We want to let you know some of the details of the roll out of
"Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind".
The roll out is substantially the decision of our distributor – 1091 (formerly The Orchard)
They are proceeding with the initial roll out of "Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind: Contact has begun" on the same time line as they did for “Unacknowledged”.
That is: For 2 weeks – April 7 2020 until April 21, 2020, the film will be available for purchase on multiple platforms with all 3 special features.
Those special features include:
After April 21, 2020 you will be able to purchase the film with or without the special features and also just the film.
(The film is just over 2 hours long)
With all theaters closed because of the Covid 19 pandemic , there are no theatrical showings planned.
At this time 1091 has not yet made a streaming arrangement.
Special information for film donors and premiere ticket purchasers:
We will be getting codes from vimeo early on April 7 , 2020 and then will distribute them to you.
Since there are almost 4000 supporters that may take a while. Trust that we will get you your codes as quickly as we can.
The plan is that they will come from email: info@SiriusDisclosure.com which is the mailbox for these emails so chances are they will not go to spam. We will let you know via email blast when they have all been sent and how so you can check your email or spam and then watch the movie.
