Interview With Charles Hall - Motivations of Tall White ETS and Their Exopolitical Significance

In a December 11, 2016 report, secret space program whistleblower Corey Goode described an announcement of the existence of Tall White extraterrestrials as an option being considered for a limited disclosure initiative orchestrated by the U.S. Air Force, Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency.
Goode said:

Another potential plan that is in the “optional” category involves the possible disclosure of a single ET group known as the “Tall Whites.” This is the group that Charles Hall and others have met up with. The Cabal might try to introduce us to this group, explain they have been around for a really long time, and hope that they can get us to follow a mystical new religion offered by these beings. This would definitely not be in humanity’s best interest.

In order to acquaint readers to Charles Hall and his testimony concerning the Tall Whites, and why Goode’s conclusion about them is accurate, I have decided to re-post a series of articles and interviews about Hall’s testimony, which began in November 2004. What follows is the second article in the series. The first article is available here.

[Repost from Dec 3, 2004] What follows is based on an interview with Charles Hall on Dec 2, 2004, regarding the existence of the tall white extraterrestrials that he met while serving at Nellis Air Force base as a duty weather observer from 1965-67. His experiences are recorded in his three volume set of books, Millennial Hospitality. I had earlier read the first two volumes of his book series and recorded my impressions in a short article. I was put in touch with Charles Hall by Paola Harris who was the first major UFO researcher to thoroughly investigate the case.

In the interview, I asked a series of questions and recorded his replies by taking notes. My aim in conducting the interview was to get a better idea of the motivations of the ‘tall whites’ and their exopolitical significance on Earth. I begin this evaluation of my interview by first outlining my questions and Charles Hall’s replies. I finish with my evaluation of his testimony and books which I believe is vitally important as a possible disclosure initiative that will attract much public attention and carries great exopolitical significance.

Q. Why did you call the book a work of fiction?
He had to protect himself and men who served with him. He changed names to protect the innocent, including himself and other serviceman. People he replaced experienced severe psychological pressure and trauma. Some wouldn’t want to be mentioned so he didn’t give their correct names. He affirmed that everything in the books is true. It is as close to a documentary of events he experienced as possible.

Q. How did you recall all conversations recorded in the book?
He didn’t keep a dairy, but kept a log book. He basically relied on memory in writing the book. He relived the emotions as he covered each experience, and this helped his recollection of events and conversations. Key episodes were basically etched into his mind. He had to summarize many conversations. Some conversations had to be reconstructed. Usually conversations with other airmen are summarized/reconstructed. Conversations with tall whites are close to verbatim since the Tall whites didn’t talk much. Tall White men especially didn’t speak much at all. Tall white women were more talkative than the men. If Tall Whites didn’t wear their communication equipment, then they wouldn’t communicate at all. Charles wanted to capture all the emotions he experienced and these are faithfully recorded in the book.

Q. When did you start writing the books?
He first tried telling people verbally about his experiences during 1965-68. When he got a word processor in 1985, he began the typing process using floppy disks. Writing was a slow process for technical reasons and also emotionally since he relived the experiences and this took much time. For example, it took six months before he could control his fears of the tall whites back in 1965.

Q. When did you finish the book?
Back in the 1980s he had trouble in finding a potential publisher for his planned autobiography and also had family responsibilities. In 2002 he became unemployed and began to edit, polish, and publish what he had written so far. The publisher he found, Firstbook.com allowed him to publish it as a ‘print-on-demand’ book where he controlled copyright, etc. He is still not satisfied with what has been published so far, and wants to edit the first volume one more time. Basically the book was work in progress since 1985 up until 2002. Final editing was done from late 2002 to early 2003.

Q. Did you ever take photos?
He never took any photos. When out there by himself he was worried about keeping himself alive and taking photos wasn’t thought of. Initially he thought he was dreaming (that’s why he believes Area 51 is called dreamland). This was a reason why he never thought about taking photos. Later when he realized that the tall whites were real, he talked himself out of it when he went back to his base, so he didn’t think about photos. Also, he didn’t want to offend the tall whites and stayed on his best behavior. He didn’t think taking pictures was prudent and might offend them, and they could destroy the evidence anyway since they always had access to his belongings.

Q. Did any of the other servicemen ever take pictures of Tall Whites that you were aware of?
He was not aware of that happening, but recalled a paperback book published back in early 1990s there is a set of pictures of tall whites which he believes are authentic. These were published by a New Jersey housewife who traveled to Albuquerque New Mexico and said that she waited on a public highway when she saw a scout craft and she took six pictures of the tall whites standing 6′ 6″. He believes photos are authentic. The implication was that some serviceman had taken the photos and sent them to the author who gave a cover story for how she got the photos. He couldn’t recall the name of the book or the author.

Q. Have you ever been approached or briefed by agencies not to disclose the events on Nellis?
No. He said that weather information was never classified. As a weather observer he was never part of a classified project where security oaths were taken. The orders given to Charlie were classified, but nothing he did was ever to be classified. That was a decision taken by a committee including the tall whites and others in the Pentagon. The idea was that Charlie would be free to interact with the tall whites without being continually briefed. He said that the American generals would do anything to get technology transfers. Generals would permit tall whites to kill service men if they were offended, threatened or harmed. He described an incident in his book where a serviceman had to beg for his life when he yelled at a tall white child. The only reason the tall white didn’t kill him according to Charles was that a tall white male came over to the tall white female and told her that since the serviceman hadn’t hurt the child, the American generals wouldn’t understand why she would kill the serviceman. Charles said that the generals however thought military servicemen were expendable, and wouldn’t allow any killing by the tall whites to stop technology transfers.

Q. Were other servicemen killed by tall whites for offending them?
He explained an incident back in Sept 1965 near the mountain at Indian Springs where the tall whites had their main hangar. One of the cover stories for sightings of tall whites was that they were big horn sheep in the desert. One hunter wanted to shoot one of the ‘sheep’ and rented horses and went with his friend. The hunters eventually separated, and one hunter went near the hangar where the tall whites are based, and took a shot at one of the kids. The tall whites grabbed him and handed him to the human guards who were military personnel. The human guards shot him and gave a cover story for his accidental death. The guards found his friend and beat him up, and threw him into the brig for about six weeks.

Charles said that usually if one wasn’t hurting anyone and was just unarmed and hiking, etc., tall whites wouldn’t bother one. Basically, they would kill if threatened if any way. They believe in tit for tat. If you did nothing to scare or hurt them, the worst they would is to pleasantly scare you away.

Q. You say that the Generals were desperate for technology exchange with tall whites, why do you say that?
They would do anything to maintain good relations with tall whites to get technology. The tall white ‘Teacher’ had conversations with Charles that demonstrated this. American generals wouldn’t stop tall whites if they were intent on killing servicemen who had hurt any tall white child. Tall whites exchanged technologies such as radio and communications systems, but not faster than light speed technology. Technology exchange was done on the basis on only those technologies that would benefit Tall Whites, such as good radios and communications that they could use as well if necessary.

He gave the example that the tall whites would help with a nuclear powered craft but not propulsion systems for deep space travel. Anti-gravity technologies were not shared with the generals which were deep space capable. American generals were sometimes in the scout craft of the tall whites so the technology for the scout ships was shared to an extent since the scout ships were made on Earth using materials here with the assistance of the US military. Tall Whites sometimes participated in classified meetings and helped with technology development. Charles describes how much of the technology transfer occurs. Basically, the tall whites would participate in classified meetings by sitting in and helping with some well placed questions.

Q. In vol one, you describe an incident where mental images entered your mind about the Tall Whites in the frontier era, can you explain?
Charles described how he was reading the History of the West, and the history of Death Valley and Indian Springs, he remembered mental images of tall whites in the frontier era when the Tall Whites. These images just entered his mind when the tall whites were nearby, and left when the tall whites departed.

Q. In the book, you mention 1954 as the first time reports of the Tall Whites were made in the vicinity of Nellis. Is there any earlier date or evidence you would think would support the presence of the Tall Whites presence in the area?
He said that the legend of Range Four Harry (a description used for the tall whites by servicemen at the Nellis base) went back at least as far as 1954.

Q. Do you think these mental images you observed were real historical events or fabricated?
He felt that the mental images were based on real historical events. He noted that when the tall whites moved away, the images stopped. This suggested that the tall whites were feeding him these images to give him historical information that they wanted to pass on.

Q. Do you believe that Tall Whites have been in the Indian Springs area for a couple of hundred years?
Yes. He was told that Pamela (a tall white) was born in that valley during the James Madison era. They like the valley because it’s hot and that is an important requirement for them.

Q. What do you think the motivations of the Tall Whites are in terms of their presence on Earth?
They used the base as a place for their deep space craft. Same as the way US Navy would use a base in the Pacific. They used the base to refuel, repair and refit their deep space craft. He talked about the long distances in space and need for a base on a planet like Earth where they can get supplies, make repairs, etc. Since deep space craft arrived and left on schedule, this meant they were engaged in commerce.

Q. Basically you believe they just wish to use Earth as a base for their deep space travel, and don’t have any ulterior motive to colonize the Earth or dominate national governments?
Yes, that’s his belief. From the tall white’s point of view, they are very happy with what they have, and their long life span – ten times longer than we do. They took ten times longer to age and also to heal. They were amazed at how quickly Hall could heal, and he described how they watched him closely when he bruised himself and healed within a day.

Charles argues that the tall whites like to keep to themselves, and don’t have any interest in dominating the Earth or taking over governments. They just want to maintain friendly relations with the US government so they can continue to use the base. He affirms that they are not interested in dominating or colonizing the Earth.

Q. In vol three, you describe an incident where you were burned by microwave weapons, can you elaborate?
He explained how the pencil weapon can be used by the tall whites to cause great pain, death, or sleep. He describes an incident where a CIA guard tried to help a tall white female in getting up the stairs at the Congressional building, but the guard inadvertently hurt the tall white and she threatened CIA guard who had to beg for his life. He explains that the pencil weapon can be used to stimulate calcium atomic frequencies to cause great pain like being burned, but one was not actually burned. When the iodine setting is used by the stun gun it can cause one to bleed to death. He compared this to the black plague when people would bleed to death due to arteries being weakened and blood would leak out causing death. In an email, Charles clarified how the pencil weapon works: “The pencil weapon could be set to stimulate the atomic frequencies of Sodium, Calcium or Iodine. Stimulating the Sodium atoms caused immense pain because it caused the nerves to discharge. If the weapon is set high enough, it can cause instant death. Stimulating the Calcium atoms caused the reverse (i.e. sleep, calmness, relaxation etc ) because it causes the nerves to reset and relax. Stimulating the Iodine atoms, of course, as described in book three, causes death by internal bleeding because it causes chemical changes that allow the blood to pass through the walls of the arteries in and around the thyroid gland.”

He said that tall whites tempers can change very quickly from friendly to hostile. The pencil weapon was used against Charles in a misunderstanding that was described in his book where but the iodine setting was used which caused internal bleeding. He recalls seeing a friendly tall white female approach him when he was lying hurt and she did a kind of graceful dance around him. In an email he described that tall white as “a young female, probably equivalent to a human young woman of age 19. she stood approximately 5’10 – 5′ 11” tall. She had a male companion who I always guessed was her brother because the two of them looked like fraternal twins. She and I were completely unafraid of each other. On a number of evenings when I was making the morning balloon run, she would come up and stand beside or near me or slightly behind me. Frequently she would come within arm’s length and still not show the slightest fear of me. Likewise, when she came in that close, I also did not feel any particular fear of her either. Her brother, by comparison, was always noticeably afraid of me and always kept his distance from me ( usually he stayed back at least 50 – 60 feet ). He obviously liked me, but also, he obviously never trusted me. For example, he would never turn his back to me when he was anywhere in my area ( i.e. within a 100 feet ).

Q. If this could occur to you after all the trust that was developed with the Tall Whites, what does that suggest for most members of humanity?
The idea that Tall Whites can turn on one and use weapons even despite all the good things that have been done is generally correct. Tall Whites differ very much in temperament and personality as do humans. He explained an incident involving a tall white general who wouldn’t brook any discussion and could be cruel if he felt he was not being obeyed to the letter. Yet the tall white doctor was quite friendly and would approach very closely. So basically the tall whites are quite varied in terms of personality.

The tall white captain described in Charles book was a nice enough guy, but he only came around humans when it was necessary. He only wanted to know about humans to the extent it would help him do his job. A cultural difference was evident as in cases where Americans might befriend a Japanese, but wouldn’t want to socialize with Japanese. He stressed that tall whites vary tremendously in personality.

Q. When was the last time you directly communicated with a Tall White?
He referred to what was described in book three which is when he left for military service in Vietnam in 1967. Subsequent to then, he has had no communication with the tall whites.

Final Comments by Charles Hall.
There are many episodes he had that he didn’t include in the book. For example, in 1965 American generals were showing Tall White Generals through the military barracks that he slept in. When that first started happening, he thought he was dreaming. He remembers Generals talking to Tall Whites about taking Air force officers with the tall whites on scout craft. In an email, Charles elaborated on this: “The American Generals were discussing the possibility of the tall whites taking two young American Officers on board the Tall White’s Black Deep Space craft ( ie. to another nearby star ). I personally saw the American Generals themselves with their tall white counterparts boarding and deboarding the white scout craft.” He thought the discussion was too risky to include since it included what he felt was sensitive material that was probably classified.

He stressed how the tall whites would follow agreements to the letter. He gave the example of an agreement he had with the tall whites. They would basically never sneak up behind him and scare him, and he would be sure to never do the same to him to them. This agreement was closely followed in all the interactions Charles had with the tall whites and helped him survive. Basically, he believed the tall whites could be trusted once they had agreed to something.



Evaluation and Exopolitical Analysis of Charles Hall
I found Charles Hall to be very credible and compelling in his response to questions. He displays great integrity and is quite sincere in describing solely the facts concerning his experiences. He described his experiences with the Tall Whites in a very objective manner, and the emotional reality of the experiences were quite vivid and conveyed much information about his state of mind and the seriousness of the experiences he had. The emotions that Charles objectively described in great detail conveyed the extent to which what he was experiencing shook his world view, and the world views of those around him.

Charles knowledge of the tall white’s interaction with the US Air force generals is very enlightening in terms of the way agreements were followed to the letter. It appears that the tall whites are quite legalistic and this appears to be something that the US military finds to be helpful in working with them. This is very significant in the technology exchanges which Hall describes were vitally important for the US military. The tall whites were quite clear that only certain categories of technology would be shared. Categories that presumably would not give the US military deep space capabilities. According to Charles, this technology exchange involved the US collaborating in the construction of scout craft used by the Tall Whites. Providing the required material for the tall whites presumably would have helped US scientists understand the principles of space flight. Since this is what Charles observed in the mid 1960s, it may be presumed that larger constructions may have been more recently attempted that have more advanced propulsion systems than nuclear power. The exopolitical question here is what would the tall whites gain or have gained in return for allowing US authorities to collaborate in building larger space craft. If technology for smaller scout craft was given in exchange for basing rights, what Earth resources would be or have been traded for larger constructions using more advanced propulsion systems?

Charles Hall comes across as very thoughtful and very intelligent. He has a Master’s degree in nuclear physics and believes he has worked out some of the main principles of the tall white’s deep space propulsion system. He doesn’t pull any punches in describing the intimidating behavior of the Tall Whites, and their readiness to use deadly force to protect themselves and especially their children against potential threats – intended or otherwise. Even surprising or scaring tall white children could lead to tall white adults intimidating humans with their advanced weaponry as his book makes clear.

Significantly, in his book he describes how the tall whites would threaten to kill humans who scared or disobeyed them [for quotes click here]. In the interview, however, he focused on how the tall whites would only respond when they were threatened in some way. He stressed the principle of “tit for tat” that the tall whites followed which is well understood in human society and is a principle found in biblical documents (lex talionis). It appeared that in the interview, Charles was portraying the tall whites in a more reasonable light than described in his book. While it was clear that Charles was being as objective as possible, the discrepancy between his book narration and the interview in terms of the conditions when tall whites threatened to kill or intimidated military servicemen and humans in general, suggested he was painting a more sympathetic picture of their behavior than in the book. This is something I hope he can clarify later since it helps contextualize the motivations of the tall whites on Earth.

Charles describes the tall whites as having no ulterior designs on the Earth in terms of colonizing it or taking over governments. He stressed the analogy of the use of overseas bases by the US military such as in the case of US bases in Italy or the Pacific. The idea was that the use of such bases was purely done to facilitate the operations of the US military, while recognizing local sovereignty and customs. So just as the US government/military has no ulterior motive for control of Italy through its base there, so too the tall whites have no ulterior motivation to control the Earth.

This is quite a controversial argument since the control of bases throughout different periods of history is quite contentious, and was part of the dynamics that drove colonialism. Indeed, the existence of military bases in the Saudi Arabia were a major factor influencing regional perceptions of US motivations in the Middle East, and influenced events in Afghanistan and Iraq. If the tall whites need the Earth as a base for their deep space operations and commerce, then it would be naive to believe they have no interest in influencing human affairs, and political institutions. Human history shows that when foreign powers establish bases on one’s territories, it’s hard to get such powers to leave, and to prevent them from interfering from local political affairs. We may have already achieved that point due to agreements reached between the secret committees managing extraterrestrial affairs and the tall whites.


Charles believes that the tall whites have been on Earth since at least the early 1950’s, and possibly as long as a hundred years or more based on what some Tall Whites related to him, and mental images he received when reading about local history of Indian springs. This will be a critical question to explore since obviously the time of the first appearance of the Tall Whites on Earth will influence our assessment of their ultimate goals here. If they have been here for a century or more as Hall suggests and which he was influenced to believe from the tall whites, then it would be fair to assess that they have no ulterior design on controlling the Earth. Presumably, they could have easily taken over control of the Earth in the early 19th century. If however the tall whites appeared subsequent to the 1954 Eisenhower-ET agreements (see here) then it is very likely that the Tall Whites have ulterior motives which go significantly beyond merely resupplying and repairing their deep space craft on route to other interstellar locations. The use of time travel technologies might be used by the tall whites to buttress the idea that they have been on Earth for centuries, but this could be entirely fabricated.

I believe that the tall whites were associated with the 1954 Eisenhower-ET meetings and that they subsequently established their base in the Indian Springs area of Nevada in that time period. It was clear that Charles was subtly influenced by the tall whites to believe they have been present in different periods of US history. The ability of the tall whites to refer to earlier historical periods and their presence is possibly due to advanced technologies such as time travel which they can use to influence our perceptions of their historical presence. This will be naturally controversial but is vitally important as knowledge of the tall whites becomes more widespread, and their exopolitical significance is discussed.

In sum, my view is that Charles Hall testimony is vitally important information that has great exopolitical significance, and is likely to gain widespread public interest. Already, various media outlets are treating the Charles Hall story as a major disclosure event, and Hall’s obvious integrity, clarity and coherence is generating much public interest. Hall’s disclosure of his experiences at Nellis Air Force base at Indian Springs from 1965-67 will likely play a major role in public disclosure of the extraterrestrial presence, and will help shape public perceptions of extraterrestrials and their presence on Earth.

James Gilliland: Ascension Wave, Transdimensional War, Days to Come

Going on about 4 weeks ago we talked about a massive wave of energy hitting the planet. It is now here, it is measurable and it seems everyone is trying to figure out what it is. It is part of the awakening and healing cycle of humanity and the earth and something much awaited.
It is the end of the Draconian or Archon Grid. It has everything to do with the arrival of 13th dimensional beings as well as the Andromedans whose ships can block out the entire eastern sky and when powered up can be as bright as 10,000 suns. This might be a hint as to the sun NASA observed coming our way that keeps changing speeds. How is this going to affect earth? It all has to do with frequency. Those holding on to the past, old grudges attitudes and emotions especially the frequency of tyranny and the arrogance of separation are not frequency specific to this wave. They will not fare well. The masks are all coming down. This is a healing energy yet along with it is the program of Universal Law. The principles necessary for a healthy society and environment basically known as Universal Peace, Brother/Sisterly Love, Individual Freedom and Prosperity for All. This wave is indicative of the source saying enough, it is finished.

This is being played out in the physical as the liberators verses the controllers and the controllers are imploding. Humanity is waking up as well as the platform for life mother earth, Gaia Sophia; whatever name you want to give her. This shift includes other dimensions as well. The controllers represented best by the Illuminati, banksters, war and disease profiteers are controlled by transdimensional beings, fallen Annunaki, Reptillians, Serpent Beings and what most would call demonic forces. They have suppressed and enslaved humanity since long before the Egyptian Dynasties. Thus you are seeing the polarities getting stronger and stronger. If you want to know who is who, follow the money. Who is big money backing? That is all you need to do. Most politicians are controlled by the banksters, the banksters are controlled by the illuminati the uber rich most of which have been doing blood sacrifices which includes children and acts so decadent and evil most could not comprehend. In past times the ceremonies were only held in the highest levels now they are held at the lowest levels; which is being revealed as we speak. This is not conspiracy this is fact and you will not hear about it in the Corporate Owned lame stream news. Because it is the fake news.

If you understood the mission statement of the illuminati you would understand how deep this problem runs and why it is so hard to root out. Their goal is to put their people in powerful positions, to bribe and blackmail those in powerful positions to do their bidding until they have total dominance of the world. If you don’t play ball with them you don’t succeed in climbing the ladder of power and wealth. If you go against them you will loose everything, your life and your family’s lives. Those you would go to for help, the agencies of law enforcement are owned and participants in many of these satanic rituals or caught in honey pot blackmail operations some with under age women which are dressed up to look much older. I myself have been subject to attempts at entrapment yet my inner guidance made it very clear do not go there. It is really that dark and decadent. They also have Manchurian candidates beautiful women and men who are very adept in using their sexual energies to control or sabotage the light workers.

This ascension wave is the solution. It is the soul activator, the initiation and support of the light workers and warriors who came to the earth to liberate her and her people. Though most are unaware there is a stirring inside some at a very young age, some being awakened now that things are not and have not been right for quite some time. Many cannot shove under the rug the atrocities to humanity and the earth as well as what can only be deemed as criminal behavior of their leaders, bosses, friends or family. This wave is bringing everything up, the masks are coming off and everything will be revealed. Armageddon is defined as the great uncovering, no rock shall be left unturned. It is an internal movement of consciousness and energy; which will find its expression in the external. Everything in this dimension owes its existence to the next dimension up it is a vibrational ladder. The lowest levels of the 4th dimension have fallen annunaki, reptilians, serpent beings, greys and other demonic and fallen souls. This is being cleaned up. The puppets are loosing their puppet masters. The higher 4th dimension is filled with guides, shamans, teachers and healers yet they are still bound by their religious or cultural beliefs; which keeps them on the wheel of reincarnation. For those who think this is unchristian explain to me the quote, “No one comes to earth but he who has come from heaven, or John the Baptist is Elisa who was to come.” The bible with the apocrypha has many dissertations about reincarnation yet they were taken out by the Council of Nicaea.

There are dimensions beyond the 4th with whole civilizations existing on them. These are also mentioned in the bible. The Sons of Arcturus, the Orion Council of Light, the Pleiadians all are riding this ascension wave adding their consciousness, energy and talents to the process. There are Sirians, the protectors of the Gods, Andromedans mythologically known as Arch Angels due to their magnetized light bodies. There are 6th and 9th dimensional Annunaki also coming in to recall the fallen ones and right an ancient wrong. This massive wave including the higher dimensional beings and the earth herself in her ascension process has the dark hearts pressed hard from above and below. What you are going to see is those who are evolving, adjusting to the new energies will continue. Those who resist will not. The days of the tyrants are over. They are not frequency specific to the evolution of humanity and the earth. The masks are coming down and you will see them for who and what they are.

A little hint some are not human, inhuman acts are often carried out by inhuman beings along with those they have duped and deceived to do their bidding. They have used social programming, religious programming, electronic programming, and ceremonial programming, bribes and blackmail to manipulate and entrap what in many cases were good people. This will all be revealed the spell will be broken. Many will go through their dark night of the soul as they regain their true conscience and the soul comes forward. We all to some degree or another have things to let go, restitution to be made, we have to release the past remember who we are and stand tall in our own divinity. The forgiveness of Creator is unlimited yet the request has to be heart and soul felt along with the desire and action to right any wrongs. Some will most arrogantly say there is no right or wrong which is spiritual ego. They are not ascended or beyond karma it is only lip service. We no longer have the luxury of living in denial, hide behind spiritual aphorisms and not be authentic and own our stuff. We have to transcend all cultural and religious boundaries, align with Unity Consciousness and live according to Universal Law………..

The Creator is Omnipresent in all Creation. There are fallen ones and miscreations that need to be addressed yet do it from the God within. It is time for each and everyone to make their own personal God, Creator, Great Spirit connection, not the jealous wrathful warring god or the bearded gods of the past known as the Annunaki some of which were benevolent, some were not. Your religions came from the behavior of these gods. Connect to the All Loving, All Forgiving, God of Love from within. Was it not written Ye are Gods, Children of the most high? Was it not written the temple is within? Is this not within every culture. David Wilcock: All right, welcome back to “Cosmic Disclosure”. I'm your host, David Wilcock, and I am here with Corey Goode. And in this episode, we're going to get into some very exciting new updates. I have seen some of the bullet points of what we're going to be talking about, and this is really going to be one of the classics. I'm sure of that.

So Corey, welcome back to the show.

Corey Goode: Thank you.

David: When we last left off, you had experienced a knee injury as you were falling out of this MIC craft – Military-Industrial Complex, MIC, what you used to call the Lower-Level Space Program; we're trying to give them a more respectable name.

Take us from there. What happens next after you've had the knee injury?

Corey: Well, since the last time that we spoke and that I released an update, soon after I'd gotten home – it was around October the 26th, early in the morning – I found myself once again in my shorts and T-shirt, no shoes, walking in the parking lot behind my house.

I woke up in the middle of walking, and as I was trying to figure out what was going on, I'm still walking. I'm walking towards the same craft as last time, the one that's sort of fish-shaped when you look at it from the top.




David: So this is clearly some kind of anti-gravity craft, . . .

Corey: Yes.

David: . . . not a regular airplane at all?

Corey: Yes.

David: Okay.

Corey: So I see the same two airmen from the last time. And as I was walking up, they immediately asked me if I'm physically able to walk up the ladder.

David: So these were the guys that brought you home and then jogged back the last time?

Corey: Yes, same guys.

David: Okay.

Corey: They walked me up the stairs. I walked through that same storage room, and they walked me into the room where I've been several times before, the one that has the beds that fold out of the wall and chairs.



David: The dreaded interrogation room.

Corey: Right. It looks like a little medical room.

David: Now, you've had some pretty unpleasant experiences in there. So how are you feeling when you find yourself unable to control your own walking, and you walk right up to this craft?

Corey: It's . . . My heart was beating really fast. It was pure anxiety.

David: Sure.

Corey: My heart was beating really fast. I'm breathing heavily. I'm trying not to show it, because you don't want to show any type of weakness to these types of people.

David: Of course.

Corey: But I'm sure they could still see it in my face.

David: Yeah.

Corey: But I was feigning that I was being braver than I really was.

David: Right.

Corey: So they walked me over, sat me down in that chair, buckled me in the harnesses and left.

David: Wow!

Corey: Yeah. So the next thing I know . . .

David: Was there anything different about it, or did it all look the same?

Corey: It all looked the same. The energy was a little bit different. They seemed like they had a little bit friendlier of an energy about them – not as stern.

David: Okay.

Corey: They were still military like.

David: Interesting. So even though they're strapping you into a harness where you've been tortured before, somehow the vibes were better this time based on what you're saying about the energy?

Corey: Yeah, a little bit more laid-back. Not . . . I wouldn't say friendly, but friendlier.

David: Right. You were dealing with this guy who looks kind of like Sigmund Freud or something with the white hair.



Corey: Yeah, white goatee.

David: And he didn't believe that you had been to these places, but you know you've been there. And his scientific test was intended to confirm what he'd heard before, but he wanted his own proof.

Corey: Right. And they had done the same tests before, and he wanted to have control of the evidence all the way to the lab.

David: Okay. So now you're thinking maybe something has come out of this where it was proven right again, and it's changed their attitude. Maybe they realized they're not the only cog in the machine, so to speak.

Corey: Right. Yeah. So I'm sitting there, and as soon as they walk back out the other way back towards the storage room and the tail of the craft, and the older gentleman that we were just talking about, with the white goatee and hair, came briskly walking in from the forward of the craft.

David: Now, did he ever give you any name besides, “Just call me Sir”?

Corey: Sir.

David: Okay.

Corey: He was saying, “You know, I now believe that some of what you're saying is true based on the test results. So apparently, you were in a proximate area that you claimed that you were.”

David: Hm.

Corey: So I didn't know whether to be relieved or not. So I was just sitting there listening.

David: So do you think that maybe . . . I mean, this would obviously be a really big deal for this guy. I mean, we could just call him for a name, because he looks like Freud. We could call him Sigmund. Right?

Corey: Okay.

David: So Sigmund is now confronted with evidence that everything that his whole life has been built around is a lie.

Corey: Yes. And that's one of the things that he mentioned, was that he, in particular . . . They were beginning to feel like they were not at the top of the totem pole intelligence-wise like they'd been led to believe.

David: Right.

Corey: He went on to say, “I was actually stationed at several bases in Antarctica.”

David: He was? Sigmund was?

Corey: He was. Yes. And that got my attention. And he said . . .

David: Several bases?

Corey: Yes. Yes. And he said that under the ice shelf, they had discovered a number of ancient cities, ruined cities – not just one – and that indeed, like I had reported, they had found flash frozen woolly mammoth-type age animals, and also these what he called Pre-Adamites.

David: Pre-Adamites?

Corey: Yes. I'm assuming that means before Adam in the Bible.

David: Right.

Corey: And he stated that indeed, they were kind of spindly, had elongated skulls and had strange proportions in their torsos, and that they had obviously not been designed to live in the barometric pressure and the gravity of this planet, and that they had sort of like, I guess, stations where they were studying humanity on different continents.

David: Okay.

Corey: There was some sort of a catastrophe that occurred, and Antarctica flash froze completely.

So he stated that these Pre-Adamites had not had access to their cities, their ancient cities, for over 10,000 years, and that had been a big problem for them. These were the Pre-Adamites that were in these little bases here and there across the world.

After they lost access to their ancient cities, they began to interbreed with the local human population, and then you started having these Adamite-Pre-Adamite hybrids.

And there were all different sorts of them, because they were breeding with different races. There were some of them that had African look, some of them that had Caucasian look, and some of them that had South American looks.

David: Okay.

Corey: He stated that the cities go back as far as when these beings apparently arrived here on Earth 55,000 to 65,000 years ago.

He said from his briefings – this is information coming from him – apparently, they came from another planet in our solar system that was no longer hospitable to life.

David: Did he say where this planet was?

Corey: No. It sounded like either he didn't know or he wasn't going to share it with me.

David: Okay.

Corey: And it was around this time that I began to wonder exactly why he was sharing this with me. And I think he saw the look on my face, and he kind of pulled away.

David: Are you saying that these Pre-Adamites are still here in some form, because we've talked about the Vatican and the mitre hats, that that could hide their elongated skull?

Corey: Yes. In a conversation later on that I have with Gonzales, that comes up.

David: It does appear, then, that these people are living on Earth. Did he tell you whether they live in underground cities, or are some of them actually living on the surface?

Corey: No, I didn't get that detailed of information.

David: Okay.

Corey: I was . . . The only other information that he really gave me was that we humans had discovered these ruins in Antarctica some time ago and had been excavating them, but the Pre-Adamites were not allowed to go down there.

Antarctica was being controlled by the Reptilians.

David: Wow!

Corey: And it was only in recent times that some sort of a deal was brokered to where they allowed these Pre-Adamites to begin to go down there and visit the ancient cities.

David: What did they find in these ruins, exactly?

Corey: Well, they found lots of technology – much of it destroyed, but lots of technology. Just about all the buildings were . . . There were hardly any bricks on top of each other. It was a complete wipe-out. Yet, underground . .

David: Yet there was still intact technology?

Corey: Right. But underground is where they found more.

David: Oh.

Corey: They found the ancient libraries, and then they found caches of technology.

David: So it must have been fascinating for them if they are now somehow going to be able to gain access to their own ruins.

Corey: Yeah. I mean, it'd been over 10,000 years, and all of their records were there. The bulk of their technology was there.

It would be like sending some of our people to a base on the moon and then having a catastrophe happen on the Earth to where they couldn't come back for supplies.

David: Okay. So in the next bullet point we have, at some point he suddenly stopped talking about this.

Corey: Right. I had a look on my face. I didn't understand why he was telling me all this all of a sudden. It felt . . . It was a little awkward to me. I didn't understand the reasoning.

And as I was thinking that, he saw the look on my face and he kind of stopped. He told me that he was going to use the same technology on me again to change my state of consciousness . . .

David: Oh, boy.

Corey: . . . so that he could see if he could get more information out of me. And I told him, “Listen, I am happy to answer any questions. There is no need for that.”

And he ignored me, walked over to that same little stainless steel table, picks up a kind of fat cylinder that has a convex cone at the end that looked like some sort of a antenna.

And he looked down and was messing with it, and I heard that [whirring] sound come up. But just before that, he put in earplugs.

And that's the last thing I remember other than I come to as I'm walking down the tail section of the craft, and my arm is behind me, and one of the guys has my elbow like this [holding tightly] walking me down. And the other guy's in front of me reaching behind and holding my wrist. They were making darn sure that I didn't fall.

David: So this wasn't so much that they were being hostile towards you or restraining you as much as that you were all doped out and they didn't want you to fall?

Corey: They were obviously trying to make sure that what happened last time did not happen this time.

David: Wow!

Corey: So I was really starting to come to as I was coming down the stairs, and I started walking back to my house. I walked through my gate, walked to the back door and opened it, and when I opened it, there was a Blue Orb zigzagging around in my living room.

David: Wow! I'm feeling tingles on my scalp as you're saying this.

Corey: Yeah. I mean, I opened the door and it's just -zit-zit, zit-zit, zit-zit [moving around the room] zigzagging around.

David: Wow!

Corey: And I closed the door behind me and it shot right here [directly in front of Corey's chest] and stopped, and I indicated that I was ready. And the next thing I know, I find myself back on the Mayan craft.

David: Okay. Wow!

Corey: This time, I'm standing in the exact same place. And next to the floating stone console that I described last time, Gonzales is sitting there looking. And there are six Mayans in the room this time, including three females.

Dratzo! Those in charge of the RV’s distribution and the prosperity packages are working swiftly to see that they are brought out together. At present the RV is being revealed through the various levels that were set up by these diligent workers of the Light. They know the importance of these many prosperity packages. Once more than 70% of these special monies are delivered, the creation of the NESARA Republic is legally assured. This one factor makes this process essential to what currently is being carried out by our earthly associates. Meanwhile, there is the process for the RV. This is to assure that the extremely large sums of monies are successfully transferred to the underprivileged throughout this globe. These humanitarian projects enable this world to easily supply the freedom, food, sanitation, housing, clothing and electricity needed to bring everyone up to speed. This provides the literacy and Internet education necessary to comprehend what we are doing. As you can see, a great deal of progress is being made. Much more is still required before we reach our prescribed goals.

Our associates on this world are doing a marvelous job. However, there are still many of the cabal that have only recently revealed themselves. Most of the lower-level miscreants have been nabbed. This group has helped in the last few weeks to arrest most of the next level of scalawags. This process has helped us, as well, to uncover how these scurrilous rats operated, enabling us to identify this devious operation almost to its highest levels. Our operatives are busy putting together the last pieces of this nefarious puzzle. The purpose of this final series of investigations is to ready our associates to perform the final global takedown of this monstrously intertwined evil. The Anunnaki created an appallingly devious organization of the dark. It permeated every nook and cranny of this globe. Thus, ferreting out these criminals has proven to be quite a study in the thought processes of these devious rats. Our joint intention has been to secure the funds and end massive global corruption. Those goals are now in sight. It pleases us to know that every day brings us closer to disclosure, and to NESARA!

Our fleet continues to monitor Gaia’s surface lands. Every corner of this globe is under attack by two major forces. The first is climate change. This process, driven by the rapid globalization of your primitive industrial age, has spewed untold amounts of atmospheric, oceanic and land-based pollutants. This horrific operation has gained massive global traction in the period following the conclusion of the Second World War. Watching from space, we have been able to measure the amounts of pollution that have been added in the last forty years alone. We recognize just how dangerous all of these poisons truly are. The second factor is the process used by Gaia to ready this surface world for its future reunion with the 5D paradise of Inner Earth. This vast operation is taking place at a relatively slower pace than the first factor. The degree of artificial pollution affecting this natural change is astounding! It has caused unusual temperature gradients to form. It has produced a series of clumps of plastic to appear in the oceans and skewed their natural current flow.

These alterations have tended to increase the rate by which your points of global habitation are deteriorating. This concerns us, as we wish to free you to solve these problems with joint technology tied into your ever-growing consciousness. The degree of radiation pumped into oceans, when combined with growing sandy dust from North Asia, creates a problem that truly requires a critically-needed and world-wide series of solutions. We have explained our concerns to your leaders and asked that a timetable for global disclosure be moved up. It is essential that a number of difficulties that you seem to be ignoring be soundly addressed and a succession of urgent actions be promptly taken. This entire project has been a wonder to us. Our sacred heavenly Council was first created some 900,000 years ago when the Lemuria colony was on its way to Gaia. The purpose for this colony was to forge a galactic human, heavenly and planetary union. It was to acknowledge the special bond created, and to partner with the marvelous Cetacean Nation. But a number of dark factors caused the special timeline to be rewritten. Our Sister- and Brotherhoods adjusted, as decreed by Heaven. Thus, we advance into the present in full knowledge that the events described by us are taking place. In a December 11, 2016 report, secret space program whistleblower Corey Goode described an announcement of the existence of Tall White extraterrestrials as an option being considered for a limited disclosure initiative orchestrated by the U.S. Air Force, Defense Intelligence Agency and the National Security Agency.
Goode said:

Another potential plan that is in the “optional” category involves the possible disclosure of a single ET group known as the “Tall Whites.” This is the group that Charles Hall and others have met up with. The Cabal might try to introduce us to this group, explain they have been around for a really long time, and hope that they can get us to follow a mystical new religion offered by these beings. This would definitely not be in humanity’s best interest.

In order to acquaint readers to Charles Hall and his testimony concerning the Tall Whites, and why Goode’s conclusion about them is accurate, I have decided to re-post a series of articles and interviews about Hall’s testimony, which began in November 2004. I recently received a message from one of Dr Richard Boylan’s lists discussing his views on the Tall Whites discussed in Charles Hall’s memoirs, Millennial Hospitality, vol 1-3. (the message is copied below). I find it quite disturbing that Boylan has moved quickly to unambiguously promote the Tall Whites discussed in the Charles Hall book to his various lists. Since Boylan has large lists and therefore has some influence in shaping the perceptions of a quite a number of people about different ET races, I’d like to elaborate a little on an earlier post in a discussion forum where I discussed the Tall Whites and Boylan’s advocacy of them.

Let me also reaffirm my earlier view that Hall’s information is an accurate reflection of what occurred at Nellis Air Force base during his Tour of Duty and therefore deserves serious attention. The researcher Paolo Harris has thoroughly investigated Hall’s claims and finds him to be credible making this an important case to fully understand in terms of its exopolitical significance.

Hall describes the Tall Whites as quite intimidating in terms of behavior and how they regularly stalked military servicemen on duty at the remote desert location where Hall served. The Tall Whites regularly caused powerful emotions of fear and even terror among the military servicemen who didn’t understand these Extraterrestrials or weren’t ready to interact with them in a friendly way. Yet the Tall Whites were also capable of exhibiting friendship qualities and of being teachers as in the case of Hall (see his website for details and extracts).

I’ve now completed the first two volumes of Hall’s memoirs and so far the behavior of the Tall Whites strikes me as very similar to abductee/experiencer reports of the behavior of the ‘Tall Gray’ category of ETs (the following references give the volume and page numbers from his book). There is an arrogance in the disposition of the Tall Whites and a contempt for humans displayed in their interactions with military servicemen who didn’t understand them or were frightened by them. This is similar to how `Tall Grays’ supervise many abductions and control/punish humans who resist the genetic experiments.

Hall for example describes one Tall White female who wanted to kill a military servicemen who unknowingly had hit her child with a stone and broke the child’s arm. The serviceman threw a stone at what he thought was a white dog stalking him around his hut base. Since the Tall Whites often stalked the servicemen, many serviceman thought they were wild animals and were quite frighened of them. The incident led to the Tall White threatening the servicemen with death if he didn’t leave immediately and promise to never return. This is how the serviceman in question described the incident to Hall:

David Wilcock: All right, welcome back to “Cosmic Disclosure”. I'm your host, David Wilcock, and I am so glad to be bringing you none other than Pete Peterson. So, Pete, welcome to the show.

Pete Peterson: Thank you, David.

David: When you first started talking to me, one of the things you said was so surprising about an extraterrestrial experience that your family went through with you.

Pete: My parents had a big formal English garden out behind our house.

David: Okay.

Pete: And had a nice raised gazebo, orchestra stand, whatever, and they did a lot of city events. This town was about three blocks long, maybe four.

David: Ha, ha.

Pete: But people would come and have their wedding ceremonies in the formal garden on the little trellis, grape arbor stand that was there, a raised stand.

David: Okay.

Pete: And we were having this . . . I was 10 years old. I remember that. And we were having this wedding there.

And just about as they were to say their vows, somebody said, “Holy cow!”, or words to that effect. “What's that?”

And everybody turned and looked. And for the next hour, for God knows why, we were given a show of flying saucers. And that's the only thing you could call them. They were every kind of shape and size you could imagine.

Some actually went through the air like subway cars, which you don't see, but like a wild train at Disneyland. And they had little round holes, and you could see that there was something inside the hole, because there was light inside like there would be from an airplane.

David: What were some of the shapes that you saw?

Pete: Well, we had cylinders. And some went this way [vertical] and some when this way [horizontal], but they didn't seem to turn this way [horizontal and then vertical], they just went this way [either stayed vertical or stayed horizontal while moving].

David: How many objects did you see in the sky, roughly?

Pete: Oh, at one time I might have seen 30.

David: Wow!

Pete: And most of the time you saw five or six. Then they'd come by and make passes. They'd come by and go straight up and disappear. They'd come straight down and turn and go sideways. They'd circle around.

There were four little cities there together. There's New Plymouth, Idaho; Fruitland, Idaho; Payette, Idaho; and Ontario, Oregon. It's right on the Snake River. Right off the backside of my father's farm, or my grandfather's farm, is the Snake River. And that's the division between Oregon and Idaho in western Idaho.

And so they were seen by about 6,000 people in those towns.

David: Wow! So you mentioned as far as shapes go that there were vertical cylinders, horizontal cylinders . . .

Pete: There were tops, I called them, because I had a toy top as a kid that you push this thing up and down and it would make noise and spin.

Then when you go back into history, you look back to the German bell [it] looked that way.

Dratzo! Events are moving forward. The top of the RV payout is now in place. This means that the deliveries of the prosperity funds are very close to actually occurring. We expect this process ultimately to lead to the formal announcement of NESARA and the new American Republic. This series of operations is to follow in a set sequence, and a number of joint legal decisions are to ensure that it is quickly and efficiently carried out. Thus, we anticipate that numerous actions are to follow one another so this new reality can be properly manifested. These sequences are to be followed swiftly with full disclosure of our benevolent existence! At that time, as noted previously, we are to broadcast a brief outline of possible actions that are to lead to a potential time for mass landings. Each of these events is linked to the other. A long series of meetings involving the different factions has contributed to a very complex timetable. This process has brought together various teams, assisting us in moving forward! Hence, we ask for patience as these joint timetables are taking place.

The whole process of altering this planetary society has been much more complicated than first imagined. This realm was initially conceived of by the Anunnaki as a land that possessed a primary belief that those in power were invincible. Thus, the present group of minions saw themselves as Beings capable of overcoming anything that might reduce or end their power. A most arrogant set of beliefs was deeply etched into everyone’s psyche. One of the many reasons for our difficulty in aiding our partners in the Light was these insane core conceptions. This belief is now receding as, day by day, Heaven aims a burst of positive and consciousness-raising energies at humanity. We have watched as our earthly partners succeeded in altering this negative belief and initiated a series of major arrests among this global group of minions. The aim of this operation is to ensure that prosperity leads directly into a GESARA for this long-suffering world. Step by step, this is indeed becoming the case!

These events are part of a larger project, which is to form the foundation of the realm where we intend to land when the divine time is right. This is a continuation of a position that we, with the Ascended Masters, wish to complete in the very near future. Gaia’s peoples are in the midst of an ever-growing series of population cycles. Our responsibility is to make sure that the most critical aspects of this globe achieve the funds required to set up a number of key objectives. These include fresh water, electrification and a modern sewage system. It is horrifying to us that most of this planet lacks the means to connect to the Internet and to live at night in an electrified environment. These primitive conditions need to be transformed quickly. There are enough energy and funds in this world to swiftly change this. These problems, along with a growing need for literacy, are to be addressed by our earthly associates.

Heaven first created this entire project long ago when they solemnly addressed the Ascended Masters. They decreed that the new reality that was to free surface humanity was to be noted for its never-ending prosperity, accompanied by the return of your long-awaited freedom. Humanity was to regain the individual sovereignty lost by the illegal proclamations of the Anunnaki, thereby divinely righting this grievous wrong. It was to be the prime mission of the Ascended Masters to oversee and aid humanity as provided for by several rules designated to this task by Heaven. These rules were followed, as well as the edict to provide the necessary monies to set up such an immense prosperity. In addition, a special team was to be established to legally overthrow the Anunnaki’s minions when required. Now that this task is complete, you are ready to feast on the fruits of this mighty effort. These projects were further supported by our arrival as commanded by Heaven. The next steps are to enable the completion of the events that constitute this special operation and prepare us for first contact.

This next period in your spiritual development precludes a return by the dark to any semblance of power. The blessed Administrations of Heaven preordained their defeat. Heaven has orchestrated a process that is quite divine. Look upon this current reality as a clever way to check who is on board for the extraordinary changes that are to follow. Thirteen millennia ago, the dark took charge of this reality and created a world that was horrific for all of its surface humanity. It is vital that all who are opposed to these changes show their true colors and be added to the already-long list of those who are to be divinely isolated from you. Only the blessed documents of NESARA are to become legal. Have patience and know in your heart what is to happen shortly. Come together and be aware of what is occurring and use your energies to enable us to triumph! Those who now so arrogantly parade around are to be isolated by our sacred associates! Remember, dear Ones, this reality is resolutely breaking away from the darkness and bringing in the Light. This operation requires a series of “false flags” to secure the proposition that all aspects of the old oligarchy are successfully captured and firmly isolated from you. This process needed a means to permit those secured under their proverbial rocks to come out and clearly reveal themselves to our associates. This operation is taking a little longer than at first proposed. Be patient, blessed Ones! This entire process is soon to be altered by a series of key announcements. Then the new governance can reveal itself and this reality can truly be transformed for the better. This divine operation is bringing out all who were buried so deeply that selected sweeps by our associates were unable to find them. The time that we divinely intend to manifest is quite near. Discovery of Flash Frozen Antarctica Civilization

Discovery of an advanced civilization in Antarctica that was flash frozen has shocked political and scientific figures that have witnessed it, according to secret space program whistleblower Corey Goode in a December 11 update.
In part one, I described how Goode’s military abductor “Sigmund” from a USAF/DIA/NSA/NRO secret space program, had learned of the existence of more advanced classified space programs such as Solar Warden from Goode. During Goode’s abduction on October 26, Sigmund revealed more information about his own activities, including time spent in Antarctica:

Furthermore he told me that he had been stationed at several military installations in Antarctica and had spent time in the very area where the Anshar had taken me on a reconnaissance flight.

Goode has previously written a report describing an extensive tour of Antarctica facilities controlled by the Interplanetary Corporate Conglomerate, another secret space program he discussed in depth, by an ancient Inner Earth civilization called the Anshar.

Sigmund then went on to describe recent discoveries in Antarctica, which explain the growing scientific, political and religious interest over the frozen continent:

He [Sigmund] stated that an extremely ancient series of cities had been discovered flash frozen deep under the ice-shelf. He confirmed that there were also many animals and “pre-Adamites” preserved in the ice…. They were all flattened/ crushed or knocked over by the event that flash froze the area. They have tons of trees/ plants and wildlife frozen in place, like they were put on pause.

This is startling confirmation of the research conducted by Sir Charles Hapgood who has previously studied evidence of pole shifts that have led to the Earth’s axis of rotation shifting dramatically in a short period, where sub-tropical areas might suddenly find themselves at the poles.
