The numerous times of delay are over. A new reality is quickly pushing the dark one that you have long known aside. It is the final period of transition to a new one filled with endless positive possibilities and of course, freedom!
Selamat Balik! Let us begin with a Happy New Gregorian Year to all! The massive operations that are giving you your various blessings were stalled slightly by the holiday season. This planned delay is now over. Deliveries are expected to begin during the coming week. This delay was felt appropriate by both the various royal families and by a number of the ancient families. A series of last minute security checks have been completed and a new delivery schedule approved by all parties. As noted in our last message, the kinks in this system have been worked out. Those dark minions, which forged the final series of delays have either been arrested or removed from their positions of authority. Thus, these funds, as well as a change in governance are all on track to manifest before you. Our liaisons were able to shorten these dates and enable you to watch history in the making at a much earlier date. We are currently watching this complex process and seeing if these movements go forth as planned. In any case, the end for the dark cabal is finally here at last.
As you move into this new era of peace and freedom, be constantly aware of how easily this time of wonders can end. In June 2015, details emerged of a “full disclosure” plan allegedly developed by an alliance of Secret Space Programs to reveal to the world the truth about these highly classified programs and the existence of extraterrestrial life.
According to Corey Goode, who claims to have worked in several secret space programs for 20 years and in early 2015 was appointed as a liaison for a visiting group of extraterrestrials, the “full disclosure” plan envisaged massive document dumps.
In his June 15 response to a question about what the full disclosure plan involved, Goode wrote:
A full disclosure event would consist of a major data dump on the Internet with many hundreds of thousands of document, audio and video files on multiple mirrored sites for everyone to have access to. There would be a collapse of the corporate media machine and a 24/7 television and radio education campaign would be initiated. Not all channels and stations would be co-opted so people are not overwhelmed and could “tune out” as they needed to due to the stress.
Goode then contrasted this with a “partial disclosure” event that was being planned by a group of human elites often described as the Illuminati/Cabal:
If a person or group go public and reveal the existence of ET visitation and some advanced technologies, but not technologies that would collapse a “New Financial System” or reveal the crimes against humanity that have been perpetrated by the “Human Elite” and certain “Off World” or “Ancient Break Away Groups” then you have not been told the whole truth.
That would be a partial disclosure where the narrative has been controlled by a group preserving their power and avoiding the release of their crimes. The majority of the world would be shocked by this information alone and it would occupy their imaginations for some time. Very few of us at the current moment would realize that this was just another deception.
In a series of three Secret Space Program related meetings held in June 2015, Goode reported that the Cabal/Illuminati were willing to proceed with their own limited disclosure event, and gave late November 2015 as a possible “partial disclosure” date if agreement could be found with the Secret Space Program Alliance. Agreement was not found and so at the start of 2016 we find ourselves in the position that there are two disclosure plans that are ready to move forward when the right conditions have been reached.

On December 19, Andrew Basiago, J.D., officially declared on the nationally syndicated Coast to Coast radio show that he is running as a candidate for the 2016 U.S. Presidential election
He announced that he would soon release 100 proposals, which would include telling the truth about classified projects run by the CIA that he claims to have directly participated in involving time travel and trips to Mars.
According to Basiago, these classified CIA programs pre-identified him as a future U.S. President. Is Basiago a heroic whistleblower disclosing the existence of extraterrestrial life and secret space programs, or part of a CIA sanctioned psychological operation to manipulate the disclosure process?
Basiago’s campaign will be based on the three pillars, “Truth; Reform; and Innovation in a New Agenda for a New America.” He has explained the goals of his Presidential Truth campaign bid as follows:

The National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) controls cloaked space stations in near Earth orbit that use technologies as much as 50 years ahead of what is found on the International Space Station, according to secret space program whistleblower, Corey Goode
There are plans to publicly announce the existence of these large orbiting space stations as part of limited disclosure scenario to hide the existence of even more advanced space programs that Goode and other whistleblowers claim to have directly participated in.
In the most recent episode of Cosmic Disclosure, Goode reveals what he learned about the NRO’s involvement in running classified space stations that conduct surveillance of both the Earth and the Solar System.
The NRO was recently in the news with its declassification of its involvement in an attempt to set up a manned space station for espionage purposes in 1963. The Manned Orbiting Laboratory, which was to use a Gemini space capsule and a secret corps of military astronauts, would have housed NRO spying equipment.
The U.S. Air Force (USAF) was ostensibly in charge of the Manned Orbiting Laboratory program, but it was really run by the NRO which had been officially created in September 1961 due to an unsuccessful USAF satellite program. From its inception, the NRO’s purpose was to conduct high altitude and near Earth orbit surveillance. The USAF/NRO claimed that the Manned Orbiting Laboratory was cancelled in 1969 because unmanned satellites were far cheaper.
In contrast, the Soviet Union decided to merge plans for military space stations dedicated to espionage with its civilian space program. It placed the first manned station in space with Salyut 1 in 1971. The U.S. would follow soon after with Skylab in 1973; a civilian NASA program, which officially was the first manned U.S. space station according to conventional historians.

The truly glorious glow of the righteous Light of Heaven warms the cockles of humanity’s heart this morning. Great events are occurring as the numerous fundings of Heaven begin to shower this precious orb. Long ago, humanity was suddenly plunged into the darkness by the vile acts of an Atlantean ruling class. These acts are now to be graciously atoned for by the dark and its innumerable minions. This violent history is currently to end and be transformed into a vehicle for the Light and its inevitable time of triumph! We carry with us memories that are to be rekindled of how at one time we all travelled this pathway of finite darkness. Within these memories are examples of how we survived and gratefully sustained the Light in this land of suffering, woe and death. It is a story that all of your Masters desire to tell you.

In a new interview by Coast to Coast am, author and researcher David Wilcock stated that an alliance of ancient civilizations is living inside the planet
In a new interview by Coast to Coast AM, author and researcher David Wilcock stated that an alliance of ancient civilizations is living inside the planet. These ancient civilizations have been calling the inner Earth their home for long periods of time and they are about to reveal themselves to the world.
Wilcock explained that during the formation of all watery planets in the universe (and according to latest studies by NASA there are quite a few) hollow cavities are formed below the surface of the crust, with their very own biome with bacteria that is capable of giving off natural light.
“What this means is that you can actually live inside caverns in the Earth that have visible light,” he marveled.
Wilcock states that based on his research, it seems as if these cavities are utilized so that advanced civilizations have a place they can live while looking out for everything that happens on the ‘outer Earth’, the surface of the planet.
Wilcock firmly believes that during the long history of our planet, numerous advanced civilizations like the Atlanteans went underground in order to survive the chaotic times ruling over the surface of our planet. Eventually, they decided to settle down in their new subterranean habitat.
The existence of underground tunnels and passageways has been a subject of debate for centuries. Ancient civilizations around the world speak of these entrances that lead to entire new kingdoms, located far beneath the surface of the planet. Ancient mankind in Turkey seemed to have recreated these legends by building huge underground cities like Derinkuyu, or the largest ever found near Cappadocia Turkey.
Wilcock believes that the government has knowledge of their presence due to accidentally discovering them via clandestine projects aimed at building secret underground bases.
In the interview with C2C, Wilcock claimed:
“They’ll have these tunnel boring machines and sometimes they break through into someplace they’re not supposed to go, and there’s already people there.”
While citing testimony of contactee Corey Goode, Wilcock claimed that the tenuous relationship between the inner Earth people and those living on the surface who know of their existence has become fractured in recent times.
“This military industrial complex had formerly worked with these people and had treaties with them and is now trying to kill them,” said Wilcock
This is why, according to Wilcock, these Inner Earth Civilizations have come together in order to respond to the great threat emerging in recent times, and are turning to interstellar entities in hope of gaining their aid to fight the forces which are trying to destroy them.
According to writings by C2C, Wilcock stated that a long sought after meeting between the two groups was finally held and Goode was allowed to observe the exchange. A stunning request was made by the interstellar entities after the meeting.
“The Inner Earth people came out of it quite shell-shocked,” Wilcock said, “they have been asked to reveal themselves to us as part of disclosure, should the subterranean societies comply with the request, he mused, “I think we are going to find out that underground bases are much more extensive than we thought and much more ancient.”
