In December 1990, in a remote village above the Arctic Circle, two Russian scientists embarked on a daring experiment. Their goal was to enhance human “super-perception” or ESP.

Anybody who has done any research into the UFO phenomena will have a one-word response to the content of the headlines and the articles about the U.S. government disclosing information on actual UFO phenomena: Bull…Hilarious!
We’re talking about NASA and UFOs. NASA comes clean on UFOs…hilarious. Anyone who frequents the alternate-narrative threads on the internet knows NASA stands for Never A Straight Answer. They don’t talk about UFOs, much less answer questions about them. The FAA has historically denied any evidence of unexplained aerial phenomena and has destroyed careers and evidence to maintain that denial. And, of course, the Department of Defense has sponsored several investigations and studies with the express purpose of “debunking” and denying any such activity.
I always like to have at least two sources for anything I report or write about. A search reveals The Daily Mail, CNN, ABC and a plethora of UK and other world-wide articles on this “historic” conference. I wouldn’t call any of these sources credible, but they are what I have.
What I’ve found in most of the articles is a tongue-in-cheek approach to the whole UFO subject. Something we should all be familiar with. The claims by NASA, DOD and the FAA that they are shocked, mystified, that such phenomena even exists is what is so funny about the whole thing. After 80 years of UFO secrecy and denial, the idea that these organizations suddenly believe is both mystifying and stupid.
Don’t believe it. My message to NASA, the FAA, the DOD, and the CIA: Stop lying to us. Go back, try it again, and don’t treat us like we’re idiots.
Let me get a bit of a rant on.
These government talking heads and “experts” got on a stage and showed us some grainy footage of a grainy blob in the crosshairs of what has to be the worst video game to show its face in two decades. And they’re all amazed and surprised that such footage exists. Frankly, I am shocked and amazed that they seem to think this is new. This is the U.S. Navy, or Air Force, or Marine Corps we’re talking about here. They have the best equipment in the world. Including the best cameras. Don’t think for a minute this is anything other than a slap in the face to people who want to believe and have the poor judgement to trust the government to tell them the truth.
I don’t care if this footage is real or not. The point is that it is completely useless. This is NASA and the Department of Defense, with the best equipment in the world, and they chose to show us “footage” that could have been done better with an iPhone. Real or not, this footage is meaningless and raises more questions about the competency, and honesty, of the our government than it does about the question of UFOs. There’s plenty of evidence that UFOs are real and there’s plenty of evidence the U.S. government has been hiding and covering up the data for nearly a century.
This conference and the stupid, nonsensical evidence they presented did nothing but reaffirm that our government is making disclosure noises but isn’t serious about telling us anything substantial. For instance, don’t we have satellites that can read a license plate from space? Where are all the UFO photos and footage from those miracles of modern science? They can’t show us a picture of a craft the size of a football field floating over Phoenix? Do they not have satellite imagery of one of the most well-documented UFO events of the modern era? What do you think?

What’s the real reason these government agencies — NASA, the FAA, and the DOD’s newly formed All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office, or AARO — have changed their stance and decided to discuss these events in a public forum? Something in the official policy has changed. Also notable is the complete lack of any CIA input into this forum. Maybe that’s just a visible lack of input. They’re so deep in this quagmire that their secrets have secrets. My research indicates the CIA compiled and controlled almost all UFO data since the end of World War II. Where is the Criminal Intelligence Agency while other government institutions are spilling their UAP guts?
So what changed? Why “come clean” now? My take: Fear. The COVID operation failed and they need another avenue of control over the population. UFOs may be that avenue.

Anyone who hasn’t figured this out yet, let me lay it out: The COVID was accidentally released early, so we really didn’t get the full effect, but it was much like the yearly flu. The actual biological weapon is the vaccine.

JP Update – Visit to Massive Spaceport under an unknown South Atlantic Island
On May 26, 2023, JP completed a mission to a massive spaceport located under an unknown island in the South Atlantic Ocean. He was taken there by a flying triangle (TR-3B) spacecraft from a US Navy ship traveling in the Gulf of Mexico. To JP”s surprise, he was accompanied by a close relative whose first name is Alex. JP and Alex traveled down an elevator from the surface to the spaceport he said was significantly larger than the spaceport he witnessed during his last mission to an area in the Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee region.
JP and Alex were involuntarily held overnight in a box before meeting with a 1200-year-old Nordic-looking member of an underground civilization. They were told about plans for the civilization to begin revealing itself more through its ships and bringing more surface dwellers down to its spaceport. JP was given a small crystal device through which he could see Earth’s future which featured futuristic cities in a pristine environment but with no Moon. When JP phoned his relative after the mission, the relative had no memory of the mission.

One walked up to the college and peered in one of the windows.
SWIMMING ETS. Aug 1, 1962, three sailors in two boats were in the Mediterranean Sea and saw what they thought was a foreign submarine. Then, nearly a dozen figures in weird wetsuits emerged and climbed onto the “sub.” Moments later it rose from the sea to reveal itself to be a flying saucer.
CAR-JACKING EXTRATERRESTRIAL. Nov 2, 1967, Guy Tossie and Will Begay drove on Highway 26 at Ririe, ID when a saucer dropped down in front of them blocking their way. Inside they saw two strange humanoids. One floated to the car, opened the door and got in the driver’s seat, steering the car into a field. One of the men ran away in fear while the other stayed in the car with the ET.
THEY LOOKED LIKE SAINTS. Jan 1968, a family in Lagoa Negra, Brazil was confronted by a landed saucer on their property. Two tall human-looking figures exited the craft, followed by shorter figures. The short ETs stayed by the craft while the tall ones approached the household, close enough for the witnesses to see them clearly. To their shock, the ETs looked like saints.
THE MILAKOVIC FAMILY ENCOUNTER. Nov 20, 1968, Milin Milokovac, his wife Doris, and their young son went house-hunting in Hanbury, England. Instead, they were amazed to see a huge craft rise up from a field and move over their car. Even more extraordinary, looking through the transparent canopy of the craft, they saw several human-looking figures.
TEN-FOOT-TALL HUMANOIDS. On Apr 14, 1971, Dennis Donaldson and Marion Lang were driving through Callery, PA and saw a bright light pacing their car. As it darted around, it came very low and close, revealing itself to be a metallic craft. The couple pulled over to get a closer-look and were awed to see windows in the craft and two 10-foot-tall humanoids.
ETS IN THE FRONT YARD. Jun 9, 1971, Esther Clappison stepped out of her home in Rosedale, Alberta, Canada and saw a weird craft landed only 200 from her home. It had a huge picture window through which she could see two strangely dressed figures. Outside the craft, another figure was picked up stones.
MINIATURE UFO AND HUMANOIDS. Jun 19, 1979, Allan and Maila of Rauma, Finland saw a tiny saucer-shaped object landed next to their home. Maila went outside and walked up to the craft. Inside, she saw two tiny humanoids busy with a control console. As she reached out to tap on the craft, the humanoids both turned to look at her.
THE RUNNING ALIENS. Jul 25, 1979, Federico Ibanez went to pick grapes from his vineyard in Turis, Spain and drove up to a landed UFO. Staring in shock, he saw two oddly-dressed humanoids running at high speed from behind a tree and into the craft.
IT FOLLOWED US HOME. Dec 29, 1981, two boys from Onsted, MI were playing in their backyard when a UFO hovered overhead. Then a humanoid came floating toward them. They ran away in fear, only to find that the humanoid followed them. It was to be an encounter that would affect them profoundly for a long time afterwards.
As extraordinary and bizarre as these cases may appear, they are all true, fully investigated and often supported by multiple witnesses and physical evidence. Although each case is different, they also share remarkable commonalities which lend an additional level of corroboration. Mostly they show how truly extraordinary the UFO phenomenon is.
Are Extraterrestrials Dropping off Babies to help Humanity’s Evolution?
In September 1953, while still an infant, Jerry Wills was found at an abandoned farm in rural Kentucky near Fort Knox under very unusual circumstances after authorities were notified. He was suffering from frostbite and was taken to a U.S. Army base, where he recovered and was adopted by an Army Officer and his infertile wife. Wills was raised as the couple’s son, along with their two adopted daughters. During his youth, Wills displayed unusual psychic abilities such as seeing inside people’s bodies, healing illnesses and injuries, telepathic communications, and even seeing into the future.
During his teens, Wills had contact experiences with human-looking extraterrestrials from the Tau Ceti star system. He eventually learned from the Tau Cetians and an unknown “old man” that he was brought to Earth as an infant by virtue of an agreement reached by President Eisenhower and visiting extraterrestrials. The Tau Cetians believed that historical efforts to directly help human evolution were flawed, and so it was decided to indirectly help humanity by dropping off extraterrestrial babies to be raised as ordinary humans, but whose intrinsic gifts would help humanity evolve.
Wills' incredible testimony is supported by a leaked 1989 Defense Intelligence Agency Document that describes the famed 1949 Aztec UFO crash incident where a human-looking extraterrestrial survived along with three infants. Diplomatic negotiations began with the Truman administration and high-level military officials such as General Eisenhower, and the infants were left behind as a gift for the US. With Eisenhower’s election in 1952, further agreements were reached, making possible the scenario described by Wills.
After graduating from High School, Wills trained as an electrical engineer at several companies by Ph.D. level scientists and invented advanced healing and technical devices for that time period. What was most unusual was that he was equipped with a full laboratory to build advanced devices valuable to his corporate employers but who gave no credit to him for his accomplishments. Wills subsequently left the corporate sector, traveled extensively searching for ancient cities, and worked as a psychic healer. His remarkable psychic healing abilities were recognized by a Fox News affiliate in Arizona that, over an eleven-year span, did two stories a year on the many individuals Wills had healed.
