Selamat Balik! We come before you with more to say. Those who are pushing the dark minions from their powerful pulpit of power are now ready to finish this process. We are informed that a series of important moves are under way, to lead to the arrest of key personnel and the transformation of a number of major governments. At present, the US de facto regime is blocking the release of the new Treasury note. This gold-backed note spells the end of the Federal Reserve note and consequently, the fall of this most illicit government. Those dark minions who control this regime are to be arrested and grandly separated from the public. All of this is ready to happen. The individuals who are to be chosen for the interim governance are in a safe place and fully ready to exercise power. A vast number of special recommendations are to be given to the new congress when it is sworn in, after the four months duration of this interim governance has expired. These recommendations are to turn congress and its other two branches into true servants of the people.

The end of a government secretly run by special interests is only the beginning. The U.S. Constitution needs to be restored to its original intent. This means that the now absent original 13th amendment is to be restored, and the illegally ratified 16th amendment stricken. These adjustments are to be further modified by a return to common law. Justice is no longer to be at the whim of a bunch of scalawags who dearly wish to up the number forced to attend their private prisons. Crime is to be apportioned to care for the needs of every community. The key is to create a true rehabilitation process that prepares all for a great and permanent prosperity. Society needs to ready itself for the coming of its mentors. Communities that are torn asunder now require means to heal. Prejudice needs to be confronted, and understanding of each other’s importance brought to the fore. Where necessary, residences need to be provided that bring internal and external peace (inner joy) to all.

Public projects need to be undertaken to bring roads, transportation systems, sewers and water supplies to a new, higher standard. Technology exists in your various societies to do this quickly. Monies are not to be the cause for delays. Once the monies start flowing, all sorts of humanitarian projects are to get underway. Once we are officially announced, we want to help. We can practically, in the twinkling of an eye, complete these various projects to end the immense disparities that currently exist around your globe. There is either an absence of sufficient water for living, or a great lack of proper sanitation. Transportation is scattered, and there is a lack of proper roads. Housing also requires a vast upgrading. To live in the coming consciousness upgrade requires a standard level of living equal to our own. We fully intend to make sure that this happens quite quickly. Heaven has a timetable we intend to meet.

As you upgrade your global living standard, you need to do so in a way that does not degrade nature. Human societies have the ability to use technology that can actually assist nature and improve the life of your surrounding ecosystems. Our cities operate in such way that the ecosystems are not disturbed. We are, after all, planetary guardians. We constantly work with the elementals to assure that each ecosystem is provided for, and thrives. Our rituals to enhance our home world and support our planetary Spiritual Hierarchy emphasize this interaction. We are joyous that we possess a technology which keeps us from farming, mining or using any of the resources needed by our world’s diverse ecosystems. Our purpose is to aid, and not in any way to harm the life, which teems both on the surface of and in the inner realms of our home world. We constantly exchange blessings and seek guidance on our stewardship from the planetary Spiritual Hierarchy.

It is difficult at this time to believe in what seems to be an immense “pipe dream.” Everywhere there are signs of the truth of this event, yet it is hard to imagine its fulfillment. Here, beloveds, it is important to carry this in your heart and openly support this cause. We have, with your love and vision, worked miracles. The end of your woes is truly at hand. Consider this a pep talk. Frustration runs rampant among you. It is indeed difficult to hold a vision while your savings and your health decline. It is plain to all that some form of immediate relief is required. Numerous elements are about to merge, which make such relief possible. Take heart in this. Know sincerely that you are not alone.

"I think this would put a big red flag over this planet and my understanding is that they are quite concerned about what we are doing to this planet and also that we don't turn loose on the Universe, where we can be a threat to other planets that are existing peacefully and do not even have the concept of warfare and weapon systems."

Also, Dr. Greer does not believe in alien abductions and mutilations stating that, in his opinion, all of them are staged by the government as a scare tactic, so that we don't oppose the idea of weaponizing the space.

"The big mythology in the new age world is that there are the good ones and the bad ones and, in reality, most of that is disinformation created by the intelligence community to scare people because, eventually, they would like to have us put all these weapons into space and spend trillions of dollars on Star Wars [technology]. And this is exactly what we've done.

"I have folks who worked on these [programs] in the 1960s, where we already had weapon systems that were based in space, that were targeting these extraterrestrial vehicles. This has been going on for 40 years."

Dr. Greer also stated that, to his knowledge, none of the dozens of ET species that are visiting us are hostile.

We have submitted our protest to those now involved in these most serious negotiations. It is important that the people of this realm see at least a small sign that great changes are indeed happening. Our liaisons are telling our earthly representatives to stand strong and reverse the current debacle. They are presently in charge of a number of very sensitive negotiations. The purpose of these talks is to cement the conditions for the final surrender of the dark cabal. Once these agreements are in place, arrests at the highest level are to commence, and the dark cabal’s terms are to bow out in a degree of ceremony. This process is one, which our negotiators know well. This surrender is not about wealth; it is about surrendering power held by them for millennia. Long ago, the Anunnaki chose them as special minions. In this capacity, these groups of individuals acted as the conduit for a tremendous amount of power. This cabal now erroneously sees this power as a right. In fact, it was a privilege given to them by the Anunnaki. The time is now overdue for them to give it up. These talks are to assure that this happens as swiftly and as easily as possible. This formal surrender is to permit a global currency reset, gold-backed currencies and new governance.

Many western governments and their financial-based handlers understand that a new reality needs to be birthed. The present time is one in which the final surrender is being negotiated, even as the cabal somehow attempts mischief to alter their present dilemma. We can assure you that it is not to occur. First I apologize for not being available lately due to traveling and dental concerns. I had two crowns prepared and a molar pulled in one day. I am also in Mexico at a place that will remain undisclosed. There has been many inquiries as to what is happening on many levels. There is so much going on I almost don't know where to start. I highly recommend watching it mainly because it will save me a lot of typing. I am in contact and working with major key players as far as the currency re-evaluation, the movement back to universal law and sovereignty. I am glad Foster and Kimberly decided to put out this information yet there is more to the story. What is unfolding is in alignment with universal law and the awakening and healing of humanity and the Earth. It is a step one of many. Eventually we will evolve to a civilization that does not use money as most advanced civilizations. For this to occur we must make the shift to unity consciousness. The 9th wave the Mayans speak of is a wave of consciousness and energy that is exponentially increasing until all match its vibration or frequency. What is unfolding fits into that process.

While there are some who are trying to create WW3, creating false flags, fake epidemics etc. to govern you through fear and dependency, they are imploding due to a much grander force. This force includes families and mega trusts aligned with a higher force for good.

Many refer to these negative factions as the cabal, zionists, illuminati etc. I have to ask what is so illumined and enlightened about separation, greed and actions harmful to humanity and the Earth. These are all base, primitive beliefs. What they refer to as superior in action and belief is in fact inferior and not frequency specific to the evolutionary path of Earth. What they refer to as power has nothing to do with power. Power comes from source, prime creator and prime creator, God, Creator, Great Spirit what ever you want to call it is love.

Love is the ultimate power in the universe. So where is the love in their thought and action? Where is the nobel virtue? No love, joy, bliss, no power. What you have is a very primitive mind cut off from spirit and trapped in the false ego.

Those who operate under universal law, love and serve all creation are coming forward. They are riding the 9th wave. They are multidimensional and are a force beyond comprehension. This force includes the benevolent Annunaki which are recalling the fallen ones left behind.

Those who broke universal law are standing in front of the councils, facing their deeds and the consequences. The Pleiadians, Orion Council of Light. Arcturians, Andromedans, and a host of other extremely advanced off worlders or what others refer to as ultradimensionals are all coming forward to liberate the Earth and reset her back on her original course. There is a massive cleanup of the archon network a collection of demonic and degenerate energy which is about 80% complete. This means their puppets here on Earth will lose their false power, protection and guidance by these dark forces. It is a recipe for disaster for the dark hearts especially when the masses wake up to who they are and what they have done. This is the big picture yet there are many aspects to it. Universal Law demands that everyone do their part, make the necessary changes in their lives aligned with Universal Law.

Universal Peace, Brother/Sisterly Love, Freedom and Prosperity for all is the base foundation for Universal Law. It is was summed up in two sentences by one of your masters. Love God with all your heart and your neighbor as yourselves. There is one more sentence necessary. Honor the Creator in All Creation, the sacred circle of life. We need to be kind to each other and all creation. Live a life in balance.

Now I have to ask how many of your institutions operate according to Universal Law. Your religions separate man from God and God from Creation when in fact you cannot separate the Creator from Creation nor man from omnipresence. We still have free will to choose which world we wish to support and participate in yet one world is coming to a close. My best advice is to choose wisely in thought and action in the days to come because that will determine your future or lack thereof. Let the archon network fall, don't participate in it. If you have played a big part in that network and benefited from it now is the time to play a big part in the awakening and healing of humanity and the Earth. Time to balance out the karma.

We are watching and overseeing these talks. The ancient families possess an enormous amount of formerly unaccounted for deposits of gold bullion. A great part of these are to be given to back this currency and be the foundation for the global prosperity funds. These are primarily humanitarian in nature. The funds are to make possible an explosion of projects that are to greatly benefit the global society. They are also to enable you to learn about what is currently secret knowledge, and prepare you for better understanding the unfolding policies of Heaven. They will also help with global disclosure. This prosperity is thus to pave the way for a new reality and an awareness of what is to happen in the very near future.

When we began our first contact mission over two decades ago, we contacted your Spiritual Hierarchy for this sacred orb and discovered the history and purpose of your Ascended Masters. We asked them to increase the surface Earth missions, which they have carried out for millennia. Then we asked them to assist us in putting together similar missions with our own personnel. Dratzo! We arrive! Your surface realm is now in the throes of a final struggle between the dark cabal and the forces of the Light. This seemingly never-ending battle has gone on for decades and centuries. Way back in the final days of Rome, the Anunnaki swiftly made a smooth transition from emperors to kings. It used its abilities to sway and influence these new rulers and maintain a degree of incendiary combat throughout Europe. The same was done in Asia, the Americas and Africa. This turmoil is how the dark operates. It loathes peace and despises anyone who wishes to change this horrendous game. Our earthly allies realize that the dark overlords are gone. What is left is a group of foolish minions, arrogant and stubborn, who continue their childish maneuvers as their only gambit. The dark knows many ways to engage our earthly allies. Nevertheless, this strategy is no longer applicable. All that it does is work the dark into a corner from which it cannot escape. This present dilemma is one that dooms the dark to its inevitable defeat.

We are presently seeing the signs of this doom at play. Before the treaty of Anchara, the dark cabal intended to drive the Anunnaki away, to complete its final defiance of Heaven’s edicts by mid 1996. The Anunnaki are gone as their overall leaders. What happened was a massive international war fought with money, impudence and overwhelming chicanery. This previously worked wonderfully, given the ability of the dark to manipulate any given situation. But this strategy began to fail in the second decade of this century. The Light began to comprehend how we were able to force the dark into failure after failure. The Light used these missteps to its advantage and reveal evidence that was legally used against the dark. In the last years, this led the dark to see its casino capitalism to be somewhat curtailed and the power of its fiat dollar diminished in value. Moreover, this strategy is backfiring as the truth behind its numerous lies is revealed and evidence to arrest them increases.

As a result, the dark cabal is at a crossroads. Its old successful methods no longer work. Its final strategies are quickly failing, and its continual attempts to start a war in the Middle East are not working. They are likewise unable to brew up a good-sized war in other potential global hot spots. In addition, the vast over-speculation in precious metals is also failing to prevent the rise of new global precious metal based currencies. The pressure to revalue a number of currencies has been held up for about as long as possible. The Light and its many agents are quickly causing the dark to lose large amounts of its many stock and commodity portfolios. The resultant “price fixings” are enabling the Light to force a number of serious investigations that are deeply worrying the cabal. Nevertheless, that is the least of it. Our legal-based emissaries set up the means to bring down these heinous rapscallions. The cabal’s crazy reaction is a sudden rash of odd “suicides” involving key members of the cabal-controlled large financial service corporations.

These acts are an outward sign of their pure panic, which is now causing them to strike out and hope that their actions can delay the inevitable. The global mind control net over the world’s governments is failing. Elements in the Light’s forces are making it quite clear that the old ways do not work any more. The many de facto regimes, long controlled by these fiends, are beginning to desert them. The schemes for permanent world domination are slipping away forever. The time for their surrender approaches. Our Earth allies are finishing various agreements that are on the verge of ending the long hegemony enjoyed by these dark ones. As governments prepare to leave them, many large multinational banks are desperately readying to surrender in order to save themselves from the coming new financial system and its inherent transparencies. As the police used to say to their respective bad guys, “surrender, the jig is up!” The time for your grand celebrations is drawing very, very near!
