In an article from September 20 by journalist Christopher Sharp, the UAP Disclosure Act has once again been removed from the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA). While not suprising, it is nevertheless a disappointment. Richard Dolan reacts.
Richard's knowledge of UFO history is second to none. He has spoken at events around the world and is the recipient of two “Lifetime Achievement” awards at major UAP conferences.
