The Council of Five
Evolving into "new earth" or 5D and becoming a sovereign race means learning to master our own genetics and evolve the human race. This was reference briefly in my book, "Welcome to the Future." The GFW and the Council of Five/Orion Council are helping the humans to evolve their own genetics into a fifth density race. It is important that humans learn to do this themselves and eliminates the need for benevolent extra terrestrial help AND reduces the likelihood of humans being infiltrated and controlled by malevolent ETs. The Annunaki, a regressive species, modified human genetic s to become a slave race, installing the "reptilian brain" which makes it harder for humans to connect to source and makes them more predator like. They are responsible for the RH Factor, RH positive blood types. The Orion Council helped created the physical vessel for starseeds, helping them have a greater capability of connecting to source, and "fixing" the genetic modifications from the Annunaki, these people are RH negative.
