This video is from 5 years ago (Friday, Dec. 22, 2017) and i do not think that it was the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket that deployed some satellites as the description below states!.

Jerry Ferguson in Arizona's Family newschopper spotted the incredible streak light shortly before 6:30 p.m. Arizona's Family quickly learned that it was a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket that had launched from Vandeberg Air Force Base in California to deploy Iridium satellites.
