Whistleblowers and government officials will testify Wednesday on Capitol Hill regarding UAP and UFO phenomena. Nick Pope, former UFO investigator for the UK Ministry of Defense, says the hearing may not present a “smoking gun,” but could present information that is a “shock” to Congress and the public.
