Jonathan Caplan KC, a veteran British barrister and King’s Counsel, joins Ross Coulthart this week for "Reality Check" with Ross Coulthart to discuss Caplan's new book "Not For Disclosure," the culmination of 50 years investigating the UAP mystery.
