empire (Ciakharr) and Orion Alliance (Tall Grays) had to leave our Solar System, developments which were covered in previous articles.

Elon Musk Tweet Reveals Solar Warden/Earth Alliance Spacecraft
On September 23, 2021, Elon Musk tweeted a picture taken from a SpaceX civilian mission into low Earth Orbit. A close up of the picture reveals at least six cigar shaped craft traveling in formation. According to Thor Han Eredyon of the Galactic Federation of Worlds—as relayed by Elena Danaan—the craft belonged to the US Navy’s Solar Warden program and are now part of the newly formed Earth Alliance.
I have been told that Musk is constrained by Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) from revealing what he knows about the Earth Alliance, diplomatic meetings on Jupiter, extraterrestrial life, etc., but is allowed to leave clues so we can figure it out by ourselves.

Valiant Thor, Thor Han: We Will Never Let You Down – Book Review
We Will Never Let You Down is an extraordinary new book that gives unprecedented insights into the operations and philosophies of various extraterrestrial organizations operating in our solar system. The author, Elena Danaan, shared her memories of direct contact experiences and conversations with extraterrestrials working with several of these organizations—the most significant being the Galactic Federation of Worlds. Her book is a remarkable revelation about galactic politics and extraterrestrial intervention on our planet.
The book begins with a Foreword by Laura Eisenhower, describing her deep relief at learning that her Great Grandfather, President Dwight Eisenhower, didn’t sign the treaty with extraterrestrials that sold out America for technological secrets shared by Gray aliens from the Orion Constellation—the ‘Nebu’. Laura was referring to information Elena had passed on from Val Thor, who lived for three years as a guest of the Eisenhower administration at the Pentagon from 1958 to 1961, and who had developed a close personal friendship with the President.
Today Val Thor lives in an underground city on Venus, but continues to work with the Galactic Federation in various projects on Earth and the solar system. It was through her primary contact, Thor Han, a Pleiadian, that Elena was able to meet and talk with Val Thor on several occasions, both onboard motherships and his home located beneath Venus’ inhospitable surface.
It was through these physical contacts that Elena was able to receive the vital information that was so important and personally liberating for Laura Eisenhower, who had long labored under a sense of family guilt over what she—and many others—mistakenly thought President Eisenhower had approved. In fact, we learn that he wanted to sign an agreement with the Galactic Federation, but the Majestic-12 control group in charge of all alien related projects signed an agreement with the Orion Grays/Nebu instead behind Eisenhower’s back.
I found what Val Thor had to say about his contacts with various public officials and private individuals particularly helpful in understanding the behind the scenes activities by different nations concerning extraterrestrial life. His comments about his trips to the Soviet Union, where he offered the same technological aid and philosophical advice from the Galactic Federation that had been given to the US government, were eye-opening.
The Soviets, like the Americans before them, ultimately declined offers of assistance and advice from the Galactic Federation. Instead, the Soviets chose to work with the Grays/Nebu, whose technology assistance came with no strings attached. This contrasted with the Federation’s nuclear disarmament requirement that Eisenhower was prepared to accept, but was overruled by the military industrial complex.
Especially important was what Elena was told about the KGB book on Alien races, which has been circulating the internet for a number of years now. Val Thor told her that the information in the book, which describes many different alien races was accurate, and had been passed on to both the US and USSR by the Federation. Other countries such as Japan and France had also received the same information, confirming that their national leaders were also in communications with extraterrestrial civilizations and were building secret space programs.
What I found very helpful was Elena’s discussion of a trip to a floating mothership/city high up in Jupiter’s atmosphere, where she got to meet with representatives of the Ashtar Command who run the facility. This is the same Ashtar Command that contacted the Truman administration in July 1952 and warned about the development of thermonuclear weapons. These communications were described by the contactee, George Van Tassell, who published letters sent to the US Air Force on behalf of the Ashtar Command, just before the famous Washington UFO Flyovers.
The Jupiter facility was the same location where representatives from 14 countries with national space programs, along with CEOs of many aerospace companies, had been taken to in July 2021 and reached an agreement on how the solar system would be run. The Ashtar Command, we are told, works with but is completely autonomous from the Galactic Federation.
What was truly astounding was Elena’s description of the different Galactic and Earth-based entities operating in our solar system. Back in 2013, when I wrote my book, Galactic Diplomacy: Getting to Yes with ET, I had attempted to develop an overview of different galactic organizations.
While there were multiple sources at the time describing different extraterrestrial groups, the references to galactic organizations were very scarce. Not enough reliable material was available for me to reach a clear understanding of the identity and operations of different galactic organizations operating in our solar system. Now eight years later, Elena had developed the overview that I had unsuccessfully attempted to put together!
I found Val Thor’s information about our planet going through a dark night of the soul very relevant to current planetary events. Given his deep knowledge of human affairs and access to time travel technologies, it’s reassuring to know that we will come out of this dark period in a very positive way. Our future is very bright, according to Val Thor. We will become full members of the Galactic Federation of Worlds in the not too distant future with all of its incredible technologies available to all humanity.
Val Thor also acknowledges that Professor Haim Eshed, who achieved worldwide press coverage at the end of 2020 due to his revelations of the Trump Administration being in touch with the “Galactic Federation”, was part of an official disclosure process approved by Israel’s leadership. Eshed’s status as the father of Israel’s space program made him someone difficult to ignore.
Val Thor also explained that a fake alien invasion was indeed a plan developed by the Deep State using holographic technologies to frame the Galactic Federation as attackers, thereby poisoning future relations with humanity. What makes such a nefarious plan particularly relevant today is that the Orion Grays and Draco Reptilians (Ciakharr) were being forced to leave our solar system, but could return at any time with new allies in an outright invasion. Hence the urgent need for the Galactic Federation to fast-track the construction of advanced defense technologies by Earth’s militaries.
One of the most important points raised in We Will Never Let You Down is that despite the vast majority of humanity being in the dark about secret space programs, extraterrestrials consider humanity an interstellar species. Contact with the Dark Fleet, working in tangent with the Draconian Empire, is the first contact many extraterrestrial civilizations are having with humanity. We will have to deal with this terrible legacy once the Dark Fleet, and its allies are driven from power on Earth and in our solar system.
I could go on and on about why Elena’s book is so important and is a must-read. The content is breathtaking, and it all comes from direct personal contact experiences with extraterrestrials on their spacecraft or homes. That’s very important since this is not channeled material, as some critics will want to make you believe.
We Will Never Let You Down is a delightful gift to anyone open to learning the tremendous potential humanity possesses in terms of interstellar travel and relations. The book is written by a truly compassionate, intelligent, and earnest author who has been chosen to play a critical role in awakening humanity to the truth about extraterrestrials visiting our solar system.

Cosmic Disclosure with Cosmic Girls Elena Danaan and Megan Rose The Jupiter Agreements, Prime Directive of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, Counter Intelligence and more
This is not pie in the sky hopium!
In this episode, two contactees of the Galactic Federation, Elena and Megan, discuss the Jupiter Agreements, Prime Directive of GFW, Counter Intelligence and more. The Jupiter Agreements were monumental agreements made between the earth alliance, the Galactic Federation and corporations, outlining how earth will proceed in space and how new technology will be manufactured and administered.
Many people are asking me about the conflicting intel coming from Secret Space Program insider, Corey Goode, when compared to the intel being presented by the extraterrestrial contactees, Elena Danaan and Megan Rose. Corey has recently put out a video and statement with his update on the current exopolitical situation that people are asking me about given my ongoing series of articles on updates provided by Elena and Megan. In response, Elena and Megan put out their own video where they explained their intel and sources, and why its not “pie in the sky hopium”.
There does indeed appear to be conflicting intel coming from Corey and Elena/Megan about the present state of exopolitical affairs in terms of the current operations of the Dark Fleet, Draco/Orion Alliance and Interplanetary Corporate Complex. Corey’s latest update suggests that the latter remain very much alive and operational in our solar system, while the Earth Alliance has recently suffered some serious reversals. On the other hand, Elena/Megan’s information suggests that the Dark Fleet, etc., are in disarray and in varying states of collapse, with power being transferred to the Earth Alliance who are taking control of our solar system.
On the surface, there does appear to be something indeed awry between these two narratives. It may well be that we are witnessing two timelines with distinct possibilities of playing out depending on which narrative is adopted by the collective consciousness. These parallel timelines boil down to whether or not you believe the Deep State is in control of planetary affairs through the Biden Administration and is moving forward with its nefarious agenda, or whether White Hats/Earth Alliance are in control behind the scenes.
This latter approach is very popular with the Patriot community who are citing many confidential insider sources that the Biden Administration is part of a national and global show being allowed to exercise power in order to wake up “the normies.” This is a perspective that a lot of intel points to in my opinion. Individuals such as Juan O Savin appears to be very well informed on what’s happening behind the scenes in conventional politics as expressed in his interviews and book, A Kid by the Side of the Road. His is a perspective I very much share.
So there are two timelines, and two perspectives on what is really happening around the planet depending on what you accept as truth regarding the Biden Administration/Deep State and White Hats/Earth Alliance. I believe that something similar is happening in space.
The ETs/Galactic Federation working with Elena and Megan are clearly influencing our evolution towards a Star Trek Future with their intel drops. This Star Trek Future is well backed up by ongoing space developments such as the signing of the Artemis Accords, the establishment of Combined Space Operations Initiative under US leadership, companies being encouraged to build Moon landers and to go out into deep space, and newer companies such as SpaceX being given major NASA contracts over older ‘Deep State’ companies such as Lockheed, Boeing, Northrup Grumman, etc.
As I’ve repeatedly cited in my articles, books and webinars, the creation of a Star Trek Future is the optimal timeline being pursued by the US military and space leadership as outlined in the 2019 Space Futures Workshop, which is a matter of the public record.
As I explained in a video excerpt from my last webinar, the Galactic Federation’s Prime Directive that was released by Elena, appears to be the source of the fictional Prime Directive found in a 1987 book by Bernard Menke and Stuart Rick, The Federation. This is powerful corroborating evidence that the Galactic Federation has been working with the US Navy and Earth Alliance since at least the 1960s in bringing about a Star Trek Future.
Ultimately, these conflicting narratives emanating from Corey and Elena/Megan may boil down to a more optimistic cup is half-full approach versus a cup is half-empty approach to understanding what is happening in the exopolitical arena.
Corey is taking the more pessimistic cup is half-empty approach based on his intel sources, which mirrors what appears to be happening in the conventional political arena around the planet. In contrast, Elena and Megan are taking the more optimistic cup is half-full approach in relaying the intel provided by their Galactic Federation sources about events unfolding behind the scenes.
At this time in our history, when humanity appears to be collectively experiencing a dark night of the soul, I believe it very important that we focus on more optimistic information since this does influence the timelines.
As the old adage tells us, “where attention goes reality flows.” That is the reason why I have been promoting Elena and Megan’s intel recently. I believe it presents a more desirable direction we should collectively take the planet, and it is well supported by many space events as I have been explaining in my recent updates.
Chronovisor Device that Can View Past Events Hidden in the Vatican Secret Archives
It was called the Chronovisor, and with it he had seen not only the last days of the life of Jesus – the agony, the betrayal, the trial, crucifixion – but the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, the creation of the Ten Commandments, and other biblical moments, as well as notable historical events, like a speech by famed Roman Senator Marcus Tullius Cicero, a performance of the lost tragedy Thyestes, and even events from the life of Napoleon.
It must be said, Pellegrino Ernetti was not an eccentric man by nature. He was a Benedictine monk, a scientist and author, a musicologist, and the chair of Prepoliphony at the prestigious Benedetto Marcello Conservatory of Music in Venice. In other words, he was not the type of man prone to telling fantastical stories.
Brune knew this, and thus he immediately began to question Ernetti about the mysterious Chronovisor.
Ernetti revealed that the idea had come to him many years earlier while working on a project with his colleague, Father Agostino Gemelli, at the Catholic University of Milan. While attempting to filter harmonics out of old Georgian chants, they had seemingly heard the voice of Gemelli's dead father speaking through the recorder.
Intrigued, if not stunned, Ernetti began to wonder, what did happen to the sounds that people made after they ostensibly disappeared? Could it really be that voices from the past were being recorded somehow?
Comparing Prime Directives of the Galactic Federation of Worlds and Star Trek
In this excerpt from the Webinar, Our Star Trek Future, Dr. Michael Salla compares the Prime Directives of the Galactic Federation of Worlds and the Star Trek series. His comparison of the two Prime Directives suggests they came from the same source. The conclusion is that Gene Roddenberry and others associated with the Star Trek series had been given the actual text of the real Prime Directive – stored as a holographic document by the Galactic Federation, and released it in fictionalized form.

Are Suppressed Healing Technologies being mass produced on the Moon for public release?
On September 11, I received an important update concerning the impending public release of advanced healing technologies that are being mass produced on the Moon, as a result of the Jupiter Agreements involving military and space program officials from 14 nations and cutting-edge aerospace companies that occurred back in July. The update was given by Val Nek, a High Commander of the Galactic Federation of Worlds who took part in the Jupiter Agreements, according to Megan Rose who relayed Val Nek’s intel.
Val Nek’s update involves Lunar Operations Command (LOC), a former German/Nazi base on the Moon that initially was handed over by the Dark Fleet to US authorities including the Air Force Secret Space Program, NASA, CIA, National Reconnaissance Office, National Security Agency, and a consortium of corporations in the 1970s, as a result of secret agreements. This corporate consortium became more dominant over the subsequent years in managing the LOC and has been called the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate.
The first Secret Space Program insider to discuss LOC was Randy Cramer who came forward in April 2014 with his revelations. He says he was taken to LOC for induction and training, before being sent to Mars for a 17-year period as a supersoldier to fight indigenous Reptilians and Insectoids to protect Mars corporate colonies, before serving in the Solar Warden program for a further three years in deep space operations. He described being returned to the LOC at the end of his “20 and back” program in 2007, when he was put through age regression technologies that reversed his age back to 17. He was then returned back in time to when he began his service in 1987.
Randy’s experiences on Lunar Operations were very similar to what was later described by Corey Goode in early 2015 when he came forward with his experiences. I compared Randy and Corey’s experiences in an article published in April 2015, and also incorporated them along with another insider, Michael Relf, with information about events on Mars in a chapter of Insiders Reveal Secret Space Programs (2015). Other insiders have since come forward describing their own experiences at LOC and the advanced medical technologies that exist there.
Consequently, Val Nek’s information that LOC will be repurposed for the mass production and release of advanced healing technologies to humanity is very important news. This is what Val Nek (VN) said:

Corey Goode Update: WTF is going on? SSP Alliance, Dark Fleet, Super Federation and Propaganda Wars

I will be giving more details of my recent briefings with Gonzales, Anshar Delegation, and the SSP Leadership that was flown around by the Mayans in a cloaked ship on a tour hosted by Aree and an Anshar Elder (Ka-El-Lil). We were given quite a briefing on what has been going on while visiting these locations one by one (Investigating until we were detected and left) over several separate briefing tours that were held weeks apart. The ICC has locked down the Solar System in much the same way we have seen lockdowns on Earth due to a 'pandemic'. Before Sigmund's death, he received the entire Dark Fleet database on a number of hard drives. He was killed over this information but was able to get it to the SSP Alliance prior.
The SSP Alliance released the info within the other SSP's and the ICC used it as an excuse to lock down the Sol System while they searched and rooted out these 'security threats'. This was an epic backfire for the SSP Alliance. We were taken to locations on the Moon, The Asteroid Belt, and Mars. We made two separate trips to Antarctica where we were briefed and at the other locations witnessed the Mayan cloaked/out of phase probe enter facilities and Reptilian Cities until they were detected by Psychic Soldiers and Beings at these locations. We then went to the Super Federation bases (Close to Saturn and Jupiter) for the SSP Alliance to be briefed by custodians of these bases on the role humanity has been playing in their meetings since Earth was given a seat at their table. We were also informed of meeting at one of these bases that the New Guardians are expected to appear at and deliver messages to the members (A first time for any of the Super Federation including the new ICC members to see them). We were told to expect to attend this meeting when it happens. The Anshar believes we are on the optimal timeline though we teeter back and forth between a number of timelines, some partially 'optimal' others are not optimal at all.
It fluctuates with the mass consciousness of Earth which is in great chaos right now. Seeing the doubtful look on my face she explained that chaos occurs at the end of every age due to the energies and it was a part of their own timeline. I am trying to figure out the best way to bring this briefing to everyone Written or via a video as Aree is guiding me on the timing of the update. These briefings/tours were going on as recently as this past week. I am still compiling my thoughts and information at the moment. I have also had some interesting encounters with the Zulu where they actually communicated with me directly in a few dreams that Aree confirmed as actual contact. They and the Anshar are working with me on a number of levels preparing me for what is to come over the next year.
They have also assisted my family with quite a lot of Black Magic that was being used against us (Shadow People and Demonic Intrusions in our home etc...) I will speak more about the spiritual warfare aspect that many are overlooking. We are in scary but amazing hopeful times if we can see past the fear, propaganda and begin to understand our own power of manifesting reality. This co-creative power has been manipulated for eons to control reality and it is time we took that power back. No waiting for saviors to rescue us, we are the ones we have been waiting for. Galactic Federation is helping humanity build a Starfleet for Planetary Defense
According to Val Nek, a High Commander with the Galactic Federation of Worlds, Earth is undergoing a major power shift with the exodus of the Dark Fleet and their Draco Reptilian and Orion allies from our solar system. In his latest communication, relayed through one of his contactees, Megan Rose, we learn more about the status of unfolding events on Earth and our solar system, especially concerning the construction of huge motherships in Earth orbit that will serve as international outposts, and the development of a Starfleet for planetary defense.
In a previous article, I explained why I believe Megan’s communications closely align with another contactee, Elena Danaan, who has also met and knows Val Nek. One of the criteria I use to assess the validity of information from new sources such as Megan is if something is happening in real life that independently confirms what is being said. In the case of this latest intel, I was in the midst of communicating with JP, one of my long-time sources (since 2008) who is currently serving with the US Army, and wishes to remain anonymous.
His information, which I will soon present, corroborated what Val Nek was saying to a surprising degree. Consequently, I pass on the following information with high confidence that it is credible and worth evaluating for gaining a big picture overview of current events in our solar system.
On the morning of September 7, this was the message Megan (M) received from Val Nek (VN).
VN: Mars has been liberated. The Ciakahrr empire, the dark fleet, have fled Mars completely. They are now trying to flee to other star systems, like Sirius A, and form alliances to attack the federation and planet Terra. This is the need for ongoing security and training personnel from the Terran military, along with building a space fleet equipped to handle an attack. On Mars, most of their dark portals have been completely closed, with the exception of a few, which the Federation is working on. Their main portal to their headquarters, Aldebaran, has been closed completely. This is a huge victory for the Federation, as it is impossible for them to re-enter and re-infiltrate their precious outpost on Mars.
As you know, I have been working with US military officials to train and implement a fleet to protect and defend Terra. I want to reiterate that we have implemented technology to protect planet Terra. The star fleet, as you call it, is designed with higher density technology, making many of the new ships undetectable to the enemy. The enemy is unable to track or locate these ships due to the higher frequency. The ships have the capability to materialize and dematerialize in a lower density when necessary. This technology was given to the Terrans and must be built/produced by Terrans as to be in accordance with the laws of the Federation.
This is where the information of my anonymous source, JP, becomes relevant. Synchronistically, on the morning of September 7, he was telling me that he and select US Army colleagues were participating in multiple missions to the Moon on advanced shuttle craft using Nordic extraterrestrial technologies that had been shared with the US military and built on Earth.
In a previous article, I explained an incident where JP met with one of these Nordics working with the US military, and took a photo of the spacecraft. JP said that while his Army colleagues were having their memories wiped, he remembered everything about the Moon missions.
He described the shuttlecraft as very similar to a Nordic spacecraft that he had witnessed in Brazil in 2008, soon after which we began communications. I have documentation proving JP is currently serving with the US Army and has completed special forces training (necessary for covert space missions) along with the training required for his Military Occupation Specialty (MOS 91J) as a quartermaster and chemical repairer.
JP described the Moon shuttlecraft as fully autonomous vehicles that were a combination of human and extraterrestrial technology being remotely controlled from the Moon and Earth depending on where the craft was transiting. The principle is similar to an airport shuttle, but in this case, the craft was shuttling military personnel very quickly forth and back to the Moon for defense and construction projects.
