Rebecca Rose was genetically enhanced in utero by Gray extraterrestrials and was then signed over by her father as a four-year-old to participate in covert military programs at Montauk and Dulce. After being traumatized as a child where she was brought to the point of death in multiple Near Death Experience, she was sent to to Mars where she worked as a pilot for the Nachtwaffen, where her cloned bodies were often killed in missions leading to her consciousness transfer to a new cloned body. Eventually, Rebecca was sent to the Kuiper Belt where she worked for the Draconians.
She later learned that she was in fact a Sirian starseed who had incarnated on Earth as part of the Galactic Envoy program. Meanwhile, Rebecca’s Sirian extraterrestrial body would be maintained in a stasis pod on a mothership. Her partner from Procyon would instead join the Galactic/Light Alliance and watch over her Earth incarnation. Rebecca eventually learned that her primary mission was as a double agent where she would gather firsthand intelligence on the different covert programs that she was abused in, and relay her eyewitness evidence to higher galactic authorities.
