LOL the best photo of races from the Council of Five AKA Orion Council is ET from the movie. The Reptilian reincarnation machine was on the dark side of the moon and dismantled many months ago by the Galactic Federation of Worlds. The machine used quantum resonance with etheric implants placed by Reptilians during abductions to trap souls after they passed away on the earth place. The purpose of this machine was to "control" the souls, incarnating into bodies that were not of their choice. The Council of Five helped take care of the souls trapped by this machine, removing the implants and is currently removing implants placed by these evil beings in people on planet Terra.
