David Wilcock: All right, welcome to “Cosmic Disclosure”. I'm your host, David Wilcock. I'm here with Corey Goode. And when we were talking through these updates last time, it was getting very, very interesting.

So without further ado, Corey, welcome back.

Corey Goode: Thank you.

David: So the gist of this message appears to be that a small number of us – and we have a really good number watching this show, a lot more than what was able to create the 72% reduction in terrorism in the meditation effect – that we could actually shape the whole future of humanity.

So we might have a lot more power in this thing than we realize.

Corey: Absolutely.

David: So that message takes away this idea that we're just spectators.


Corey: No, we're co-creators. We have the power to co-create. So use that power.

David: What's the next thing that happened after you were given this message about collective consciousness?

Corey: Well, I had a series of meetings with Ka-Aree, and they were in, I guess, what you've called The Construct.


David: Okay.

Corey: And in one of those meetings, I described to her an encounter I had in Long Beach, California, while I was on vacation with my family.

We were all staying in a hotel room, and I woke up. And up in front of me was a woman, looking right down at me.

And when she saw me, saw my eyes open, she reached over and, with her hand cupped my . . . over one eye, and tapped me on the forehead with a finger. And I went back to sleep. I passed out.

David: And I remember, on a personal level as your friend, when this happened, you didn't tell me about this right away. And this REALLY, REALLY messed you up.

Corey: Yeah.

David: It almost ruined our friendship for a while because you were so traumatized by it. You didn't want to talk to anybody. This really messed you up.

Corey: Yeah, I mean, I was in there with my family, and I was caught off guard, and, also, I felt violated.

David: What did this woman look like exactly?

Corey: She was about my height or a little bit taller, from what I could tell, and she had blue eyes, blonde hair and looked very human.

David: Okay.

Corey: I woke up, and her head was above my head. And when I woke up, she seemed surprised, and then she reached over and touched my forehead, and then that's all I remember.

David: But you were aware of your family. You were able to see that your family was all asleep as this happened?

Corey: I knew they were in the room, yes.

David: Yeah.

Corey: So I shared this with Ka-Aree, and I had noticed in previous meetings that she had been kind of acting a little differently towards me, just like she was observing me.

And when I told her about this incident, she told me that it was one of the Banished that she had told me about previously.

She had told me that I was more than likely going to start encountering people that they call the Banished. And these are Inner Earth groups from all of the Inner Earth groups that over time had interacted with humanity in a way that was not according to their culture or beliefs, I guess.

So they were banished to the surface.

David: I'm not sure I understand what you mean by interacting with humanity in a way that was not in line with their beliefs. Whose beliefs?

Corey: With the beliefs of whatever group they were a part of. If it was an Anshar, and they were going out to the surface of the Earth or reaching out and manipulating, or trying to, I guess, interact with humans on a way that . . . in a way that they had signed treaties against, or in a way that they just didn't culturally accept.

It was breaking like a cultural law.

David: So would you say that these people were taking actions that most of the Anshar or other groups would see as being negatively oriented and not necessarily the most positive steps?

Corey: I don't know if they would put it that way. It would just be . . . against . . .

David: Or they're trying to push the envelope somehow.

Corey: Yeah, they're just doing . . .

David: Breaking the rules.

Corey: They're breaking the rules. They're breaking the rules. There are treaties between groups. There are all kinds of rules, and some of these people were breaking them.

David: So some of these Banished might actually be trying to speed things up, but in the process, they're breaking codes that might have been established by higher intelligence for a very good reason.

Corey: And after they were banished, these people began seeking positions of power in human culture. They started blending in with us as much as they could, living in small little enclaves here and there, having children with regular surface humans.

David: Really?

Corey: Yeah.

David: How long has this been going on for? Is this all throughout human history?

Corey: Yes, for millennia is how it was put to me.

David: Well, I thought you've told us before that a typical Inner Earth human is going to have some slightly different physiological features, like eyes that look a little larger, that kind of thing.

Corey: Yeah, but . . .

David: How could they blend in with people on Earth?

Corey: If you were not into ufology and you saw a very beautiful blonde walked up, and her eyes were 3% larger, you might think, “Wow! That's a beautiful anomaly. I'm going to go talk to her.”

You know, you're not necessarily going to say, “Wait a minute! She's not from here!”

Well, after I had explained what had occurred to Ka-Aree, and she was visibly concerned, I was sent back . . . one of the communication ended as usual.

And I met with her a few more times. And we were talking about personal things, or she was giving me direction here and there. She was still watching me. I could tell she was observing me.

And then, all of a sudden, probably about six weeks after I told her, I'm laying in bed, white flash. I'm now laying on the floor in this big domed Anshar room that I had first arrived in when I met her the first time in the temple complex. l

David: So this is not The Construct now.

Corey: No.

David: This is you actually being portalled there.

Corey: Right.

David: Okay.

Corey: All of a sudden I'm laying on a hard, cold floor. And I sit up, and Ka-Aree's walking in through the door that led back to the cleansing ceremony area where the pool of water was, the fountain.

And there were no guards this time. It was just her. And she led me back into the same area before, and I did that embarrassing cleansing ceremony.

This time only she was present and I was doing the ceremony myself.

David: So just to be clear, you have to strip down naked?

Corey: Yes, and cleanse yourself with the water from the pool.

David: And she's just standing there while you get naked and in her culture, it's no big deal.

Corey: Yeah. It's . . . Our getting embarrassed and stuff is just silly to them.

David: Right.

Corey: So after that, she headed out the door to what I'm calling the cleansing room, into that little hallway, and then she took a right to head back towards that domed room, and I followed her.

David: Were you in one of those robes like you had at the . . .

Corey: Yes.

David: Okay.

Corey: Yes, you have to put on one of those robes afterwards.

David: Okay.

Corey: And we went in and then took a hard right and walked . . . The domed room has a door on four sides. And on this side, was when we went into the cleansing room, we came out, took a hard right and walked in the doorway or hallway on the far side, one I hadn't been in before.

And we walked by doors that were covered by that hard light that I described before, kind of like a force field. And we walked to one door, and the force field turned off.

And I could see . . . it looked like a slab or a bed that had been formed. It was just even . . . There was . . . It didn't look like it had been manufactured and put there.

Dratzo! We come with good news about the oddities and wonders of this past week. The American elections were merely the last gasp of the old but still functioning USA, Inc. The results were an indication of just how ready America is for a new reality, the NESARA Republic. Financial institutions are gradually to be jumpstarted with the introduction of new, colorful US Treasury notes. These are to be gold-backed and to signify the formal collapse of the illegal Federal Reserve. This new governance is being established to end an old system that months ago began its final plunge into obscurity. The new Republic is to bring you an international jubilee that is to remove all debt and give you the freedom and control to start anew. In this new reality, you are to flourish and be empowered to use your prosperity to achieve your passion. This reality shift is to provide the necessary oversight to ensure that those who controlled you are to be truly isolated from you. These approaching times are to be a period when you reconnect with your spiritual and space families. The old fears and doubts within you are to swiftly fade away!

It is vital that you come to realize the abilities that you now possess. This time is also to free the Ascended Masters to teach you many things about your old reality, which is to be transformed into the prequel to your final transformation into Galactic Humans. As we have mentioned before, this complex operation requires, first, the arrival of our mentors and second, your travel to Agartha. It is here that your individualized Crystal Light Chambers are kept. At that time, we intend to welcome you into the realms of all Galactic Humans. Then, in the wondrous ways of divine service, you are to learn how Heaven uses us to make any reality so much better for all involved.

In the meantime, we have been working with our Agarthan cousins to prepare for a major restructure of Gaia’s surface realm. Over the past two decades, we have cooperated with Gaia’s Spiritual Hierarchies to prepare her main 24 tectonic plates and numerous atmospheric layers to ready her surface for a major makeover. This includes a 1/3 expansion of her surface area and a general relock of her surface plates, along with an increase in her atmospheric oxygen to around 35%. This action is to permit Gaia’s surface to physically reunite with her Inner Earth component. For the first time in nearly 13 millennia, Gaia is to become a merged 5-D realm. Thus, as you transform in your Crystal Chambers, Gaia, too, is to transmute and reemerge as her former self, a wondrous 5-D world. In this new realm, you are to perfect your new galactic societies and then transfer them to terra-formed Venus and Mars. When all is done, you are to reside in a new, united realm that is to become your new star nation! This is to become a very important part of the Galactic Federation!

This process of raising your consciousness is based on divine decrees from AEON. These commanded that Heaven and its divine servants come together and formulate a plan to return you to your heritage of galactic humanhood. The first step in this process was to begin a general upgrading of your consciousness levels. The attacks by the dark on your Sun only accelerated these sacred commandments. At the outset of the 1990s, our first response was to send a special Science and Engineering fleet into your solar system. As noted in earlier reports, the fleet encountered a great deal of initial resistance, which was remedied by the end of the first decade of our interactions. Since then, we have started to develop a progressively greater level of trust. This process has now resulted in a general plan that is to direct us to our joint goal of a NESARA Republic. It is envisioned that after a few months of launching this new Republic, we can begin to formally introduce ourselves to you. David Wilcock: All right, welcome back to “Cosmic Disclosure”. I'm your host, David Wilcock. I'm here with Corey Goode. Corey, welcome back to the show.

Corey Goode: Thank you.

David: So when we were last talking, we had you going through some very interesting experiences where you were taken to Venus.

You met with this being called the Sentinel.

You were given an opportunity to know who you were, who you are, and who you will be, which you turned down. And we did have some negative comments come up about that in which people think that you're trying to paint yourself as a savior figure, that who you will be is a tease for the 'messiah' or something like that.

Corey: No.

David: So could you please clarify that, because that has created some confusion?

Corey: Sure. They have this information for every individual. It's not saying that I or Gonzales are lifted above everyone else.

David: Right.

Corey: Everyone else is going to be given this opportunity at some point to know who they were, who they are, and who they will be. Since they don't see time in the linear way that we do, and Tear Eir has stated that when we do reincarnate, it's not always in a linear way.

Sometimes we reincarnate backwards for experiences. So this was basically an offer of a life review, not an offer of revealing to me that I'm some sort of a messiah.

David: Some of the attacks have said that your humility is false and that you're actually just trying to act as though you were humble while, at the same time, trying to build yourself up as some sort of planetary savior figure.

So I understand that what's happening to you is very authentic. What is the reason for why you don't want to know this information about yourself exactly?

Corey: Because it was communicated to me that it would change the nature of all of my relationships in a very serious way. So learning this information may change me to a point to where I'm not going to be the same person with my family or friends. And a lot of people don't understand that. They're all about, “I want to know the information.” You know, “I don't care what the consequences are.” But I am very much a family man, and my kids and wife are very important to me.

David: So can you just say for the camera right now that you do not see yourself as a savior figure and that you're not going to try to change that in the future?

Corey: The whole message is for people to stop looking for savior figures, to start looking inside and become your own savior. That's what the message is, and that's what I'm living by.

David: So now that we've established this, after you had the experiences in the last update, including these interesting contacts, you've had the Blue Avians telling you that solar energy is ramping up, that we're going to start to see ghosts appearing, and that that's when we know that things are close is people are going to see ghosts.

What's the next thing that happens to you that we haven't covered?

Corey: Almost immediately after I left here after taping the last updates, I was flying home, and then I was going to go to Sedona to do the SSP Conference. Well, that night I was home, I was picked up and deposited on one of these Blue Spheres, and, again, off in the distance, I see Tear Eir standing.

And as usual, I look up, because I want to see whatever changes I can see in that cosmic scene that I've described to where I can see the Sun, the Earth, sometimes the Moon, depending on its position, and all of these Blue Spheres spread equidistantly out throughout our solar system.

And I had been seeing this electrical corona around the outside of the Sun that was going out a little ways, and then seeing electricity hitting these spheres. It looked like electricity being exchanged between the spheres.

David: You've kind of described that before, I guess, but was this more dramatic or more significant-looking?

Corey: Yes. On this occasion, for a few reasons. When I looked up, the Blue Spheres, the ones closest to me that I could see the best, were even more translucent than last time, as if they're fading out of existence.

David: And they had told you, right, that they were eventually going to fade out completely once we go through this.

Corey: Exactly. Exactly.

David: Okay. So what was different about these energetic phenomena this time?

Corey: On the outside of the Blue Spheres, it was rippling. There was rippling going on like a water effect when you throw a bunch of rocks into a pond, and you see just crazy rippling going on. That was going on, but it wasn't in synchronicity between the spheres.

Some were getting hit more, some less, and it looked like there was some sort of solar wind or kind of like sound waves when they hit the water.

They were just pulsing like, bz-bzz, bz-bzz like something's hitting them.

David: But this is after, as you said in previous updates, that the Draco mind control grid has already had to be turned up to maximum in order to try to keep our consciousness suppressed.

Corey: Correct.

David: So this is suggesting even more dramatic energetic changes that the mind control grid's not going to be able to stop.

Corey: Right. Yeah.

David: Okay.

Corey: These Blue Spheres, the way they're reacting now to this energy output, there's definitely an increase.

David: And you never saw them burble like water before?

Corey: I'd seen the ripples before, slight, but not this dramatic.

David: Okay.

Corey: Another thing that I noticed was there were large metallic spheres that were moving from the outer solar system slowly in, and . . .

David: Metallic spheres?

Corey: Metallic, large, metallic spheres.

David: Large as in how large?

Corey: I had no . . . They were not next to something to where I could get a base of reference, but they looked huge like maybe a third the size of the moon. But I'm speculating, because it wasn't next to something that I could use to compare it.

David: What could that possibly be?

Corey: Well, once when I looked at that, I turned around and looked down . . . to look back down at Tear Eir. And I caught him right as he was gliding in to come closer to me.

And I asked him, I said, “What are those metal spheres?”

And he said that there are other members of the Confederation that are here for a certain task, and they're preparing.

David: And Tear Eir didn't give you any information as to what they were going to do?

Corey: No. It's almost like he changed the subject or had better things to talk about.

David: Is it possible that these could be some form of arcs so that when we go through this change that certain people on Earth are going to be relocated ethically to other planets that'll be more appropriate for them if they can't handle the Earth's rise in vibration?

Corey: That wasn't communicated to me, but that's very possible. That's very possible, because they . . .

David: It does say that in The Law of One that there's a three-way split. You have negative people going on a negative timeline, positive people going on a positive timeline, and people who are not ready for the Earth's new vibration get relocated to other third-density planets.

Corey: Hm.

David: So that could be what this is.

Corey: Could be.

David: So what happens next?...

I was listening to the radio this morning about the riots in Seattle and Portland. It is almost beyond belief that people were saying I am rioting for Hilary. OMG the fluoride and the chemtrails are working. The New World Order, genocidal, warmonger, criminal, corrupt puppet lost. A woman with a long history of a trail of death and destruction going back to WACO,, Iraq, Lybia, The Bengazi Coverup of illegal arms sales to ISIS, yes ISIS, the corrupt pay to play money laundering Clinton Foundation, extensive drug use and pedophile operations has lost her bid to run America. WTF? Did you know Wiki Leaks got its information from the FBI and the CIA? Loyal White Hats that could not stand the thought of the Clintons running the country. I have never seen such an ignorant, uninformed brainwashed America. Many just wanted a female president unfortunately she bears little or no resemblance to a female. Has America lost all heart, all inner sensitivity, discernment, cant you feel what these people are all about? Obviously not!

What you don’t know is Trump is already acting as president under the New Republic and he is restoring our God given rights. Our constitution; which became toilet paper with the old regime the United States Corporation Inc. a now defunct corporation. He is working arduously on releasing the World Restoration Funds, Debt relief and the new debt free treasury notes backed by gold. He is putting his and his family’s life on the line. Bringing in the new currency; which was tried by Lincoln, John Kennedy, and Regan, look what happened to them. Luckily he has the Generals behind him the highest law of the land. They are going to insure the Republic is restored. Meanwhile the brain dead, ignorant and uninformed masses are attacking their savior. Sound familiar? Are we a nation of brain dead zombies being lead by the queen zombie herself? Are we suffering from the Stockholm Effect, worshipping and serving the very captors who have enslaved us through debt, manufactured lack creating an extreme uneven dispersal of wealth? It is sure looking that way.

Trumps campaign brought all the rats out from under the woodwork in main stream corporate sponsored media as well as the agencies hiding the Clinton criminal history. He exposed a long history of corruption, black mail, and murder for the lust of power and wealth. He was the wild card the banksters could not control. I still would like to see a council of Grandmothers running the country, people chosen because of their history of service and spiritual adeptness. Right now for the house cleaning process Trump is the guy. We need to support him and hold his feet to the fire making sure he continues to give the NWO a major black eye.

Hitlery was the choice of the banksters and NWO. The reason she was not charged for a long list of felonies, and treason was due to bribes and black mail. Yet just because she has a uterus and played the feminine victim card, actually having a long history of victimizing Bills victims etc. People fell for it. The master manipulator and politician played women like a fiddle. I am not saying trump is a saint. I myself have used bad humor in the past to be one of the boys yet have evolved somewhat beyond that. It is societal programming and yes it has to stop. The point I am making is he never belonged to a pedophile ring, raped underage women, viciously attacked and harassed Bills victims as revealed by the victims, Wiki Leaks, her emails and the emails of her associates. In conclusion DO THE RESEARCH. Don’t fall for the lies and manipulations. Get behind the restoration of the Republic, the restoration of honor and integrity throughout all the agencies.

Great things are unfolding. The days of tyranny are coming to a close. Humanity and the Earth are awakening and healing. The tyrants are being exposed; the double talk and programming are failing. This is a global event. Get behind it. If you want the woman’s voice to be heard support a woman of integrity, a strong heart and one who truly loves humanity. They have presented themselves such as Jill Stein and others yet they were virtually ignored by the media. The corporate media fully supported Hilary. So what does that tell you? Please America wake up, turn off your TVs, develop your own inner sensitivity, use some critical thinking. Don’t let yourself be swayed and manipulated by the lame stream media. I know this is going to piss off a lot of people, truth hurts especially when you realize you have been lied too and your trust has been completely betrayed. Lets get back to honesty, integrity, love and service, back in the heart and listen. You will hear that small voice saying it is time, let it go, wake up and remember.

Trump Victory Due to FBI Stopping False Flag Alien Invasion

Donald Trump’s win in last night’s Presidential election caught most political pundits, media networks and Clinton supporters off guard. Many firmly believed polls that predicted a decisive Hillary Clinton victory.
What the pundits and networks failed to do was factor in the true purpose behind FBI Director James Comey’s puzzling intervention in the closing days of the Presidential campaign.

Undoubtedly, the most surprising event preceding the election was the October 28 letter by FBI Director Comey that Clinton was once again under federal investigation. The FBI had learned from a sexting investigation of disgraced congressman, Anthony Weiner, that one of his computers was shared with his wife, Huma Abedin, deputy chair of the Clinton campaign. It contained emails between Abedin, Clinton and others sent during her tenure as Secretary of State.

This was relevant to the FBI investigation of Clinton which had been closed earlier in July. Comey’s letter to the heads of different Congressional Committees informing them of the re-opening, rocked the Clinton campaign and led to 11 days of the worst press experienced by Clinton during the entire campaign.

Then on November 6, only two days before the election, Comey once again called off the investigation, and lifted a cloud of uncertainty from the Clinton camp. Her supporters expressed a huge sigh of relief and believed the road to the White House was wide open once again.

Most were bewildered by Comey’s puzzling behavior. Why did he say anything in the first place if there was nothing sufficiently incriminating in the Weiner/Abedin emails to change the earlier July decision to close the investigation?

Clinton supporters were angry at Comey, and believed he had blatantly interfered in the election to help the Trump campaign. Republicans, including Trump himself, criticized Comey for once again protecting Clinton.

Former Clinton insider, Larry Nichols, offered another criticism of Comey that helped understand Comey’s puzzling behavior. Comey, according to Nichols, was running a psychological operation of misdirection, to help the Clinton campaign by steering the mainstream media away from the more damaging Wikileaks disclosures that were occurring.

This accord permitted a new financial and monetary policy to come into effect. It has now been signed by over 209 sovereign nations. The new world that we have described in recent messages is actually in the throes of being born. This new realm has taken a long time to manifest. This concept of change goes hand-in-hand with the need to acknowledge the ever-rising level of global consciousness. Your world is in the throes of a massive alteration in the way it operates. Over the past six millennia, the authoritarian behavior of the Anunnaki was unchallenged. In the past four decades, this began to change. The history of human limited consciousness contains many blinders that the Atlanteans imposed upon you as part of their malicious experiment. For the past month or so, I, Neil Keenan, and Group K have actively participated in preventing from conclusion, a highly unlawful and damaging scam set in place by the players to keep the crooked Cabal alive (via the 1 Million Metric Tons of Gold deal), thereby creating dangerous setbacks for the world economy.

I am referring to the recent development of the “1 Million Metric Tons of Gold Transaction” exposed recently by way of www.neilkeenan.com.

I have watched all the players (and I mean ALL) work overtime to quickly get this done so that their Cabal compadres would not falter and lose their financial status on the World stage. It was our intention to reveal their not-so-clandestine plot before it could reach completion.

I clearly see how the 1 Million Metric Tons deal ties directly into the current US “silent coup” and how the ill-gotten gold buttresses the financial fortunes of the elite ‘establishment’ once again, thus keeping their position and maintaining – as well as expanding – their control of the world’s financial power base.

In addition, it also means that the US election is nothing more than a façade or distraction to what they really are fighting for i.e. to maintain a stranglehold on the electorate… CONTROL!

On November 15, it is alleged that the involved parties will meet to split up the “spoils” of this unlawful gold transaction in the Malaysian Bank Negara or in the HSBC in Kuala Lumpur.

Should this happen, it is going to be extremely difficult to put the elephants back in the barn should they be let loose. Consequently, this gives the Cabal cartel an even more solid opportunity to turn things around on us for the worse.

The metastatic consequences that will be brought upon the people of the Western hemisphere will be so heavy that they will begin to parrot certain Democrats screaming, “We are going to leave the US if Donald Trump wins!” (To them we say, “Au Revoir!”).

To readers in America – should seriously consider leaving the United States if the election gets stolen for Hitlery – because your country will be going straight to hell. No one will be safe, not even those closest to her, as we are now being made so acutely aware of during these final, auspicious days leading up to this crucial and far-reaching presidential election.

Imagine letting that volatile fury loose while knowing full well that she is controlled behind the scenes by so many with maniacal ideologies harmful to our own common values and democratic principles.

What would we look like when she/they got through with us?

It would be the continuation of Obama’s bullshit, which means nothing to anyone of us, other than one great big fight in which we will catch and tie up the asses up of all those involved.

Do they actually believe they can win this?

Control of the US? The world? I strongly doubt it. No one will be safe on this planet if you connect the dots between the politics and the illegal deals/corruption.

They have done all they can to prevent us from stopping them, and yet, we are still standing! We have been knocked down many times, only to get back up with even more resilience and stronger determination to win this battle for humanity.

NOW WE ARE BACK UP ONE MORE TIME BEFORE THE US ELECTION… for far more than just for another battle. This one means way too much.

So English Insider and Lord Blackheath, we are now faced with a most urgent dilemma, one that needs to be resolved quickly before November 15.

Ultimately, It does not matter who wins the US Presidency, because it is a programmed distraction from an even greater “prize” for the Cabal: the aforementioned 1 Million Metric Tons of Gold deal.

We must stop this by immediately shutting them down through the Depositors who are not in any way tied into this deal. It is grand theft!

Corey Goode Update: Are we Navigating to our Optimal Temporal Reality?

THE OPTIMAL TEMPORAL REALITY
Imagine a future where we have full disclosure, and the complete removal of all control structures in our solar system. We rapidly come into contact with incredible new technologies that transform our lives in almost unimaginable ways – and meet a host of new friends in our greater galactic family.

In our last update I discussed our need as a group consciousness to choose this “Optimal Temporal Reality.” This probable future is the best case scenario for humanity by far. Right now, each one of us is deciding whether we will co-create this glorious future, or any of a number of other scenarios that could take much longer – and would be significantly less triumphant as well. According to Tear-Eir, we can still achieve this “Optimal Temporal Reality” if we continue to wake up to the corruption and lies we have been fed our entire lives.

A MEETING WITH RAW-TEAR-EIR

Not long after publishing this update, I was picked up by a blue sphere.

I was lying in bed as usual when the orb’s pale blue light began to shine through my eyelids. I immediately got out of bed and indicated that I was ready for the blue orb to take me to the intended destination. I was not expecting this visit, but I had learned to be prepared with the recent cluster of meetings that have occurred. I was not surprised to find myself in the blue sphere once again. Raw-Tear-Eir was there to greet me in the usual manner and Gonzales was standing a short distance away.

I took the opportunity to look above me at the cosmic scene that had been changing each time I had observed it. I noticed that the other blue spheres, close enough for me to see, were now looking a bit more translucent. As I looked closer I also noticed a rippling, water-like effect on them. It looked almost as though someone had thrown a handful of rocks into a pond. There also seemed to be pulses of this rippling effect as though a strong solar wind was blowing them.

THE NEW ARRIVAL OF METALLIC SPHERES

Once my sight had adjusted to the cosmic scene all around me, I noticed a number of metallic-looking spheres appearing out of the darkness quite a distance away. I could tell they were extremely large, but I didn’t have another object to use as a frame of reference. There were nine of these spheres that I could make out. The spheres looked to be about the size of my thumbnail from a fully outstretched arm. This led me to estimate they might be about the size of Earth’s Moon.

MORE DETAILS ABOUT THE 300,000

Tear-Eir suddenly glided to within ten feet of me, and began to communicate about the “300,000 ascension-ready” people that I had reported on earlier. He indicated that my delivery of that intel had caused a lot of anxiety in those who received it. These people put out a call for clarity, so Tear-Eir indicated he wanted me to deliver the information more clearly this time. The 300,000 figure was provided after I had expressed an interest in the number of people who are ready for energetic changes (ascension.) I had also asked what percentage of “service to others” (STO) those around me and I had currently achieved in our journey.

I was more than a little bit shocked and troubled by the answers I received. Not only was I not in the 300,000, my STO percentage was much lower than I would have guessed. I believe this is probably true of most of us on the planet right now. Tear-Eir then communicated that at the moment I had expressed interest in this subject, the number of people ready to ascend was less than 300,000. It was further communicated that this number is in a constant flux from moment to moment, as is our temporal reality.

I then expressed concern and confusion again about the low number that I had received. I asked, “What about the millions of children on this planet?” I thought surely the innocent children of the world had to fall under some sort of “age of accountability.” Raw-Tear-Eir then communicated that some of the number given indeed included children. However, many other children will also be moving on to higher densities as we go through the shift, even though they are not part of the 300,000 figure that was given. Millions of children and adults are ET souls or “Wanderers”, and their numbers were not included in the 300,000, for reasons we will now explain.

THE LAW OF ONE PERSPECTIVE

The Law of One series is the main “revealed teaching” that the Sphere Beings have endorsed as being accurate and useful for us at this time. It now appears that the Blue Avians are the same beings that contacted the ancient Egyptians as “Ra,” the bird-headed entity. They again spoke as Ra in the Law of One series from 1981 to 83. William Henry discovered ancient Egyptian depictions of Ra as a blue avian humanoid, as seen in Cosmic Disclosure, Season 5, Episode 3, “Blue Avians & Spheres in Ancient Art:” This connection was unknown to any of us when my contacts began, and was a matter of great surprise to everyone when William Henry approached us with this data.

Once I finally began reading the Law of One myself, the beings began speaking to me in very similar-sounding language – further revealing their identity as the source of this material. On a practical level, this means that studying the Law of One series can give us far greater insights into the philosophy and practices of the sphere beings.

WANDERERS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE 300,000 NUMBER

As of 1981 in Session 12, the number of Wanderers was approximated as being close to 65 million. In Session 63, the number of Wanderers on earth was again said to be “in excess of 60 million.” By now, those numbers are significantly higher – possibly up to 300 million or more. With a population of seven billion, that would mean a little over one out of every 23 people on Earth is an ET soul. If you are a regular reader of these updates and feel they resonate deeply with you, there is a very good chance that you are a Wanderer as well.

In Law of One terms, these souls have come in from a level significantly more advanced than the basic requirements for graduation from third to fourth-density life. For this same reason, the vast majority of Wanderers will return to their “native density” as we go through the “quantum leap” referred to in the Law of One. Therefore, the number of 300,000 only referred to a select group within the greater majority of people on Earth who have never lived above third-density vibration at this point in their journey. The efforts of Wanderers are focused on helping inspire these third-density folks to become more conscious, loving and forgiving people.

THE DANGER OF BEING “CONSCIOUSLY UNLOVING”

The only real danger Wanderers face is by becoming “consciously unloving” to a significant-enough degree in one or more lifetimes that a multi-incarnational “karmic alleviation” is then required.

In certain rare cases, this might cause them to miss out on our soon-to-be upcoming graduation and have to repeat another 3D cycle. This is explained in various places in the Law of One, such as Session 16, Question 61, featured below. More commonly, these karmic adjustments will appear as personality issues or health problems. Working through these issues ideally brings us back to a loving place. Questions 27 through 30 in Session 12 of the Law of One clears up the issue quite nicely:....

David: Since what we're about to discuss is going to be really mind-blowing for most people, the amount of correlation that's in The Law of One to what you personally encountered in your job, let's just talk about did they know about The Law of One in the Space Program, and if so, what was their opinion about it?

Corey: Yes, The Law of One was definitely known about. And certain individuals were required to read it. I was told that it was negative material and stay away from it. Stay away for it.

David: Ha, ha, ha.

Corey: And I did. I stayed away from it. I think in the early 2000s it was online, and I scrolled through and looked at a little bit of it, and that was the extent of it. But I never dug in and read it because I was somewhat programmed that it was, you know, something to stay away from.

David: Now, there were other people who we spoke to as whistleblowers who independently verified that as well, that they knew about The Law of One and the Secret Space Program. It's a common factor.

Corey: And if you recall that was one of the questions that one of the SSP Alliance asked Raw Tear Eir is, “Are you the . . .

David: “Are you the Ra from The Law of One?”

Corey: Right.

David: And then he just answered, “I am Ra.”

Corey: “I am Raw Tear Eir.” That is just all he said back.

David: And in every question that they answer in The Law of One, they always start . . . The first statement they make is, “I am Ra.”

Corey: Right. And all it did was confuse the audience, because they didn't . . . They were like, “Okay, he doesn't want to answer the question.”

David: So, in this episode, we're going to be getting into a deleted piece of material – there was an entire session, Session 8, that came through on January 26, 1981. That whole session was deleted from The Law of One because Dr. Don Elkins, the guy asking the questions, didn't know that this was possible.

It was so far out . . . What The Law of One told him about our government and the technology they have and the extent of it totally blew his mind. He couldn't tolerate that this was real and they said, “This is . . . We're going to have to ask a lot of questions about this if it's true. So we better just remove it from the books.”

So the people in the Space Program haven't seen this either. This only came out on the website a few years ago. It was actually in Book Five. I correct myself. It was in Book Five as of 1998. That's the first time anybody ever saw it. Now you can read it online.

Agreement for Limited UFO ET Disclosure Impacts US Presidential Election

In a November 3 update, secret space program whistleblower Corey Goode has received new information suggesting we are on the verge of an official disclosure of information about a secret space program run by a consortium of military and corporate entities in the USA., and its major global allies.
The release will be the first stage in a gradual disclosure process that has been negotiated behind the scenes between different institutions and global elites with greatly diverging agendas on how much and how quickly the disclosure process should move forward.

What gives Goode’s latest update special significance are recent Wikileaks documents revealing confidential emails between Clinton Presidential campaign chair, John Podesta, with two U.S. Air Force generals and the head of Lockheed Martin’s Skunkworks, who are working behind the scenes with rockstar Tom DeLonge on a UFO disclosure initiative linked to the 2016 Presidential election.

DeLonge says he is being assisted by ten high level insiders to reveal the truth behind a secret space program run out of Area 51, using antigravity TR-3B dual purpose aircraft and spacecraft. Thanks to Wikileaks, we now know that Major General William McCasland (USAF ret.), former head of the Air Force Research Laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force Base, is working with DeLonge. As is Rob Weiss, current head of Lockheed Martin’s Skunk Works, which has important research and development facilities at Area 51.

Another USAF officer assisting DeLonge is Major General Michael Carey who wrote an endorsement for DeLonge’s co-authored book, Sekret Machines, released in April this year. We now know the names of three of the alleged ten senior advisors from the U.S. military industrial complex that are assisting DeLonge. The Wikileaks documents confirms that DeLonge has indeed found high level support for his UFO disclosure initiative, which is part of an officially sanctioned UFO disclosure process. All this is directly relevant to Goode’s latest update.

According to Goode, he was taken to meetings where he met his former primary contact within a “Secret Space Program (SSP) Alliance,” a Lt. Col. Gonzales (a pseudonym) who briefed him on a series of developments concerning the negotiation process over UFO and extraterrestrial disclosure over the last four months.

Goode said the following discussion occurred:

Gonzales then gave me a summary-type of briefing on what had recently occurred in Cabal meetings. It seems as though these groups are making some progress in how to transition into a new economy. These groups had also recently agreed on moving forward with a partial disclosure that would roll out over 50 to 100 years. They don’t agree on how to do a partial disclosure yet, but have started to inform members of lower secret space programs (Military Intelligence/DIA/NSA programs) that they will likely be revealing themselves to us in the near future.

Goode describes how personnel in these “lower secret space programs,” are simply out of the loop about the more advanced SSPs that he worked for from 1987 to 2007. Goode says he now prefers to use the term “Military Industrial Complex (MIC) SSPs” for the following reason:

Although these groups are predominantly earth-based, and have been compartmentalized from having any knowledge of the SSP I experienced, they are not “lower” in any sense other than on the level of secrecy they are allowed access to.

The cover-up and compartmentalization is so effective that it is nearly impossible to explain to them that other, more advanced SSPs exist. It is akin to violating a deeply held religious belief.
