Phillips admitted AARO identified 40-50 cases showing "utterly bizarre" capabilities the "best and brightest people in the world" couldn't explain - instantaneous acceleration, right-angle turns, maneuvers no human aircraft can achieve. They "conclusively proved" these weren't adversary or friendly tech, yet never released a single video to the public. For the first time, a former AARO official confirmed UAPs detected in space.
