Truth Embargo follows three individuals on a quest to free extraordinary revelations out from under a governmental policy of suppression. The first phase of the documentary included filming the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure event. Camera teams also traveled to interview many key figures in the citizen science/activist movement seeking formal acknowledgement of a non-human presence engaging humanity (including the controversial 'ANONYMOUS' interview that has caused considerable debate). We have to see all the things that are now happening as very interconnected and quite representative of a profound holistic pattern that the Supreme Creator is weaving for us. This divine plan is being unraveled before us in a most incredible and wise way. Each move is being made like the moves of a most enlightened chess master. Each step has a meaning that exists on many levels at once. Every move is designed to impress each of us toward one wonderful goal — first contact with our ancestors and our galactic brothers and sisters. This path leads toward a deep reflection into the true meanings of the human soul and how this truth forms the basis of who we truly are. For this underlying truth is the foundation for all knowledge. We are all seekers of what is real and of how this reality forms the basis for all things that exist in Creation. We all endeavor in some way to amalgamate our truths with the profound ways of the Supreme Creator. Now is the time when this wish shall be granted not just to a select few, but to all of us.

We are now in the interim period before a first contact is attempted between us and the member star nations of the Galactic Federation. What it means to us is that we are now on the verge of a new global society that will allow us to finally see who we really are. Many scholars have attempted to discover the inner meanings of what this thing we call civilization is really based on. The final conclusion that PAO will attempt to demonstrate is that we are really a star seed society, founded as part of a divine plan that has led us down a side road for many, many millennia. Now, we have been put on a detour that will take us back to the main highway and permit us to see our true place in the galaxy. Our time of quarantine is just about over. The means to that now-hidden knowledge lies in the genetic research that permits us to see all life, and especially human life, as founded in a three-stranded DNA protein. This three-stranded protein serves as the basis for our physical existence. This important discovery allows us to see that the road back to the full integration of our spiritual and physical selves is not as distant as we would believe. The clue to this endeavor lies in a new approach to biology — quantum biology. This new form of biology sanctions the relationship between thought and body.

Quantum biology states that the energy of thought can alter body cells, change metabolism, and most importantly, transform RNA/DNA. Consciousness can now be scientifically seen to create changes in our physical reality. The most important aspect of this discovery deals with human gene structure. Geneticists have noticed in the past half-decade that humans have been using the third strand in their RNA/DNA to mutate into a more profound being. Many children born with connected three-strand DNA have some wondrous abilities. These capabilities have included the ability to be telepathic, to disappear and reappear at will (teleport), and to move an object of some weight easily across rooms. It now appears that we are changing into a much more conscious being. In addition, the number of beings modified in one way or another has increased exponentially in the last three years. Clearly, we are a species undergoing a most profound shift in our reality.

Not only have our bodies changed, but we have also become more aware of the spiritual side of our nature. This spiritual awareness has led to an increase in our study of subjects that previously seemed either too strange or too profound to undertake. This study has led humanity to an interest in Angels, UFOs and the extraterrestrial origins of all life on Earth. We seem to have a deep desire to learn how one relates to the other. Yet there seems to be an endless series of beliefs that are put forth trying to explain this aspect of human knowledge. To these beliefs, I would like to add one more caveat — think on these subjects with your heart, and not with your head. The waters of knowledge that you are now entering are based on sensation, on passion, and on the truth of your intuitive soul. It is a most profound shift for our present civilization. One reality is being squeezed into making another, in a very short time. For our planet is now on the verge of a transfer into a new fourth-dimensional reality. This reality will lead us into learning more about ourselves than we have ever thought possible.

As the profound changes have increased in their intensity, we have been forced to accept that something quite fundamental is happening to us. Also, time is beginning to be compressed. A by-product of this compression is that our karma cycles have been greatly accelerated. One of the things that you have probably noticed is that when any karma is created, it is swiftly alleviated. Often this action happens hours or days after the initial incident occurs.

Now Time We are in a reality that is quickly being altered into something quite different from what we are used to. Another change is that the yearly time-line is also accelerating. Many persons who study time have noticed that recently, years have been reduced seemingly to months. These phenomenon point to the fact that this period is one in which our planet is moving towards a new reality.

Cosmology has been discovering that the physical universe does not always obey the presently-known laws of physics. Energies, gas clouds and even galaxies do some quite strange things. On a similar note, the same paradoxes exist in the world of sub-atomic physics. The hand of universal knowledge seems to be leading us to a new concept of reality. This subject has been at the forefront of discussion among scientists for the past decade. Yet the form of the "cover-up" to maintain the old orthodoxy has kept these matters from becoming public knowledge.

Everywhere, the old order of power has tried to maintain a facade that all is as it ever was. Yet there is much in the new secret discoveries that make many scientists almost bold enough to let the "cat out of the bag". From what I have heard, there will be more scientists who will be willing to start to tell their tales of what is really happening, both out in the heavens and in the atmosphere, continents and oceans of planet Earth. These tales will be another factor in finally allowing Earth’s citizens to see the truth and prepare for our inevitable contact with the ETs.

It is the purpose of this organization to bring you up-to-date; to reveal what is happening out there in the heavens that surround us; and to advise you on how to take action to prepare yourself for a new reality and first contact with the Galactic Federation. Since October, 2010, I have been asking those of you who participate in our monthly “Global CE-5 ET Contact” events to visualize our Star Friends cooperating with us peaceful humans to co-create a New Earth. Together we have been calling forth life-affirming developments such as free energy, amazing medical and scientific technologies and more to solve our most pressing problems.

I have always stressed that our Star Friends want us to think of them as elder brothers, sisters and cousins – not Gods – who are willing to lend their technologies and spiritual wisdom to help us. I have also stressed the fact that we humans are responsible for solving our problems. We need to forge right human relations and to use love and goodwill to learn to get along with each other on a personal, national and planetary basis.

It is really a promise: “The Good, the True and the Beautiful” is on the way. That mentor stated that unparalleled spiritual forces of Love and Light stand at the ready and indeed are active in the world to assist us in creating a better global society.

This is no pie-in-the-sky idealism. We look at the world as it is with all of its flaws and dangers and we may recoil. But, if we really allow the best that is in us to emerge and seize the day…and then unite that with the best in others around us who grasp the vision of a better way and are willing to work for it…then we have a realistic hope and expectation that “The Good, the True and the Beautiful” will actually manifest.

Because much of the mass media is still controlled by elite forces that don’t have the best interests of Humanity and Gaia in mind, we don’t see a reflection in the news of the positive ways that human beings are creating the New Earth.

The media doesn’t report on the fact that thousands of us are actively engaging with interstellar civilzations who can help us. Our movement and our numbers are growing. A poll by HuffPost on Sept. 11, 2013 stated that 48% of USA citizens believe that UFOS are real with 17% undecided and 35% firmly opposed to the idea. That means that roughly 2/3 (65%), 2 out of 3, USA Citizens is openminded to the idea of ET presence in our skies and on Earth! How far we have come!

I strongly suspect that those poll numbers are even higher in many other nations where there is greater cultural appreciation and awareness of so-called non-mainstream, “paranormal” ideas.

So the next time you think you might be crazy or have someone else tell you that you are crazy for your contact activities with ETs, why don’t you throw those poll numbers back at them? If indeed you and I are crazy to believe in UFOs, in ETs, in the possibility that they exist…then we are all in a lot of insanely great company cause we are the majority!

Our ETLetsTalk Contact global group is leading the way. A generation ago, this kind of interactive communication with Star Friends was just not possible. But times have happily changed and public opinion has opened up and flowed into a greater awareness of Earth’s place in the unfathomably vast Cosmos and to the fact that Life is more prevalent there than we could ever imagine and that Life is seeking out civilizations like ours.

PRG Update - Congressional Hearing Initiative

On September 22, 2011 PRG submitted a petition to the White House "We the People" project calling for the President to officially acknowledge an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. Disclosure Petition I received sufficient signatures to trigger a formal response from the White House, which came on October 4, 2011. The White House claimed there was no evidence whatsoever supporting that assertion or that the government was hiding relevant information from the people.

From April 29 to May 3, 2013 PRG held a Citizen Hearing on Disclosure at the National Press Club in Washington, DC. Forty researchers and government/agency/political witnesses testified for 30 hours over five days before six former members of the U. S. House and Senate. That week a massive amount of evidence, which the White House claims does not exist, was presented to the Committee, webcast worldwide and recorded by a film production team.

In late October of this year PRG will launch the third initiative of a three-part strategy, the goal of which is to end the ET truth embargo immediately. What follows is a full description of exactly how this initiative will be conducted. It is being sent out to PRG supporters and others within the truth advocacy community. A series of press releases will be out later this year.

PRG Congressional Hearing Initiative
In approximately sixty days an edited compilation of the entire Citizen Hearing on Disclosure will be completed. At that time a Congressional Hearing Initiative will begin - Day One.

Day One A multi-DVD set of the CHD will be sent to all 535 Members of Congress along with a letter requesting a meeting between the Member or staff person and PRG's lobbyist Stephen Bassett to discuss the CHD and the immediate need for House and Senate hearings.

Day 14 [Note: it takes about two weeks for packages to clear security screenings.] A request will go out via email, websites and social media to all ET truth advocates to mail, email or fax their three congressional representatives a request to review the CHD material and meet with PRG lobbyist Basset to discuss the need for hearings. Constituent correspondence is always given priority consideration.

A letter signed by some or all of the CHD witnesses and other relevant witnesses will be mailed to the House and Senate Members with the same request. Between now and Day 14 PRG will make a concerted effort to reach the new owner of the Washington Post, Jeff Bezos, with a request the Post run a full page copy of this letter as a public service announcement.

PRG's Fax on Washington website will help coordinate the email/fax/letter campaign.

Day 18 PRG will begin contacting Congressional offices with meeting requests. A spread sheet on the PRG website will track which offices accept or decline these requests.

Day 20 PRG will submit a new Disclosure petition to the White House "We the People" project calling for the President to ask the House Minority Leader and Senate Majority Leader to begin Congressional hearings in the appropriate committees. This petition will be posted on the White House website for 30 days while the congressional contacts are being made.

Day 30 A request will go out via email, websites and social media to all ET truth advocates to mail, email or fax those congressional offices, which have declined to meet with PRG, to reconsider their decision.

Day 30+ PRG will continue to pursue meetings with Senate and House Members/staffers as well as the offices of the appropriate committees until such time as those committees initiate hearings for the government/agency/political witnesses ready to testify.

Why This Can Work
First and foremost this initiative would not be possible without the film record of the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure. PRG is going to send over 5000 DVDs to 535 congressional offices with over a thousand staffers, each having a laptop computer with a DVD player. These DVDs represent the hearings the Congress should be holding and provides a glimpse of what to expect. This is a game changer.

If congressional hearings are held in the House and Senate to take the testimony from hundreds of government/agency/political witnesses, PRG is quite confident the scores of sitting Members on those committees will undergo the same transformation as the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure Committee. The truth embargo will not last sixty days. This is exactly why certain persons in the know within Congress have blocked every effort to get such hearings since 1968, and there have been many.

PRG's message to Congress will be simple and direct. "Your approval rating is historically low. Trust in government has collapsed. All this could be turned around in a few months because the most important issue in the world today is yours to resolve. All you have to do is call witnesses and listen." This is not 1968. There are and have always been friends of Disclosure within Congress, but they have been isolated without a platform upon which to stand. The CHD provides that platform.

Funding
The CHD was an unprecedented event produced at considerable expense. More funding is needed. At this moment in time the truth embargo is vulnerable. It can be ended.

There are many persons in this country more than capable of personally funding this truth movement at a level necessary to close the deal. They believe the truth embargo must end and the people have a right and a need to know they are not alone in this universe.

Since 2000 PRG is not aware of any harassment or intimidation of witnesses or supporters of this particular truth advocacy movement. For anyone who has ever considered providing the needed resources, but have held back, now is the time to step forward and make history.

The following information is important as regard PRGs organizational structure:

Paradigm Research Group is a sole proprietorship operating like a non-profit. This means PRG acts directly under the First Amendment with minimum restrictions. Contributions are not limited and not tax deductible. These funds go directly to the Congressional Hearing Initiative.

X-PPAC is PRG's political action committee. It is a 527 organization operating under FEC rules. Contributions are limited to $5000 per year from U.S. citizens only and are not tax deductible. These funds will support federal election candidates willing to call for congressional hearings.

Citizen Hearing Foundation will be PRG's non-profit, 501(c)(3). Contributions are not limited and are tax deductible. The CHF will not be directly involved in the Congressional Hearing Initiative, which is lobbying.

Truth Embargo is a film being produced by PRG under an LLC partnership. Contributions are not limited and not tax deductible.

Extraterrestrial Phenomena Political Action Committee (X-PPAC)
PRG will repromote its political action committee in conjunction with the Congressional Hearing Initiative. X-PPAC will make contributions to 2014 candidates who call for congressional hearings.

Citizen Hearing Foundation and the UN Initiative
Simultaneous with the Congressional Initiative the Citizen Hearing Foundation will be pursuing a multi-nation resolution to the UN General Assembly calling for a UN backed world conference on the ET evidence. This will help galvanize the political media as well as the Congress, which would not relish being preempted by the UN on the extraterrestrial issue.

Truth Embargo Documentary
Funding permitting, the CHD related documentary Truth Embargo will be completed and go into distribution while the Congressional and UN initiatives are underway. This will help to increase public awareness of the witnesses ready to testify before Congress now.

Developments of Interest
Dr. Jessie Marcel, Jr. A great American died on August 24 of an apparent heart attack. Dr. Jessie Marcel, Jr. was a star witness at the Citizen Hearing on Disclosure where he testified alongside his daughter Denice and son Jessie Marcel, III.

PRG is greatly saddened Jessie did not live to see the truth embargo's end and dedicates the Congressional Hearing Initiative to Dr. Marcel. Once Disclosure has been achieved PRG will conduct a public campaign seeking the Presidential Medal of Freedom for this man who served his family, his country and the truth with humble distinction.

CIA Acknowledges Area 51 Exists
A flurry of news articles have covered the recent release of documents by the CIA which include maps of Area 51. The media was quite taken by this, completely forgetting that Area 51 was acknowledged over a decade ago and has been a non-secret for a decade beyond that. Only a government truth embargo can generate this kind of absurdity. However, PRG sees something else - more pre-Disclosure positioning by government, religion and persons in an effort to mitigate the post-Disclosure public relations problems they will inevitably have to face.

ET Contact Message

Last month a member of our CE-5 group received a telepathic message from one of our regular ET friends.

Since we have been doing CE-5 events for many years it’s a regular occurrence for us to not only have sky sightings but to also receive telepathic communication from our Star Friends.

I was asked to share this particular message with you who are in our far-flung network in 50+ countries.

The ETs asked that we spread this simple message to others in every way we can – and to LIVE it. It is not controversial and can be understood in any language, by any culture, in any country, or in any state of mind:

“Breathe the free air of Earth”
From my perspective those words are powerful because they do touch on so much we all have in common:

Breathe – a simple activity we humans all share in order to stay alive Free – air is our right and should be free to sustain us and all lifeforms who depend on it Air – the universal substance that we humans require Earth – of course this is our common home now, whether we started here or were seeded from elsewhere

From my perspective there is at the present time a tremendous transformation going on all over the planet in many dimensions. It is the Light that is transmuting the Darkness. Many sacred teachings point to this time as one of such struggle. And many of them promise the victory of Light and of a Golden Age to follow our trials and tribulations.

Incredible forces of Light from stellar and inter-dimensional sources are here by the millions. They are helping us loosen the chains that have bound us. These chains were manufactured and used on us by Dark forces that have been powerfully in control and active for millenia. But many sacred traditions state that the days for that control are numbered. And the number is very, very small.

So, this is in reality a joyous time. We who honor and love the Love and Light that is being beamed to us from so many sources must do our part. By keeping the above words in mind and spreading them, I believe that we create a harmonious giant thoughtform that will result in a Liberated Gaia – liberated from the darkness that has almost destroyed her.

“Breathe the free air of Earth” is a command for us and a promise to us. Earth has not been as free as she should be, but we humans are co-creating a Golden Age for her and we have a LOT of assistance in the skies, in our homes, in our environments.

So, I thank all of you who can absorb these words and breathe them in and out. Please write songs, poetry, make paintings, create art – whatever strikes your creative fancy – to celebrate what these words contain in themselves – the germ of a New Life that is being born across the planet as Darkness is illuminated and neutralized.

It may not seem like we are winning – but just look around beyond the mass media where people are banding together to create a world they want.
