Only when the material realms were formed did we adopt forms. Just like light splitting into various colors through a prism, we transitioned from one unified energy into multiple entities. This transformation allowed us to adapt to new environments, resulting in our first etheric forms.

So, after the transformation of pure light into ether, the material realms, known as the lower heavens, were born.
