Why Is This Ignored?
Former British Transport Police detective Gary Heseltine returns to the show to discuss the PRUFOS Police Database, a long-running archive of UFO reports involving serving and retired British police officers.
Gary explains how the database began, why police testimony matters, and what decades of reports may tell us about the wider UFO mystery. According to Gary, the database includes around 550 British police cases involving roughly 1,100 officers, with many involving more than one police witness.
We discuss the role of trained observers, the stigma that stops officers from speaking publicly, on-duty versus off-duty sightings, and some of the strongest cases Gary has collected, including multi-officer reports and incidents that remain difficult to explain.
If police officers, pilots, radar operators and other trained witnesses are taken seriously in every other area of life, why does that standard change when the subject is UFOs?
