The Trump administration is developing a waiver program for UFO whistleblowers to share classified information, but investigative journalist Ross Coulthart tells “Katie Pavlich Tonight” the president should issue broad immunity for insiders to disclose what they know to the public. “I think there’s an awareness that the president doesn’t have much time, that politically, the president is going to be at his strongest up to the midterm elections,” Coulthart says.
