The intense energies are bringing a fresh batch of Ascension symptoms. The last few days I have experienced heart palpitations, vertigo, strange dreams, loss of time, deja vu and a general sense of discombobulation (love that word!). I am also drawing closer to loved ones as I feel the connection of Light between us expanding day to day. Ascension is proceeding smoothly. It's about allowing daily life to flow effortlessly, moment to moment. All is well.
