Dratzo! The Victory of the Light grows. Everywhere on your world, the emergence of the new financial system and never-ending waves of prosperity continues. Together with these marvelous changes is the prospect of a peace that almost didn't happen. In its closing moments, the dark tried, but was unable to instigate a global war. Fortunately, our liaisons and their earthly counterparts prevented this from happening. This surface world has also moved swiftly forward in the direction of first contact. You are entering an era when the requirement for money is to quickly disappear. This process is to be aided by the use of technologies, both yours and ours, that are to introduce the universal processor. This wondrous device is to render obsolete the need for farming, manufacturing and the use of Gaia's natural resources. Hence, your global societies are to be freed of the need to devote so much of their populations to these arduous and dangerous tasks. Gaia can expect to see much of her land returned to their original environments. This process will allow for the expansion of grasslands, swampy areas and forests. Therefore, more and more of your environments are to be reworked to add a number of habitats.

These changes are to improve the quality of your air, allowing the oceans to again sustain a teeming fish population. The water in lakes and rivers is to become cleaner as well. You are to learn to use your personal processors to prepare meals and replace furniture as you wish. This vast array of changes allows your Ascended Masters to teach you about your past and prepare you for our arrival. Our mentors intend to take this new knowledge to expand the way you look at yourselves, both individually and collectively. Your global societies need to fully evaluate the way they operate. Your great diversity is an opportunity to readjust how humanity can best get along with itself. You are then to be in transition to a world that can comprehend what these changes can accomplish. This will enable you to see Gaia as a split realm, and allow you to introduce the Agarthans to this outer realm. This alone is a giant step in the right direction. It means that the nonsense begun by the Atlanteans and sustained by the Anunnaki can at last be put to rest.

All of this is part of a process that started to happen to humanity in the mid-1960s. Suddenly, the young began to understand what the decrees of Heaven were all about. A sense of a new conscious birth became evident to many of them. In America, this wake-up call became known as the "Summer of Love." This awakening was short-circuited by the sudden introduction of psychedelic drugs by many gurus of this movement. These university-oriented gurus successfully misdirected the consciousness movement and gave rise to the horrific era of drug addiction. Their actions quickly waylaid the consciousness process. It was only the dark actions of the Ancharans (the near nova-ing of your Sun, for example) that allowed us to intervene and help this growth in consciousness to slowly resume. It was our intervention that helped to deflect the next part of the dark's master scheme, the false ET invasions. This was to be the means by which a prolonged series of massive military actions would complete the permanent enslavement of surface humanity.

The sudden onslaught of these false flag actions led Heaven to ask us to begin a mass intervention against the dark's intentions. In 1990, we sent a large S&E fleet (Science & Exploration) to oversee the consciousness shifts just begun by Heaven. As you may recall the next two and a half decades included events that we have described in numerous past reports. A short learning curve then ensued. We eventually organized part of a Light team that, through great dedication to its divine service, was able to end the dark's grand plan for your permanent enslavement. This process led to the dark's last-ditch schemes, the American election of 2016 and the nearly successful 2016 attempt to hatch a nuclear war scare. This was of course curtailed by declarations of the NESARA Republic. This new entity can temper the elections and cool down any potential nuclear war. You stand now on the edge of disclosure, at a time of great peace and the dawn of an immense prosperity! The old reality is waning and a new one is being set firmly in place! Hallelujah! Hallelujah!

We are preparing to meet those who We, your Ascended Masters, have known for millennia. These are your former Lemurian cousins from the Inner Earth land of Agartha. With us, they have offered humanity a refuge from the dark ones and provided a place where holy grace and mercy was able to be applied. We are thankful as well that all of us are to be given a home alive with ancient rituals that have provided our hearts true joy and Love. Wikileaks Reveals USAF General Involved in UFO and Secret Space Program Disclosures

Among the latest Wikileaks email releases is one revealing the name of a US Air Force General involved in an initiative led by rockstar, Tom DeLonge, to reveal the truth about UFOs and secret space programs.
This General ran a top USAF research facility out of Wright Patterson Air Force base up until 2013, and has been secretly helping DeLonge to put together a team of ten advisors to tackle the issue of how to reveal to the world the truth about UFOs and a secret space program run by the USAF using antigravity technologies.

The hacked email is addressed to John Podesta, chairman of the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign, and dated January 25th, 2016, with the subject header “General McCasland”:

He mentioned he’s a “skeptic”, he’s not. I’ve been working with him for four months. I just got done giving him a four hour presentation on the entire project a few weeks ago. Trust me, the advice is already been happening on how to do all this. He just has to say that out loud, but he is very, very aware – as he was in charge of all of the stuff. When Roswell crashed, they shipped it to the laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. General McCasland was in charge of that exact laboratory up to a couple years ago. He not only knows what I’m trying to achieve, he helped assemble my advisory team. He’s a very important man.

Selamat Jalwa! What is to be expected often takes longer than first estimated. The dying American regime goes out, sabre-rattling at a most undaunted clip. This nonsense seems scary to the uninitiated. In reality, it is no more than a method designed to make Russia the appointed scapegoat. The US Military is engaged in nefarious operations in Syria and Iraq. Because these things backfired badly on the US, it, like an old magician, needed to use sleight-of-hand tricks to lead a campaign to isolate Russia and force its way into the sad situation in Syria. It is yet more bravado by this crumbling illegal regime. It has, in reality, lost its legitimacy with most of the world's nations. It is losing its positions within the UN and the IMF. All that is left when this all plays out is for the NESARA Republic to be formally declared! We have drawn up a timetable that is to be carried out swiftly and adroitly. There is to be a time of great silence and a quiet determination to succeed. Then, its mandate is to appear like a sudden storm and the madness of this old crazed regime is to end. All at once, a wondrous time is to manifest and be cheered by all humanity.

We have watched the de facto American government ever since the present cycles of payouts commenced early this past month. Having gained their trust, we launched an operation that has put us at the very edge of contact. The new governments have agreed to end a decades-long cover-up that has delayed our formal announcements. We intend to use this coming time to clarify our mission to Gaia and explain why Heaven wishes to return you to full consciousness. The final triumph of the forces of the Light had to use guilt and overwhelming might to finally force the dark minions to their collective knees. Let us praise these noble warriors for their feats. These blessed Souls were ready to do what was necessary to complete their goals. This new reality with its freedom and prosperity is a dream come true. This great project of the Light started in the 1970s with the near destruction of your Sun. It was a sign of just how desperate the dark had become. Early morning Eastern European time Neil received a message pertinent to what many of us have been waiting for and wondering why nothing has happened yet.
It seems that Cabal flunkies such as the Clinton and Bush families, ranking politicians and other associated underlings were planning to exchange notes that were fresh ones, not older ones. These new notes were not registered – and this ‘arrangement’ was only between the Cabal and the Iraqi Central Bank. You were to be screwed. [The detail of this statement has been corrected from yesterday’s original post at the direction of the Family].

These minions also requested to receive the higher monetized notes for themselves, leaving only the bare minimum for those who follow behind them in the redemption process.

In other words you (holders of RV-relevant currencies) were going to get shit!

The Golden Dragon Family caught these criminals out long before they had the opportunity to action this; by checking and confirming the registration numbers of all dollars and dinars – only to identify the dollars as being fake.

This is the exact same procedure Neil has described with regard to their attempts to purchase gold in Southeast Asia.

Fake dollars worth nothing in terms of real metal (Au).

These Cabal operatives may now consider themselves busted given that the Dragons have henceforth excluded them from participating any further in the redemption.

David Wilcock: All right, welcome back to “Cosmic Disclosure”. I'm your host, David Wilcock. I'm here with Corey Goode. And in this episode, we have another round of incredible disclosures from William Tompkins, our 94-year-old aerospace engineer.

This man does not have Internet access. He does not have an email address. He was completely unaware of who Corey Goode was or what he had said at the time that these tapings were done.

But yet, what he is about to tell us in this episode is, again, going to be one of the most significant things we have ever done with this show, because the amount of correlation that you are about to see here is utterly mind-blowing.

So without further ado, let's check out what Tompkins has to say. It is going to rock you. Take a look.

SOLAR SYSTEM LOCKDOWN

William Tompkins: As far as our situation now today, It's been accepted that we have a number of different vehicles, which are actually planets that are hollow, that move through the galaxy to monitor good guys and bad guys, wars and no wars, people taking advantage of other people on different stars' planets, and that, as of about a year and a half ago, one of these parked just outside of the solar system.

And it has been there for the past year and a half. And this vehicle is quite large, and it has over 2,000 different extraterrestrial civilization people on board as observers and as monitors.

And it's parked out there, monitoring what's been going on here since the Romans, since way before the Romans.

They have blocked the extraterrestrials who are here, are underground in the caverns, from leaving, and they're not allowing their buddies to come in.

I understand that there's two goals. One of them is to nullify the problem with the Sun.

The Sun is alive. Okay? Stars are alive. I think it's a hard time accepting this. And they have moods. And essentially, we have to go back to the . . . I'm not making this complicated, but we have to go back to the center of the galaxy.

What's going on there?

And there's not too many stars in our galaxy compared to a lot of really big ones, but all of the stars are affected in some way by the Sun.

If the Sun sneezes, all of our communication – radio, electronics, everything – is affected.

So there's this group of people, whatever you want to call them, who are attempting to primarily nullify the effects to a region, which is not just like the solar system or our star's system, but do this as a business so that the levels of catastrophes, things that cause dangers to the people and to the planet, are less.

So we can be easily affected. Our attitudes, our daily attitudes, can be changed. We can end up being a really good Republican, and for some reason we're going to change over and be the other guy.

The beings that are in that sphere, they're not agreeing with the Sun. That's just one thing they're not agreeing with.

They're very concerned about Reptilians implementing situations which are not tolerable in their way of life, and that this needs to be corrected.

They must have been doing their homework long enough to where they feel that little planet Earth has had it for a long enough time, and that that needs to be corrected.

David Wilcock: All right. Well, that was very, very interesting stuff here – just so many correlations popping out all over the place. I don't even know where to begin.

Corey Goode: Packed full of information.

David: He starts out by talking about planet-sized objects, that it's now considered a common fact on the inside track there that there are various extraterrestrial species going around and, he said, monitoring other solar systems with these planet-sized objects.

What do you think exactly they're monitoring for?

Corey: Apparently, there are groups that go from star to star, or star cluster to a star cluster even throughout the galaxy, that are monitoring the progress of different worlds, and they also monitor to see if there's any intervention occurring from outside groups, which . . . it would kind of be breaking like the “Star Trek” nonintervention . . .

David: The Prime Directive.

Corey: The Prime Directive.

David: So he mentioned that these planet-sized objects are also looking to see if there's a war, if something unfair is taking place. So in certain cases, they might also take proactive steps to preserve that Prime Directive?

Corey: Yes, but in a way that would not interfere openly with the inhabitants of a certain planet that they're wanting to progress on its own.

David: So then he seems to be saying that he believes that that's happening here, that one of these spheres is taking proactive steps here.

Corey: There's been intelligence. And I think you reported on one, I think in the '80s. One of your whistleblowers told you that one of these types of objects, a tangible sphere that was very large, came in and was cruising around the different planets.

David: Yeah, they called it The Seeker, and it had portholes on it that were 800 miles wide when they opened up . . .

Corey: Wow!

David: . . . and all kinds of ships coming out. And it was dark. You couldn't really see too well inside when it opened, but it opened up like a circle.

Corey: Right. So my intel has not told me that there are these type of spherical craft outside of our solar system that are preventing people from coming and going.

The intelligence I had was that the spheres that came in were these energetic spheres. So this could be different intel, or it could be intel that's been passed down after going through several different sources, and then it's kind of like the telephone game.

David: Right.

Corey: It slightly changes as it goes. And if people have different agendas, they can curtail it a little bit.

David: Now, I want to address this, because I don't want people in the comment section to think that, “Oh, well, they debunked William Tompkins.”

There is a slight mishap in his wording that we need to talk about here, and that is that he mentions, first of all, a year and a half ago that one sphere showed up outside our solar system. But then he said that it's been here since Roman times.

Corey: I think that he probably meant that these have been coming and going since that period.

David: Okay. So do you think that for him to have said this, that he must have heard it from someone else, that this was intel that he had received?

Corey: Absolutely. Yeah.

David: Okay.

Corey: It was intel that had trickled down from the higher Secret Space Programs.

David: Could you just briefly, before we discuss the timelines here, briefly review for us how did the outer barrier get started? What was the inciting incident that led to that happening, and when?

Corey: So these energetic spheres had been entering the solar system for a number of years, through both the Sun and from outside the solar system. So they knew that these spheres were around and that these spheres were monitoring them.

David: The Cabal knew?

Corey: The Cabal knew. And the inhabitants . . . They thought that these spheres were full of aliens. And they were trying to hail them to communicate, and they were getting no communication back whatsoever.

So at first, they thought that it was the return of the Sumerian gods, and a lot of them got really excited. But soon, they discovered that this was not a group coming in to help them.

So eventually, they decided to use an experimental new weapon. The actual weapon was in Australia, and I found out that the targeting happened from somewhere in Africa, in Southern Africa.

David: Mm. Okay.

Corey: They locked onto one of the moon-sized spheres that was actually out past the Moon just a little ways, and they fired on it. And when they did, the energy was just redirected back at the location it was fired from and it destroyed a portion of that base and killed a lot of people.

David: And as I've reported, the ISS caught a video of this.

There's a red laser with a little red glow around what appears to be something, and, in fact, NASA had to come out and make a public statement in which they said, “Oh, this was just a test to try to create an artificial star using laser technology.”

How mightily things have changed over the years. It is quite amazing what one lawsuit did to challenge, and begin a series of events that will ultimately change, the structure of our society; for the better.
As Benjamin Fulford said, “The Neil Keenan Trillion Dollar Lawsuit will ultimately be the downfall of Western Financial Tyranny”. And believe it or not, he just might have been spot on!

The day that law suit was filed was the day the Cabal was doomed. It not only opened up the door for Neil’s further legal action, but it was a huge and fundamental step forward for the sake of everyone else as well. This was the shot heard around the world!

Thanks to so many Patriots and fed-up people, the Cabal has been in the process of being dismantled day by day for years right up to today… where they now are at their breaking point.

Neil’s concern has always been to get things efficiently opened up to make it easier for you the people, and he has made a courageous, concerted effort to do just this.

When we say ‘the people’, we mean the people living on this planet, not just in some isolated region.

Neil has also been putting groups and professional teams together for years, because he knew the time would arrive when they would be needed. That time is much closer than ever before.

Unfortunately, despite preliminary enthusiastic rhetoric, the Foundation that set up the online donation facility to help get things to the finish line hardly even left the starting gate, and it caused even more delays.

So Neil is now “taking the bull by the horns” and, despite being ill, is doing things himself once again by his own rules. No matter what. Neil is not going to let this “golden” opportunity slip away for the planet.

He remains relentless in going for the gusto while throwing unnecessary caution to the winds. To hell with hesitations and set-backs.

Nothing is worse for Neil than waiting and watching others make false claims to what he knows is his, as designated by the Family to fulfill. In the meantime, this long extended wait is tearing him apart.

As Neil says, “It belongs to us; no one else. The Depositors are solidly with us, and without the Depositors’ approval, the ongoing, blatant attempts at stealing the GCA is what the West has done for over a hundred years.”

According to Neil, payback is going to be (more than) a bitch. Having succeeded in business for many years, he knows what must be done, and he will do whatever it takes. There is no such word in his vocabulary as “failure”. Will he have enough to make it? I’ll place my bet on Neil!

In addition, some of Neil’s friends and associates are manufacturing and deploying even more new medical (and other extremely advanced) technologies. These are being moved into place at this very moment. You will hear more about this in the following video.

Then, too, Neil has his usual brilliant team, Group K (second to none) faithfully working hand in hand with him. Adding his brilliant expertise to the mix, M2 continues to assist Neil throughout this unfolding labyrinth.

Dratzo! Those who know the history of this old republic (US) rejoice that this new version is so securely involved in NESARA. Back in the era following the American Civil War, Congress had passed a Washington, D.C. reformation act. This legislation became the cover for the minions’ final deception: USA, Inc. This corporate lie was permitted to rule America and encourage a form of dishonesty that made a firm mockery of this nation’s bold origins. This vile deceit led to an upsurge in stealing, and in heinous organizations like the Federal Reserve and the IRS. It led, also, to a position in the dark’s hierarchy never conceived of when America was first born. This nation became the forerunner of an evil that was only multiplied as the 20th century advanced from the end of the Second World War to the advent of the 21st Century. The start of this century again demonstrated the boldness of this illegal governance with the shock of 9/11 and the sudden rise in wars that quickly followed. The USA had become the henchman for a clique of aristocrats that were fully intent on ruling and decimating this globe.
